This serves as notice that I, Robert McCann, have failed to recover $1600 paid to Ronnie Elphick, employee of Petersen Auto Repair, for parts and services to my 2005 Jaguar S-Type.Ronnie Elphick of Petersen Auto Repair alleged that my Jaguar needed an AC compressor and Radiator.No invoices were provided.No work was performed.Brake Masters have verified that no AC compressor, nor radiator, nor any other service was performed on my car, as alleged by Ronnie Elphick.Brake Masters have provided me the original AC compressor and radiator as evidence.Their technicians have offered to provide evidence at any future legal litigation.Ronnie Elphick has refused to refund money paid for services not rendered.I have no further recourse but to immediately file a police report against Ronnie Elphick and Petersen Auto Repair for theft, fraud and deceit.Thank you

Average local mechanic. If your a regular you get better deals and they treat you with what they can do. If it did not go well they will tell you, or they call before getting into something unforeseen. So you don't get stuck with a surprise bill. I thought that was cool.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I had a guy named RONNIE fix my car, kept taking it back to him because I was experiencing the same issue. $700 later and it was STILL having the same issue. I had two other mechanics look at it and they both said the same thing that he did NOTHING he said he did. So basically scammed me of my money for a job NOT done. Didn't give me any of the parts he replaced, like any normal mechanic would. Very unprofessional. He should not be employed there and the fact that management keeps shady people like that on staff shows a lot about your business. I was told I was getting a refund but NOTHING!

Beware! Don t go there ! Ronnie Elphick will lie your car needs major repair and won t replace the parts needed to be replaced. They ll take your money without providing invoices and without any work performed

I have been using Petersen Auto for over 20 years. Dennis has always been fair and reasonable in repairs and work I and associates have needed. His honest opinions and recommendations are appreciated. He has saved me money and time on multiple occasions. I will continue to use him and send others his way as long as Petersen Auto is open. Need fast, honest, reliable service this is the place to go!

The best service in town!! They came highly recommended to use as a second opinion when a Firestone was completely trying to screw me over. An honest mechanic is so rare and he showed me underneath my car and explained everything in detail. Needless to say, Firestone was completely bluffing and trying to fool me into 4K worth of work when I needed minor maintenance. Now I have came here several times for brakes, battery, and when my check engine light came on. Very pleased with the work. Pleasant, quick service. These guys saved our butts! We were down visiting family when our car broke down. We planned on leaving the next day to head back home and they were so accommodating to get us in asap. There were a ton of things that broke, and they worked their butts off to make sure it was done before we needed to leave and tried so, so, so hard to find the best deals on parts for us. I took my truck there for a transmission rebuild Ronnie and Dennis took my $1,700 had my truck over a month never turned one Bolt on my truck if I were you I would not take my vehicle there they are not trustworthy they do not tell the truth and they steal from you I still haven't received any payments back for what they stole from me I wouldn't take my vehicle there if I were youServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Transmission repair, Battery

Dennis and Richard are the best. Kind, considerate, knowledgeable, totally customer service experts. Excellent work. Did everything to help me. I have a camper and needed to spend the night, parked in the lot and got hoohed up to the electric. Price was very fair. I would come here if I needed more work. Thank you for everything.

We were on a road trip, far from home, and starting seeing a warning light. Dennis was very kind and explained the issue and the solution--thankfully it did not require any repair. We were afraid that in our position, we would end up paying a lot to have something done. We are thankful for Dennis--a veteran and an honest mechanic. Highly recommended!

Still waiting for a response from a message in August, where I requested to have something fixed that they already fixed. I finally had to go somewhere else and get it done.Other things I had fixed by them I also had to go back/ have done 2 or 3 times before it was right. Actually not sure anything is done right at this point. I waited 5 months for them to acquire a part, in the meantime, other things were destroyed due to waiting for that part and I had to spend $$$$ extra to fix it all. Not sure what to think.

Dennis Petersen continually treats my family and I very well. He is knowledgeable and bends over backwards to help us to get us running again, regardless of the inconvenience or special requests. He always performs above and beyond what other shops will do.

I GENERALLY ONLY WRITE ABOUT POSITIVE EXPERIENCES, BUT AFTER THE PRICE I PAID FOR A SIMPLE SERVICE OF REPLACING MY THERMOSTAT AND TELLING MY FRIEND THAT IT IS THE REASON FOR MY SUV OVER HEATING AND WOULD FIX IT. STATING THAT IT HAD NEVER BEEN REPLACED BEFORE AND THEN CHARGING $225.00 FOR A TASK THAT TAKES A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC 10 to 20 minutes IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS AND ABOUT AS TRUTHFUL AND COMMENDABLE AS NIXON! THE THERMOSTAT, WHICH I HAD REPLACED PREVIOUSLY MYSELF, WHICH WAS BRAND NEW, I REMOVED THE CASING TO NOT REGULATE MY WATER FROM FLOWING THROUGH THE COOLING SYSTEM, COSTS ONLY $10. OF WHICH THEY CHARGED $25.00 and I DID NOT RECEIVE A MECHANICS DISCOUNT AS THEY WOULD HAVE. IT ACTUALLY GETS BETTER! ACCORDING TO THE UPSTANDING MEN of MANIPULATION MECHANICS, THE PROBLEM ALSO WAS DUE TO A BAD GAMLET SEAL ON THE FUEL TANK...OF WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT JUST ORDER THAT ONE PART, THAT I WOULD HAVE TO ORDER A NEW ENTIRE FUEL TANK BECAUSE THEY WERE WELDED TOGETHER. THIS WAS GOING TO COST ME $1200.00 TANK/SHIPPING COSTS. AND FOR LABOR $1000.00. THE SEAL THAT IS ON THE TANK WAS NOT THE ISSUE. THE ACTUAL PART CAUSING THE FUEL LEAK, A FUEL LINE CRACKED, APART OF THE FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY FOR UNDER $200. WHICH IS THE PART THAT IS INSERTED INTO THE TANK THAT I BOUGHT W/O HAVING TO BUY THE ENTIRE GAS TANK! I DID INFORM THEM THAT THE THERMOSTAT DID NOT FIX THE OVERHEATING AND THAT IT HAD BEEN REPLACED PREVIOUSLY. THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY, THEY OFFERED TO TAKE IT BACK OFF AND PUT THE ONE I HAD ON IT......HOW THIEVING OF THEM! WHICH I DID NOT HAVE THEM DO. I SAVED MYSELF $225.00 DOING IT MYSELF!!!!!

A friend of the ward recommended Dennis did a great job on our air conditioning. Vacuumed out all the old stuff and now super cold! This place is super cool.

awsome shop most shops i take my car to always want to sell me unnecessary repairs i took my 2003 matrix there with blown head gasket expected to spend over 2000 dollars because over estimates i got befor they did he whole job for 1200 bucks .. Great place to get ur car worked on
