They work on deals so quick and they work with you on what you need and what you want! Really great people! We worked with Benjamin and Harris as our sales people and both are amazing! Will definitely return to buy more cars from them!

Over the last few days I had oil and filter services performed on my two Honda cars. With both cars I dealt with Aidan. Aidan was totally professional. He listened to my viewpoints and made sure my wishes were followed. Aidan is very knowledgeable and knows what he's talking about. I totally enjoyed working with him.

Kacey Trujillo and His Service Department team are absolutely amazing. Since, I purchased my Honda CR-V at Findlay Honda Henderson they have been my go to. Was told on the phone they offered service discounts with a coupon, ha ha no coupons available.Their website mentioned a 15% dicount on accessories. When I drove 100 miles to get there just for the dicounts I was told by at least three people working in the service department they knew nothing about discounts. I paid for my oil change and left for good would not recommend this place to anyone.

Service Agent Aiden B. was very helpful, friendly, handsome, professional, and super polite to my senior Mom and me. He noted service due on my car, and while his mechanics team were working on my car, they noted a critical safety issue that required immediate attention. Aiden B. wisely took initiative and addressed the safety issue. Aiden delivered my safe and serviced car to me. I am very pleased with him, my car and Findley Honda.

I brought my car because there was a problem with my front tire. They replaced the valve stem and did not charge me anything. I was in and out of the service center in less than an hour.

Does your car need service? Ask for Sean Beria. My van was fixed faster and for less than the competition and on a schedule that worked for me. The service was top notch. Sean was a pleasure to work with and he communicated clearly.

Had a great experience here. Everyone was patient and allowed me to drive the car multiple times. All my questions were answered. Courtney is amazing and made the experience very enjoyable and fun. She showed me all of the accessories to the car and explained it thoroughly!

Always receive top-notch service here. The entire staff in both Service Department and the Parts Department gave me that superior customer service I have come to expect. I even believe that these folks could possibly consider side hustles, coaching struggling agents trying to manifest the magic combination of customer advocate and efficient rainmaker for their employers! i've been using Findlay honda Henderson for all my service needs. always greeting with friendly knowledgeable staff.my most recent visit was due to my check engine light being on and was due for a service. they were able to quickly let me know what the cause for the engine light and what the fix would be, rotated tires, changed oil and had me back on the road in no time!big thank you to all the staff at Findlay honda henderson!!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I had an appointment 11-16-22 at 9:30 am I got there early / 9ishI was greeted promptly by a lady ! Her name was JUDY ! She was wonderful ! A breath of fresh air !!!! Old school customer service ! Customer since 2004. I recently purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey Sport through the Internet program and Patrick DeMoura. Absolutely a wonderful vehicle buying experience. This was my fourth purchase because I have always received courtesy during my purchases and top-notch service.Also, a special Thank You to Judy Tweedy for making vehicle service an absolute joy. The entire staff in both Service Department and the Parts Department gave me that superior customer service I have come to expect.A special Thank You to Tommy Rayl for his attention to details. Went in to inquire about the splash shield bolts for my civic. They said they would look at it and see what they could do. They estimated 45 minutes. Took a little longer and nobody had spoken to me about it but they handled it and washed my car and didn't charge me for a thing. Not bad!!

Under promise and over deliver! Its a great motto. When we got here for a simple oil change, there were a few cars ahead of us. We were helped by a couple of very nice gentlemen. They told us it would be 30 to 45 minutes. We were out within 20 minutes. They were kind to my toddler and a great help!

Where is the customer service?? New management new people NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went a couple days ago to the Express Liube for an A1 service and it wasn t so express in fact, it s the longest it s ever taken! Don t recognize anyone that works there anymore and they are not friendly at all! What is going on here? Didn t take the time to explain what services my car may need in the near future or even say thank you for your business or good bye! The Findlay family has been doing this a long time and should already know if you don t have customer service you don t HAVE A BUSINESS!! This new manager needs to be sat down and made aware of this because as of now I will no longer be taking my car to Findlay Honda Henderson Service EVER again. RIDICULOUS! and I ve gone there for the last 6 yrs !

I bought a Mazda 2014 with Honda Findlay. The process was good. However, the key buttons for some reasons didn t work automatically. I had to manually use the key to open the car. I then came to Findlay Honda to let them evaluate the problem. They tried and said that I would need a new key and it would cost about $400. They also said I would have to pay for it. I disputed because the key had a problem when I bought it, not because of my fault. The manager then decided to pay for this. They tried to help and I appreciate it. Overall, I think 4 stars is fair. Good service
