Great tire replacement! Went here to get new tires on my car since my old ones were balding. Replacement didn t take too long and everything looked good. The next day in the daylight I noticed that they had misplaced my magnets on wheels so I had to bring the car back and get that fixed. Besides that they did a great job and the employees are very helpful, professional, and polite.

My tire blew out, so I brought my car there without an appointment. They checked all the parts and confirmed they could find them, then they made my appointment by afternoon on the same day and kept me updated on the status of their work, so I got my car back within an hour. I'm so happy with theirs service.

Discount tire runs everything so efficiently and all of the employees I spoke with were extremely helpful. They give you much more of a real perspective and try to get you a better deal compared to other places. In particular, Jonah was very nice and gave me a good rundown of the issues with my tires and the acting manager Edward got me a cheaper priced, better rated, in stock tire as well as applied a warranty discount to get me a great deal, saving about $600. I was in and out of there in less than a couple of hours to replace all four tires along with several other items.

Came into this shop after finding a flat tire last Friday. Chris was very nice and helpful on the phone. Left my car overnight for tire replacement. Also told the young kid who checked me in, that I had a screw or nail in a back tire, and low tire light was on before my flat. He a assured me it would all be taken care of. Picked my car up the next day. Low tire light still on. I pull up and Chris tells me it should go off after a short drive and that all tires had been checked. I get into the car on Sunday morning and STILL the low tire light is on. I proceed to another Discount Tires. He tells me I have the following air pressure 30, 33 and 36 lbs in 3 of the 4 the checked!!!!Thought they would check ALL tires. Also, the screw or nail is still in the rear tire.I would never visit this location again.

Have had two screws in two different tires in the past 6 mos. Thank goodness for Discount Tires. Good prices. Love the replacement insurance. Put the new tires on quickly each time. Their tire pressure service is great for those of us who don't know how to check and fill our tires. Very nice employees.

I had my tires changed here several months ago and prices were great. Today had a flat and got in without any wait, within 30 minutes no charge. Great customer service

My daughter lives near this location (Horizon Ridge and Green Valley Parkway) and told us how professional and nice they were to her. We decided to go there to get a tire sensor replaced and Chandler and the Asst. Mgr. were both very courteous and professional. I will definitely visit THIS location again.

Was leaving work at 5 earlier tonight and came out to a blowout with my front passenger tire. Got it across the street to this Discount Tire location and Chandler got me checked in, both front tires replaced and rear tires rotated all in less than 30 mins.Been a Discount Tire customer for 10 plus years, first time at this location and can't recommend Chandler and the staff here enough! Excellent service, knowledge and professionalism!

On vacation and got a flat on the freeway, they have my size tires in stock, yay. They said come right over, we did. They said it will be an hour and a half. Been here over two hours, they said oh there are another two cars in front of you. My husband complained and they are finally putting on our new tires. Here is my problem, we are buying four tires not one and not a fix a flat, I shouldn't have to wait behind every single appointment. Don't schedule the appointments so close together that you don't have time for walk-ins. If I wasn't on vacation I would have gone somewhere else! So rude. Also watching out the window must be 15-20 people out there and half the time they are talking to each other.

Discount tires has great customer service beginning to end. Customer service should be this good everywhere like in the good ol days. Prices are great. Quick and competent 10 stars

I went to a different shop who (perhaps because I m female, alone & pregnant) tried to charge me 1000 for the same thing this business charged me 480 WITH a year warranty! Chandler D was my saving grace today. He informed me on everything I needed to know and didn t make me feel stupid for not knowing. Thank you so much!

I've been a customer of Discount Tire for over 20 years. Numerous sets of ties and wheels purchased, replaced and repaired. I have found myself visiting practically every location due to the neverending construction in Las Vegas/Henderson.I won't go into the sorted details, but this location made a mistake. I'm a second chance kind of guy, but this last one had me questioning that policy.At the end of the day, Discount Tire makes it right. Chris G., the manager, refused to let me walk away angry. His compassion, empathy and downright personal concern really hit home. He just wanted to make it right and he did. I would have zero hesitation visiting this store in the future.

Had flat on freeway. Came here to get it fixed. Got all new tires was told be done in 1 1/2 hours,2hrs was told 30 minutes, 30 minutes later car still outside of shop. Told counter man I was tired of being lied to and they then got the car in. Not happy.

These guys are amazing. They went above and beyond any other place I have ever been to. Kyle was the one who helped me out (he remembered me from last time) and did a phenomenal job. He was through and made sure he understood everything I needed to relay to the techs to get me in and out fast with the job done right. The manager there is also a great team leader, he is personable and knows how to run his team. I've been coming here for about 2 years and don't trust anyone else when it comes to wheels and tires. He remembered me also when I came in and said welcome back again! So long as I live in Vegas I will come here even though it isn't the closest location to where I live! Bang out job guys! Thank you again!

There is a reason this company gets 5 star reviews over others. I went to Firestone on Stephanie this morning for my 10:30 appointment to fix a small air leak on my front left tire. I was told when I made my appointment and upon arrival it would be done by noon. At 1:30pm my car wasn t even in the bay yet. The front desk was not courteous and I took my car and went where I wish I would have gone from the startI arrived to this Discount Tire. Customer service was phenomenal, car in and out in 30 min without an appointment, and on top of it all- IT WAS COMPLIMENTARY!Absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish And this has always been my experience at discount tire.Thank you to the whole team today for turning a dread into an easy repair so I can be safe on the road!

When you need tires, these are the guys to see. And... not only did they have the tires I needed, they even helped further by replacing my one damaged tire and allowing me to go home and put that on my Tesla so I could drive it back to them for the other three tires. What a great experience!

I had a 1:45 appointment to get a nail fix. I arrived at 1:30 They have 6 or 7 technicians walking around and 2 people at the deskIt is now 2:50 and I m still here. Why bother making an appointmentI have been a discount customer for 30 years. This is the worst customer service I ve ever had at one time of these storesSorry

This Discount Tire is so amazing! Every time I ve had to deal with discount tire they always go above and beyond. I can t thank Adrian and Matt enough for the help I received. They treat you right and get your tires right real fast. Couldn t be happier with the service. Thank you Discount Tire for hiring people that actually care and are genuine good people.

Went here for the first time today. Easiest and fastest tire experience ever. Prepaid for the tires online. Made an appointment. Arrived at 8:10am left at 8:50am for 4 tires. Everyone was really nice and professional. Definitely my spot for tires moving forward.
