Wonderful crew at Newby s! Thank you for your tenacious work on my Malibu! Hard working people there, no price gouging. Craig, the manager always kept in contact. We have brought all of our vehicles here and would definitely recommend Newby s.

Just got work done on my family 17 yr old van. Has massive power steering leaks and a check engine light code. Fuel gauge low amp. After being quoted 6k at another Henderson shop, newbys took us in next week and got the van the fixtures it needed to survive another year of summer. I needed just a real mechanic and they came through. Your money's well spent here. Telling everyone about your awesome shop!!

I have been to Newby's many times and love this place. I recommend it to everyone, and I think you should give it a try. Before Newby's, I had been taking my car to the Infiniti dealership. At the dealership, they would speak to me in a condescending manner, and many times, they tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. On the other hand, Newby s treats all its customers with great respect. They tell me what my car needs clearly and honestly. Unfortunately, sometimes my older car needs some expensive repairs. That's to be expected. Yet, when Newby's tells me what my car needs, I know I'm getting the required services done exceptionally well at a fair price. What more would you want??

Newby s has done routine service and maintenance on two of my vehicles over past several years.Ez appointment. On time. Fair prices.Honest-Only do work that s needed.If you hate dealing with dealer service departments like I do, Newby s is your answer.

Trust them...depend on them....they are fairI have been going to Newby's for many years now. I am a single female with a RAM truck. I know I can depend on them for everything I need without someone trying to upsell me on something or rip me off. I can get just about anything I would ever need at their shop. They are considerate of property & of my time & always take excellent care of my needs. I won't go anywhere else. I always call them first. They have integrity. That is hard to find.Service: Oil change

Don t come here!! This place gave a wrong diagnosis on my car and I ve been stressing out thinking there was no fix to my car and got a 2nd opinion and it wasn t even what they said it was. My car is now fixed. I m so glad I got a 2nd opinion. Would not recommend coming here.

Shop won't use customer supplied brake pads lol. What a joke. After bringing 3 different vehicles here and recommending them to multiple people they lost my business. 500 bucks for front pads and rotors lol. 30 bucks for pads and maybe 50 for the cheap rotors you're gonna sell me. Guess your business is struggling. Good luck.

Newby s is fantastic.We came in from out of town and had engine troubles. We used Newby s some 5-7 years ago and decided to come back (not a hard decision).They were very accommodating. Understanding our situation they were able to attend to us quickly. It did take about a day and a half, but for having to replace an alternator, new battery and front breaks they did a phenomenal job!They communicated every step of the way and asked for approval before doing any work. They were prompt in getting the work done and all around was a very pleasant transaction.I would come back to Newby s any day of the week. Would recommend 5 out of 5!

My son Blair and my husband and I go here whenever we have an automotive issue.This company is fair and always does a good job. They guarantee their work which means alot. We came three or four months ago to fix the sensor on our car. They fixed it! Last week, our AC was broken. It was blowing no cool air. They recovered the AC system and evacuated it and recharged it. They even removed and replaced the service valve. They also put the right amount of charge because when we tried to fix it we put too much they said. So they fixed that. The man at the front desk suggested that we bring it back during the summer because the free on pressure will change because of the temperature in the summer is cray cray. On Friday night our AC was on but it wasn't blowing cool air. So, it broke again. We left the AC off. On Sunday morning when we were driving, we felt warm air coming from the vents. The AC was off. We didn't turn it on. There were fumes coming from inside our car. I rolled the windows down and we waited to see if it was outside, but the smell was coming from inside our car. My husband thought it was blowing heat from the engine. So, we called them this morning when they opened and wanted them to look at the car again, but because they're so busy they told us to bring it in on Wednesday. They charge for inspection, which is part of the labor. The Newbys are very good to us, and I have a little bit more knowledge about cars because of how they explain things that's wrong with the car. Even though you pay for labor they'll tell you what is wrong with the car and ask for permission to fix it. They'll even tell you the total of what you have to pay. Also, just wait patiently for them to inspect your car again because all of us customers obviously really like these people. That's why we go back to them. I'll give updates on how the car runs. I have been to Newby's twice. Both times exceeded my expectations for reliability and price. They handled the warranty people for me, kept me updated, and I got my car back much faster than I expected. It was just so quick and easy. All around great experiences here!

The great reviews online are right! They were awesome from the phone call to make the appointment and all the way through my car being repaired. They are helpful, knowledgeable, honest and kind! I ve been taking my cars to Newby s for several years and they always do a great job. This last week they continued their great work, explained my problem and cost up front. Fixed the issue quickly and had my car back to me same day! Honest, quick, and professional. I recommend Newby s to my friends whenever someone needs car help!

Very honest,with a fair price, with work needed to be done. I think the best park is they take the time to do it the right way. They did an AC job for us on my wifes Ford edge. The air works better now then when we bought the car. I would recommend Newby's to anyone that asks.

Made an appointment and received an oil change and vehicle inspection in less than an hour.I've been utilizing Newbys as my vehicle maintenance place to go for multiple years and for multiple vehicles. I've never been disappointed and highly recommend their services as the prices are reasonable. The courtesy is outstanding. Personable and polite interaction is the norm I've experienced over my many years of doing business with Newbys.I highly recommend for your vehicle maintenance needs.

I can not say enough good things. I heard a thumping noise, which I thought was coming from my right tire. But they investigated and assured me it was the left tire. NEWBYS was correct. They changed it and my car is running great. Just a honest no nonsense garage.

I'm happy to chime in agreement with many of the positive reviews already posted here. I have been very happy, pleased, and satisfied with the level of workmanship and customer care I've received from this great crew. Is this the last honest car shop? Well, maybe not the last, but I've found it to be one of the most reliably so. When they're on the job, the problems get reliably solved. I've had my vehicle worked on at Newby's several times over the past few years for different mechanical problems. I have always been treated in a courteous and friendly manner by everyone I have ever had contact with at Newby's. They are very professional in their diagnosis of your vehicle's problem and take the time to explain the problem so that you are sure to understand what it is, what it will take to repair the vehicle and what the costs will be. Their mechanics do excellent work and stand behind their work. I have always left Newby's with the feeling of I've been treated fairly, honestly and respectfully. I would not hesitate to recommend Newby's to anyone in need of auto repairs.

Last week I took my Ford Ranger to Newby's for a diagnosis of a slow fluid leak from the front part of the engine compartment. In a timely manner the mechanic found the source of the problem. The manager immediately prepared a detailed estimate for repairs. I made an appointment to fix the issue and was on my way home within one hour. I always appreciate quality and efficient service delivered in a friendly way.

We've been using Newby's for years. They're the most straightforward and honest mechanics you'll find, always offering cheap alternatives when stupid things (like power seats) break on your POS old vehicles, and they're always super timely and communicative. They're also "real people", they've offered to give me a ride when I was stuck somewhere. The work is always good and reasonably priced on new and old vehicles, and they'll take you back and show you and explain what's going wrong if you want to know. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Had a check engine light on my old Saturn, brought it in today. As a first time customer I didn't know what to expect, and I came away happy. They did the repair quickly and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely return when I need more car work!

I have a 1996 Lincoln Town Car. Newby's is my "go to place" for any and all work. They know my car and I have complete faith in their diagnosis, repairs, and assessments. They are honest and very reliable PERIOD.Another recent visit to Newby's just placed an exclamation mark for their personal service. I am not just another "number" to them. They treat me like family. I have the strongest faith in their timeliness and the quality of their service. There "ain't" no other repair shop for me.
