We were in Las Vegas for a wedding and our bedroom slide would not open, an estimate was sent to myself. We accepted and a fellow came out to our rig at the park he was nice however I did not feel comfortable with his knowledge base on the rear slide as his ladder did damage some of the decal on the side of our rig and he was taking screws out and tearing back on slide wipers even when advised they were new last year, in the end saying he would have to investigate more on this particular slide mechanism.I did phone and talked with the supervisor the next morning explaining I did not feel comfortable with the previous tech and his work, Chris advised he would be out as I requested the screws that the other tech had in his position and would repair myself and was not happy with the estimate and time for what was done nothing along with damage to the rig.Chris arrived with Kevin and both techs looked over the other techs work with Chris advising there would be no charge for the previous day and he would only charge me 2 hours and part, no service call. I was sceptical and not comfortable at first however both appeared to ease my fears and slide was repaired. I have had the slide in and out on our trip back to Yuma and it seams to work as it has in past and pray it will continue to work.Chris and Kevin are the guys to ask for when calling as they were full of advise on the repair and very personable taking the time to show me on their phone what had to be done and reassured they understood and repair would be done and go well. At the end of the day I felt they looked after me although damaged decal can not be repaired and hopefully the repair did not damage other components as this is a two year only mechanism put out by Lippert. Only four stars as damage to outside decals however Chris and Kevin were great to deal with.

Called and spoke to Wyatt, he got me scheduled and surprisingly enough he was also the technician to respond. Unfortunately our furnace was bad and needed replaced! He gave us a military discount and the work was carried out same day so my boys were comfortable along with my wife and our new born.Thanks!

Called the company and Wyatt answered. Advised him my front landing gear was all messed up. I advised him of the issues to my 2022 Dutchman Voltage 3845. Wyatt obtained the needed parts responded in a timely manner and did the repairs. Would definitely recommend them.

12/23: Traveling from Phx to Mesquite, whole family/dogs in the car. My fuel pump went out. I spoke with Wyatt several times. He was cordial on the phone, explained the process and estimated he would have someone to me in an hour. 90 mins passed, he hadn t responded to the texts he asked me to send, so I called; no answer. Wyatt, if you didn t want the job, be man enough to just say so, don t leave people high and dry on the side of the road thinking you ll be there any minute.If you are stuck on the side of the road, CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

I sorry for my english but i called company and talk to person wyatt said to him my 2020 Forest River Forrester 3251LE needs new oil. Wyatt send me information for cost and came quickly. He changed oil good price then we go on.

Called, Called, told me to txt them the issue, sent five pictures of what needed to be fixed and then finally a ? mark as if... r u getting these. Yea we are working on finding the part, two days later I gave up and when to Jonnie Walkers RV bought the part.... Not a fan!They say I was inpatient, who would not get there in three (3) days, sometimes not getting calls back or even knowing if they would call back!!!!BTW I got the part down the street at a retail store, yet you could not find it?

Called the Company talked to Wyatt. Advised him the problems with my Jayco 5th wheel. It appeared the water pump had failed. He responded and diagnosed it ensured that was the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.

Was coming through town and had a squeak from my engineTechnician came at the very end of the window they gave us was here for 30 minutes or less said he couldn't find the part referred me elsewhere and still charged me $380 would not recommend...

We came from Phoenix, Arizona, and our air conditioning went out in our Rv. The next day they replaced it. This mobile RV repair place did somehow drop the ball when I called them on Friday about my broken refrigerator. But I am convinced it was just a rare mix up because they came highly recommended by staff at the RV park I'm staying at.Earlier I'd posted a negative review and Wyatt contacted me right away, came over (late afternoon on a Saturday even), looked at the fridge, did some troubleshooting...and I think it's fixed now! But if it isn't fixed, Wyatt will come out Sunday morning, run a full diagnostics, order whatever parts are necessary, and install it before I hit the road Wednesday.That phone call and immediate action changed my 1 star review to a 4 star review in just a couple hours! Thanks guys!

I would give 10 stars if possible. Arrived in Las Vegas when it was 116 out and our 3 RV air conditioners could not keep up. Called Jeff s Rv, auto and Truck repair and Wyatt answered, responded, and was on my RV roof within 30 minutes. Wyatt and Kevin were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, 2 of our 9 year old air conditioners needed replaced. Keep in mind, I had just paid $1600 to have them serviced a month ago by National Indoor RV out of Nashville and they assured us they were fine. That was a total waste of time and money. However, Jeff s RV repair out of Las Vegas was great. Both Wyatt and Kevin worked until everything was finished and both units were up and running . Had a couple of issues over the next few days and again they responded promptly, was extremely courteous, and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Don t hesitate to call them if you are having any issues. They were fantastic!

I had a 1983 Nuwa Hitch Hiker and my propane line gaskets had dried out due to my rig being older then I am I wasn't able to replace it myself called Wyatt up and he had me fixed up before I got back from work with groceries.

So we broke down coming from Ohio on Mother s Day on our way to So Cal. We were trying everything to figure out why we were overheating and was only able to drive 15 mph. Well Jeff stepped out from taking his mom out and gave us some really good advice that ended up fixing our problem. Ended up being bad fuel from the casino truck stop near Hoover dam. Called on a Tuesday,$395 dollar contract I had to sign for them to come out. Frig not working,Freezer working OK but not great. They came, guy knocks opens door and tells me because it it so hot outside my RV frig is not going to work right (58degrees). I told him no... to check the air flow that I have put a fan on the compressor outside and it is not helping. He said I need a bigger fan. He will call Jayce (I have already called Jayco) and get a bigger fan. Never heard from him again. It is now 78 degree in my frig. I leave tomorrow for Utah. I called Jayco and they have even tried to call Jeff's with no response. I am not a stupid women, I know my RV and there is a problem.

Wow, this Company provides 5 Star service. My AC was making an odd, new noise. I called Jeff's RV Auto & Truck Repair. Within the hour they sent Kevin out, who inspected the AC and advised that I turn it off so I don't burn down my rig. They ordered the part, and when it came, immediately installed it with efficiency and precision. It's working great. They did an awesome job, I would highly recommend them. I had a problem with my fridge. At the first call I was told what to expect and a technician came within the promised time. He replaced a fuse and left. It only lasted 2 hours so I called again. Long story short the real problem was not easy to find it took 2 new control boards ordered from the manufacturer and several times returning to correct the fridge. The entire time the costumer service was great, acted genuinely concerned. Acted glad to help. The final problem was found and corrected. My wife liked their personal care. I thought the final price was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I want to thank Sean for his knowledge and professionalism.

This is not your typical review, but Jeff was such a great help, I had to leave a review. We were recently in Vegas for just 2 days. I had a tire issue and called Jeff. He was very honest and told me that he couldn't help as all his techs were on jobs. He referred me to another great local business and they proved to be as wonderful as he said. Not many businesses will refer others these days. Super customer service Jeff! Thanks again!

Fair price for good service. Good communication from tech keeping me updated on progress. Other company called kept giving 3xcuses why their tech was late. After 4 delays and 6 hours, saw one of Jeff's trucks and called. Happy with timeliness, quality and service oriented attitude. Would definitely use again.

Excellent and prompt service! They came right to my house and my fridge and AC are now working perfectly. These guys know what they re doing and it s nice to have someone out that I can trust to take care of my RV the right way!

We lost our air conditioning in Vegas when it was really really hot! Jeffs was the only place that answered their phone and told us when they would be out. They were arrived as scheduled and got us a new AC. We then had a follow up issue when we got home, which Kevin from Jeff's graciously agreed to take care of. We will call them again if we need help in Vegas!

First the good.... I felt the repairman was thorough, nice, helpful and did a good job. I would have given a five star, but felt that we were totally taken advantage of with the total price of repair. It should have been far less for a fairly simple repair. We were charged over 1,100. Because it was on a weekend, and very few available, we didn't have many options in an emergency. The tech took close to 2 1/2 hours to get parts and about 5 hours total on the job. He said the shop was busy, but even still, if I was in his shoes I wouldn't expect the client to pay for all of that time. It takes less than an hour to the parts store and back. The tech also spent a good amount of time talking instead of working. It seemed to both of us, that they were running up the bill on us. He was very nice and friendly, but when you're charging by the hour, I think good business is being sensitive to the client's financial situation. $150 an hour is a lot. For these reasons I wouldn't use again.Service: Tires

Waited several days and he never did show up. Monday or Tuesday.Both time we where told first thing in the morning.What made me mad was they never call to give us an update on his where abouts and we waited all day both days. We had to call them over and over.I will not recommend this rude out fit

Called when our AC went out on our RV. Tech couldn't find the problem so assumed it was the circuit board. Gave us a price for the board, but couldn't tell us what the total would be. $125 to come out and $150 per hour. Since our AC was 15 years old, we just decided to go ahead and replace the whole AC unit he still couldn't give us a price. First they found a similar AC unit to ours but explained that to make it work with our other AC unit and the thermostat, it would be labor intensive. So decided to order the right unit and return the next day. Then told us that they no longer made that unit. We went back to the idea of the different unit but using a second thermostat to reduce labor. Spent a day waiting for the thermostat. Pushed the arrival time back then finally called and told us the new unit that they had was damage and it would take several days to get another one. We were in town on vacation and were leaving the next day and the temperature was 107 so we told them to forget the whole thing and asked for our $1170 deposit back. They returned a portion of that keeping $331 for their effort. So we're out that money and had to run out and buy a portable AC until our next stop in Oregon. We were left with the feeling that the work was beyond the expertise of the tech and they really didn't want to deal with the job.

Terrible customer service! We called them 5 days ago.Day one: left a message and got a text saying they would call us back right away, they didn't.Day two: they finally called back. Said they could help and would call us back when they got to the office, so they could make the appointment. Never got a call back.Day three: No call backDay four: no call backDay five: called them again. They referred us to an AC guy (their guy was sick). Called AC guy, told him what we needed done. He got another call and put us on hold and never came back to our call.Seriously, there are 20+ other rv service companies in this area, this company has had WAY too many chances. Lesson learned, we're moving on to better people. Would NOT recommend even a little.Service: Air conditioning

Caring and helpful. I broke down about 1.5 hrs south of Vegas with my bus conversion. Jeff tried helping me over the phone, answering any questions I had about what could be going on in an attempt to get me back on the road on my own.It ended up needing a new starter motor, and Jeff sent Darrel over to Napa at 7:00 pm to pick up the only starter in town that would fit my vehicle. Darrel called me after picking it up and asked me if I was hungry. He ended up bringing me a very needed burrito and drink. People just don t have that kind of concern for customers very often, and I was very grateful.Darell showed up and had a new starter on in about an hour, as well as spotted the fix I couldn t diagnose and was causing a lot of problems I couldn t track down.I was happy to pay a little more for an honest, quality, caring mechanic service who had me back on the road that night. Getting towed to a shop would have had me out of commission for at least another full day, and cost more.Def would use them again. Thanks guys.

Have the same exact issue prior to them replacing the AC on my 5th wheel BUT WORSE. It's 100+ degrees in my home and no word from the company. Kevin talks a great game but NOT a sure thing. I would NOT recommend. $1,000 down the drain. SAVE YOUR MONEY and TIME!60Update: TOOK THEM TO COURT AND WON! They appealed but I'm Ready! God is on the side of truth. They lied in Court but I'm ready for District court.Update: WON AAPEAL! They lied again but Judge awarded me all but the original $1,00 because the previous Judge didn't write that they committed fraud. God is good! Not about the $2,264.60 they have to pay but that JUSTICE IS SERVED! IT'S NOW ON THEIR RECORD!Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Was ready to head out on the road, but noticed a leak under our RV. Called Jeff's auto let them know the situation. Told them we had plans to leave Las Vegas the following morning and they sent a tech out that same day. Our tech was Daryl and we couldn't of been more satisfied with his professionalism. He quickly fixed the issue and now we're set to leave like planned. Thanks again, Daryl!!
