Ronnie Camden showed us more than We expected. Went out of his way for a better service with a SMILE & Well knowledgeable. Other 2 Financial officers showed Great service & very Helpful. The 3 staffs went beyond & I & Richard feels Great like a Family. I am very Grateful & felt very Special.Great Staffs & very courteous & Helpful. I chose Findlay Cadillac because of their impeccable reputation for their service towards customers. I was in the market for a car, and I was very well taken care of. Was met by James with a friendly smile. We told him we were looking to buy a mid sized SUV. He took us into a HUGE showroom, so we could compare different options. Then we proceeded outside to see more. Found the one I wanted and he and the wonderful staff made it happen. I'm very happy with the purchase. Thank You Findlay Cadillac....Love my Vehicle

I went in for a routine oil change and the service was great. The waiting area has comfortable chairs with a nice coffee machine. It took about 1 hour from drop off to finish. Everyone I talked to was nice. No complaints. I will definitely continue to service my Escalade here.

My husband and I worked with Courtney Marvelli! She made the experience go smoothly! She works with you and goes out of her way to make sure you are 100% happy! I recommend Courtney if anyone is interested in purchasing a Cadillac from Findlay Cadillac! She is the best at what she does!! Her and the rest of the team were so professional and kind! If I could give them 100 stars I would! I will definitely be letting all of my friends and family know about her if they ever want to go towards Cadillacs!

We have lived all over and have been to several different Cadillac dealerships, this has been hands down the BEST dealership we have been too. I could book an appointment quickly, they had state of the art tech when you arrive and it takes a bunch of pictures of your car, they are absolutely fast to respond back. Even after the initial in take I messaged with Greg about fixing a rim and they did it no problem! Will definitely be using them again.

Excellent team of professionals. They are courteous and responsive.I leased a car there in 21 and bought it out of the lease yesterday.Everything went perfectly smooth.They offered drinks while I waited to make me comfortable.All around decent experience. Yes it's a dealership and they do try to sell you things that you may not want but they don't push too hard when you say no.

It was my first time having a service done at Findlay Cadillac Henderson and what a great experience it was!! When contacting their Service Department by phone, i heard a very friendly/engaging voice on the other end, asking good questions to understand my concerns with the vehicle .Awesome! I was able to bring my car in, same day, and when pulling into the Service Area, I was immediately acknowledged/greeted with, yet again, a friendly/engaging representative, who took my keys to the vehicle and escorted me to my assigned Service Agent, Josue, who kept the EXCELLENT customer experience going. He collected all of the information needed to get my vehicle set-up and logged in for diagnosis/servicing, set me up with a loaner vehicle, quoted a day that my vehicle would be ready, and he was right on the money . My vehicle is a 2014 and it was determined that the CUE system needed to be replaced, it was and it works like a charm .. I am so happy with the serviced I received and the work that was done!.A bunch of Professional, that s who they are

The dealership was very clean and actually a very beautiful place. Salespeople were very cordial and professional and very friendly. The salesperson we dealt with was Andy R . Andy was very professional and very very knowledgeable about the Cadillac we were interested in and ended up buying. The transaction was pretty open and not much added charges which was awesome. We would definitely do business with this dealership again in the future.

First trip to Findlay and very impressed. My advisor Tyler was very welcoming and professional. Dealership was clean and had an incense like smell to it which was very pleasant. Large customer lounge with plush leather seats and plenty of refreshment choices. Very easy check out process as well once they come to get you to pick up your car. Seems Findlay values its customers and they definitely prove it. Looking forward to my next visit!

Absolute worst dealership EVER! We ordered a 2022 Diesel Escalade, took delivery in June 2022.The service is absolutely disgusting. Not even a Cadillac to drive when your car is in service under warranty. They had my car for 3 MONTHS bc it had an oil leak. The managers don't care, service is clueless & the new sales general manager is a scumbag.All they care about is MONEY MONEY MONEY. I gave them PLENTY OF MONEY & they're so incompetent and rude. I will DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK THERE. Cadillac of Las Vegas will be getting my business from now on.Update: If you didn't sell off ALL the fleet cars during covid bc of extremely high used car prices, I would have been driving a cadillac during the 3 months my 1 1/2 year old escalade was sitting in service. A VW Atlas is not even in the same class! After complaining for a month, I was finally upgraded to a Ford Expedition. I had asked for a CADILLAC since I am a brand LOYAL customer, ANY CADILLAC would do, but that was not an option.To get this vehicle in the 1st place, we paid $10,000 OVER MSRP, and really wanted the Escalade-V, which was $50,000 OVER MSRP?? Are you KIDDING ME? THAT'S NOT GREEDY? COME ON?? We declined that for obvious reasons. We've owned many Cadillacs previously, 2 V cars, and would have preferred the V..Everything was fine until it started leaking oil in less than a year and a half. I took it for regular service, told Adam about my oil leaking. Car comes back, tells me it's all good, couldn't find any oil leaks. A few weeks later, I take it in for a tire issue and mention my oil is still leaking. All of a sudden I'm told immediately I can't drive it and they need to give me a loaner bc gm is going on strike. Funny how they let me drive off a few weeks before and didn't see anything leaking?Not 1 time in the 3 months did anyone call me to give me any information. I called repeatedly to follow up on when the part would be expected as I hadn't heard ANYTHING. All they would tell me is it's still on backorder, gm is on strike, we have no idea when the part will be in. In the meantime, I'm driving something that's not even close to what I have.We finally escalated the issue to gm customer care to see what they could do or give us any additional information. We got the parts department on the phone, and you want to talk about USELESS. They told us they don't know anything and they are waiting on the part. My husband asked what the part number is, and told them you can get gm certificated factory parts from other sources. After 2 1/2 months of waiting, they told us they are NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF CHASING parts around the country.FUNNY, after we received the part number, my husband ordered a gm certified factory part from Phoenix, and it was at our house the next week. Hmmmm OKI'm SO SORRY you spent all that money on my rental car, I guess you should fire your parts manager for not doing his job better.Wait, it gets better. We are going to reimburse you 2 months of car payments. Okay, your going to reimburse me what I SHOULD be paying monthly based on the value of the car, right?? oh nooo, we put over $100,000 down on the car so the payment isn't hardly anything compared to financing the whole $$. You seriously think that reimbursement of $1,650 is even close to what a $150,000 payment would be if we didn't have such a big down payment on it??SADLY, immediately after we got it back, there's was a horrible vibration when backing up in reverse. I took it back in Feb, they said it was fixed, and gave it back, BUT it WASN'T. On Tuesday March 5th, I let Adam know it's STILL vibrating AND leaking oil. I was unable to bring it that day as my husband was in the hospital. As of today 4/19 he has not followed up to see when I can come back.I spoke w Cliff over the phone (new sales manager), he blew a bunch of smoke up my rear, & basically told me, it would be about $80k MORE OUT OF POCKET if I wanted to trade in my car w under 17,000 miles on it!! Didn't even put a proposal together, or say let me see what I can do. THAT'S SERVICE??

After multiple car purchases, my experience at Findlay Cadillac in Henderson, NV was the best experience I ve had. Ron C worked with me for several weeks to obtain the car I wanted. He is very polite and never pushed me to do anything. There was zero pressure and Ron C exceeded my expectations.

I got a great deal on my used car purchase. A lot went wrong while driving off. They are a good dealership and I got a good deal. Customer service could be improved a lot as I felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable the whole time as far as the way the workers there acted towards me throughout the whole process. Customer service and the way they treat people needs to be improved. Overall I would say this is a great place to buy a car and I was treated great as far as the deal I got, as well as them fixing what went wrong with it in the first 30 days , which was a lot. But , I would say this was the most unfriendly most unprofessional rude customer service out of any place I have ever been to. 4 stars just due to the headache they caused me and just being a very unfriendly dealership. 5 stars as far as the deal I got, and the car that I m satisfied with after the necessary repairs.

I recently lost my beloved husband. He took care of me, all our bills and basically everything. I was extremely happy just to be his wife. Anyway I ve had to bring my car in twice since my sweetheart started his heavenly journey. Tyler has been nothing but professional, kind and very supportive as I know nothing about cars. He doesn t try to sell me something I don t need. My husband and I were retired and both cars have under 20K miles between them. I thank god daily for Tyler who s just a very sweet young man taking care of this grateful old lady. You re the absolute BEST Tyler!

Our car buying experience with Findlay Cadillac was absolutely wonderful. Kudos to Anthony, who sold us our used electronic vehicle. He and everyone there went above and beyond to make sure the car was in perfect condition and continue to follow through to ensure our satisfaction. No high pressure anything. I have always been a customer who values the service the dealer provides. I was shocked at my experience with Findely s service. I recently purchased an old 2013 Escalade EXT with 99,000 miles on it. I wanted to have it serviced to establish a baseline and ensure it was running okay now and in the future. I was shocked by the 100,000-mile service quote of 4,300 dollars. I own a Range Rover Sport SVR and an I4 BMW; that service would have cost $ 1200 at the most. So, I had them remove some tire-based things from the quote. I thought it got me down to $3,500; however, when I came back to pick my truck up, my outstanding balance was $4195, with the removal of the tire-based items to my shock. The service rider, Ryan, told me the 100K service was $5300. WOW! So I asked for the service quote that I signed, and he said it had gotten oil on it, and they had to dispose of it. Convenient. I have owned several Cadillacs, but I will never buy another one. I suggest you shop around before using this service center.

Service department is super slow. 4 days to diagnose and replace vehicle battery which was still under warranty. When we finally drove away from dealership one tire pressure was low we filled it up with air next day tire was flat. Overall poor experience maybe we will trade in the Cadillac for a Lincoln. Ford has much better service.

I was able to call the day before and still get in the very next day for an oil change. No better place than your dealer as they also check on possible other vehicle issues. (I had none so it s not a scam). Their check is so important for a widow with a high mileage car.When scheduling, be sure to ask for Adam. He ll take care of you!I had a coupon sent by Cadillac that made it much cheaper than the oil change chain places.Yes, I waited longer than at an oil change franchise, but in a comfy chair inside the dealership with TV, complimentary coffee with flavored creams, tea, hot chocolate and full range of soft drinks. I miss my Michigan dealership that also had cookies, muffins, candy and other free snacks but hey, the chain places are so crummy and dirty to wait for your car. They never reset the oil notice either.

We bought our Cadillac Finley many years ago. We have only dealt with them, they treat us with respect and kindness. Their mechanics are top A1. We recommend them highly. If and when we have any problems, they try their hardest to rectify it
