Jimmy did on ok job getting our bend awning off.His driver however drove over our ladder and the arm of our awning, which was still usable. Now neither is it nor is the the telescoping ladder usable anymore.His answer to my complaint was he could not see what laying in front of his suv.

Incredible man!! He is an absolute life saver. After dealing with someone before him that was dodgy Jimmy worked tirelessly and for days to get to the root of our electrical fault and fixed it. He went above and beyond to help us with a few other things that also were going wrong. Could not recommend him enough, if you need anything he is your guy. Kind, professional and SO hard working, the lengths this man went to help us is beyond measure and we will always be thankful for him to get us back on the road.

Jimmy is a life saver! Traveling in my RV, my cooling fan clutch went out and my engine overheated on a Sunday afternoon. I researched and found JL automotive & RV Repair, called Jimmy, told him what had happen. Jimmy went to the auto parts store, bought all the parts needed, brought them to my location and changed to clutch fan on the spot without having to remove the radiator. I was on my way again that evening! Jimmy charged a fair price and did a excellent job, I highly recommend JL Automotive and Mobile Repair!

I do not recommend Jimmy. He never shows up when he's supposed too. He did not repair rv properly. He charges while he tLks on the phone which is non stop. Charges too much for parts. Should be turned into Better business bureau. His work ethic sucks. Do Not Use

Basically paid 350.00 to have him bolt in my starter and hook up a new battery. I week later and my rv won't idle and keeps doing when I'm driving. Spent all my money already and can't drive my rv .. Now I don't have another 150.00 just to get him to show up. Don't waste your time

After dragging my trailer hitch down the freeway in Las Vegas, I found myself without lights, and brakes, on my horse trailer. I call Jimmy the next morning, and he showed up within the hour. He spent a great deal of time in excessive heat making sure , not only were my trailer lights functioning again, but also fixed my camera that allows me to view the horses in the trailer.I was extremely happy with his friendly, professional, and thorough service.I would recommend him for all your Automotive & RV (trailer) repair needs.Thanks, Jimmy!Service: Electrical repair

BEWARE THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER. He ripped my dad off and multiple others. He never shows up when he s supposed to and lies about everything. Just call someone else and stay away from this guy. Then he has the audacity to call people and try to intimidate them after you write a bad review about him. I will not stop until this guy is off the streets and not scamming and taking advantage of elderly people. Apparently he s not even allowed on the properties anymore of most of the RV parks here in Las Vegas so that should tell you something right there. After he scammed my dad out of 800$ he claimed he was going to come back and replace the part he was supposed to. Of course he never showed up and then called my dad weeks later and told him he was in jail because he got caught with a gun or something. Just call someone else.

Jimmy reminded me customer service is not dead. After noticing and identifying a radiator hose leak on my RV, I called JL automotive repair and Jimmy answered on the first call. I explained to Jimmy what issues I was having. Jimmy said not a problem! Jimmy asked my serial number for my TIFFIN open road. He got an OEM part and headed to the RV park I was staying in. He got to my location at 10:00 pm and worked till 1:00am, who does that? Jimmy does! If you know the hose system on a ford v10 it s complicated. Jimmy has installed these systems in the past. Thank You Jimmy for coming out same day to fix our RV. You re amazing and fair business person. Thanks Les & Roy

Great mechanic! My car would not start. I had it towed to my apartment. I called around for service and decided to go with a mobile mechanic so I did not have to wait for a tow truck. wait at a shop or drop my car off and come back to pick it up. I called Jimmy from JL Automotive & Mobile RV Repair and he came to me and put a new starter motor in my RAV 4. It did not take long to have my car back on the road. I will recommend him to anyone needing vehicle repairs.

Jimmy is a little rough around the edges but he is friendly courteous and will take care of you the best he can. Jimmy is very skilled and knowledgeable and was able to take care of all of the problems that I had on my class a RV I highly recommend ignoring the bad reviews you might see here and give Jimmy a try I am confident you will not be disappointed. This review is left for him after the second time I called him for service. Both times he was thorough and solved all of the problems that I had. He has earned my trust that I can rely on him to take care of any problem he says he can fix. Jimmy is a man of many skills including welding which was required to fix one of my problems. My father was certified and all types of welding and I basically know what a good weld looks like. I had another RV repair service do some welding for me that was pathetic in comparison to what Jimmy did. I have several RVmechanics contact information in my phone but Jimmy is at the top of the list and right now no one else compares - his rates are fair and below average - I will be calling him again if and when needed. We got to Boulder City on Saturday afternoon and it was 112 degrees and the air conditioner in our RV tripped the breaker twice. After reset, the unit wouldn t blow cool air and it was 105 inside. I found Jimmy s site on google and we called at about 6p. He answered, discussed the problem with my husband and was at our campsite in about an hour. He did some cleaning and checking of the AC, which helped a lot. He also made arrangements to get a replacement in case the unit was on its way out.Very competent, very personable and courteous service. I highly recommend Jimmy for mobile RV service.Service: A/C installation & repair

I waited 2 days in a row for Jimmy to come out. He sounded really knowledgeable so I was cutting him slack. After 2 days of waiting at home all afternoon with excuses, running late..bad cell service...still at another job. I gave up. I've had a mobile business and gave my clients a 2 hr window, if I ran late I'd notify them before I was late and not leave them hanging while they were trying to run me down...really bad business. Customer is paying alot of money for the MOBILE part of the service. But you have to show up or at least call. He never apologized or offered a discount for wasting my time. It's like he was doing me a favor. Ridiculous and lousy way to treat customers.

Jimmy went above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road. Very satisfied with the repairs performed on my vehicle. He worked with me and made it happen. I highly recommend this shop, and when it comes to honesty Jimmy keeps it real which is hard to find in a mechanic now days. Jim Ledlow was extremely professional in tracking down the many possibilities that could cause electrical issues in my motor home, but he did! He tracked the problems to a faulty inverter, he ordered a new one and it was installed. On my way to Tucson! I highly recommend Jim for any issues you may have and trust he will get the job done. We are from canada.5 stars on reliabilty alone.. We called jimmy not once, but twice... He knew EXACTLY what was wrong with our RV and since it was so late and the shops were closed he insisted on coming back and didnt charge us another service feeThe prices he charged us were amazing and he took us along the process of how to fix and start anything and to call if we had any questionsIll reccommend his services to anyone

My RV door was unable to close all the way after getting into the Vegas heat. Next day J came over and made sure my door was able to close and lock! Highly recommend if you re in the area. Very nice guy as well!
