I was so excited when I find out there was a Grease Monkey in Las Vegas! I've been getting my oil change from Grease Monkey for years in Atlanta and let me tell you, the Las Vegas location did not disappoint. Chris was very warm and welcoming and knowledgeable about my car. David, the store manager also was very welcoming and quite informative. They also vacuumed and cleaned the windows of my car after my oil change. Chris went above and beyond for me. The whole process took all of 30 minutes for my oil change. I was in and out! These guys seriously know what they're doing and are quite the characters as well!

They kept my classic truck for 2 years. they did not fix it. They relocated it to their Henderson location without telling me and They put over 1000 miles on it. Not only did they not fix it.They charged me 11,000.00 in CASH They broke the steering column and returned it unsafe to drive. Took it back and returned it with a broken steering wheel column and transmission and told me don't call back when questioned. The owner is not a mechanic he is a finance guy for a dealership. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Found them based on their Google reviews, and they really are a great shop! They saved me $1700! Another shop said I need a new compressor for my AC, I took it to Grease Monkey and all I needed was a new blower motor. Great home town feel in a big city. They are fast and responsive. They remember you, and make you feel welcome. I broke down out of town, they helped with trying to trouble shoot it over the phone, and really did a great job getting me home. I have always felt they treated me well and never felt like I was being taken advantage of.

It's hard to find an honest and reliable mechanic. As owner of a mobile business, a good mechanic is a necessity. I stumbled across Grease Monkey thru social media and have been nothing but impressed. Their customer service is on point, technicians are knowledgeable and the shop is clean. They even took my work schedule into consideration, making sure to complete the work without my business being affected. Client for life!

This is the best Auto shop I ve ever been too. They are honest and told me exactly what I needed to replace and what was fine. They could of lied and rip me off but instead help me save a lot of money. My boyfriend was shocked because usually business lie and add on unnecessary services. There staff is also friendly, kind and helpful. I highly recommended this auto shop.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

To your response- I did NOT bring my truck in with a blown turbo! Nice try/lie though!!My truck was running when I brought it in and you put it on your computer and YOU determined it to be a bad turbo when in actuality it was a $20.00 fuel part!! You are right about 1 thing- Yes I had to trade the truck in because Grease Monkey installed the wrong turbo and the truck would no longer run right and as a single women it was too dangerous to drive- I did not bring it back because you refused to put the correct turbo. You were also paid for GM parts and you installed whatever cheap product you could get your hands on. Nice try though!! And being that you did your "homework" do you recall receiving the diagnostics from the real Diesel shop telling you the correct turbo to install? You left that part out!! If you would like I can share all the text messages you and I had over the course of the 2 months you had my truck and couldn't figure out the problem?They do not know what they are doing when it comes to Diesel trucks and charged me $8000 for a $20 part and my truck never ran right again! I had to trade the truck in shortly after dealing with these monkeys!!

We recently required a service on my wife s jeep and seeing the good reviews about Grease Monkey we decided to give this place a try. From the first contact to completion they were excellent! Can t tell you how refreshing it was to work with an honest, caring company. The guys and Bella were friendly and knowledgeable, they won t try to up sell or rip you off, we were very pleased with the cost too. This will be our go to shop for both our cars needs in the future. I can t recommend them enough.

I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with GREASE MONKEY auto repair! These guys are AMAZING! This is by far the most upfront and honest service provider with whom I've ever dealt. The prompt here listed the reason for my review as "good quality," but it was much more! They were welcoming and courteous, prompt, their facility is clean, comfortable and accommodating.They follow the golden rule(treat people as you want to be treated) over just trying to make a buck. I've just moved to Las Vegas, but if you're having any car issues, do yourself a favor and check these guys out!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have a mobile dog grooming van that needed a major repair. Bella has helped for several weeks now and was so friendly the whole way. We wound up getting the work done at their henderson location but just wanted to let everyone know how great both locations were

They are awesome! The moment I walked in I was amazed with how welcoming I felt in their shop. I talked to Tony today and he was super friendly. If you guys are debating to come here because of the little amount of reviews (they re a new shop), don t hesitate any longer and stop by. Im definitely making this my go to place for any of the family cars.

Definite Repeat!!First time to call and conversation with Bella, even for just a quote, made you feel welcomed right away. Came in for my schedule and promptly greeted as if you ve been there before like they have known you for a while. Tony took my vehicle in, looked at it and carefully told me what was wrong and needed to be replaced. It was a fan bracket that s almost, but not quite as labor intensive like a timing belt replacement so I asked him if it would be better to just have it done while at it. He replied by saying you just had it done a little over a couple of years ago and theres no reason to spend more money . Who does that? Most auto shops would upsell and try to charge you unnecessary labor just to make that extra buck!After agreeing with their diagnosis, Bella ordered the part needed, which btw, they only use quality parts that compares to OEM and even give you an option to choose OEM along with a nationwide, 2 year, 24 month warranty as long as you buy the parts through them. They can also install and just charge you very competitive labor rates, any parts you bring with the caveat of not getting warrantied of course. I was expecting a lot more as I have previously called a Toyota dealership and asked and I need not finish my sentence as you all know how dealerships do it.Honesty, integrity and professionalism are top notch with this shop. Thank you Grease Monkey Garage and finally found my go to shop from now on!Oliver M.

Awesome experience, this shop take care of the customers. Had some body work done along with some electrical work done to my mustang. Had my car back in 2 weeks and better than I could ever imagine. I highly recommend this spot! The shop treats you like family! They are the nicest folks I've ever met in the mechanical world. But niceness doesn't fix cars. But they do that too. And at That very reasonably priced! I was in a panic and called constantly. They never got frustrated or activated with my calls. And we're always so polite. The keep a clean nice shop. I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys and girls. Above and beyond , that's what they do. I truely wish I could afford to bring a vehicle to them anytime from anywhere in the U.S.A. it would be worth the money.Thank you all very muchZach Reece!

I had an oil change and discovered my washer fluid wasn't topped off. I called back because I knew this was apart of the oil change procedure. Bella was nice and offered a 5 dollar credit toward my next visit, but I felt I should have been allowed to return to get that done.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Just had a brand new transmission put in my 06 Expedition and my AC recharged. Great customer service; good people, Tony , Bella, Scott and their mechanic took care of my vehicle and with pricing options. Glad I found them. Thank You Grease Monkey...John C.

I have been taking my 1971 Beetle to Grease Monkey for small maintenance repairs and upgrades as I restore it. Tony and Bella are great!!! Very honest people. It feels good to finally have a mechanic out here in Las Vegas I can trust. I highly recommend using there service even if it s for a simple oil change.

110% satisfied and honest. I came over for suspension work on my 2017 GMC Sierra and everything was handled perfectly. I called in to book an appointment, they ordered in advance the required parts I asked them. The truck rides a lot better now with my travel trailer. I'm very picky about quality and they gave me confidence. Will definatly come again for all my car maintenance when I'm in the area. I'm from Montreal, Canada and was driving over the area looking for an honest garage. I couldnt have asked for better because they are the best! Thanks again!

Was worried about getting my A/C checked since my truck is a 2005, turns out it was a simple vac and recharge!!!! They could have told me something so much more expensive, but turned out it was under $50! Thank you Grease Monkey Garage, Tony, Bella and Scott, for your great customer service and honesty! I will be recommending you to EVERYONE!

The shop I usually do business with was way out of line and wanted to sell me parts that no one ever heard of, not even the parts house. I have found my new repair shop. Avoid Grease monkey for AC repairs. They lack diagnostic capabilities and will do work that does not solve the problem. You will return again and again for failed RC and be told "It's under warranty." But still no RC, refund or solution other than "The weather will cool off soon. You can have us put in a new compressor ( you should have had in the first place). After paying for leak repair, now you are supposed to fork out another thou for the job that should have been in the first place. Double jeopardy, double the billing. Trust someone else!

This shop is honest! I never thought I would find an honest repair shop in Las Vegas. You don't have to worry about being ripped off with unnecessary repairs or price gouging.The repairs are solid quality work. I don't have to worry about having the same issue repeatedly.

i made an appointment online for 11 i arrived on time i didn't see anyone so i waited like 3 minuets then said hello a man with glasses came out and was very rude tole me i dint have an appointment without even checking then he said go next door when i tried talking to him
