There was significant damages left from the original accident! Didn't fix all the damages to my vehicle and was told it was my responsibility to have pointed it out during the initial consultation. Multiple flaws and a huge gap on my door! Horrible customer service specially if you're a woman! They treat you like you don't know what you are talking about. Now I have to go back and contact my insurance to do a second repair. Also trying to get information is like pulling teeth. My call would get accidentally drop & I would get placed on really long hold when calling from my cell number but when calling from another number the calls would go through no issues.

I was very impressed Noah's great treatment kindly. He helped my vehicle repair process under warranty service honestly. I recommend to meet Noah if u decide to go this auto repair branch for your vehicle repair nicely whether in-warranty or not. once again, thanks Noah and Crash Champion to save my Hyundai Sonata. I am happy

I found Service King because they re a USAA preferred provider. This was such a great experience for something that can quickly turn into a nightmare. This shop was communicative, timely and my truck looked great afterwards. They even washed and polished it. They also handled the return of my awful rental car. Paul let me know what was happening throughout the entire process and the gal at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. I m so impressed with Service King.

This is the worst auto repair place ever. I would give no stars if possible. LARRY is a rude, inconsiderate rep that offers unreliable services and businesses and ripped off my insurance company but holding my vehicle for almost an entire MONTH when absolutely no work was done. It's all excuses and exploitation. Don't come here if you want quality service. Go to Sunset auto WAY BETTER

I have not yet actually taken my car in yet, however the professionalism, both in person and on the phone has been phenomenal! I ll not have to worry about the level of those who are doing the repairs . I have heard nothing but positive reviews so I will see you soon!

Just picked up my vehicle after it was hit on the driver side. Insurance suggested Service King(now Crash Champions). This was the Green Valley shop on N. Gibson. It looks brand new! The work was done perfectly and the communication during the process was excellent! I'd highly recommend them for paint and body work. Super clean facility too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had to get my front bumper repaired and this shop was suggested by my insurance company. The service here was excellent. There was excellent communication by Lisa and Marie. My first review of this company was great. The people in light inside are nice but when I got my vehicle back after the third time of complaining about an issue, ended up taking it to Chapmen Dodge and they found that my control arm was cracked. My trans mount was pushed back and collapsed. Things were not done correctly and this could ve cost me my life. I will never ever come back nor would I recommend this company and not so many words I was pretty much told I didn t know what I was talking aboutServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Got hit and this place was recommended to me. Looked at reviews and decided to have the car towed and work done there.Dropped off October 1st. Finally got to pick up the car December 28. Issue with getting parts was the reason. They kept me updated via text on the status of shipping and delivery etc, so I was never in the dark about what was going on so that was nice. It was a big hit and I feel it is as close to original as it can get. I was tboned driver side and the door doesn t quite line up. I can hear the wind through the door like it s kind of open when it s closed all the way. Paint and body looks good. Doesn t pull to the side when going down the road.Had a bad first impression when I came to sign papers after towing the car there. Not the receptionist but the woman behind the window made me feel like I was bothering her by coming in. She was aggressive and I did not feel comfortable with her at all. I went two times to the office. Drop off and pick up. The receptionist was nice during our interaction and again I got bad energy from her so I tried to deal with only the receptionist and my contact during the repairs.So bottom line: Good body and paintGood communication through processUnhappy with member of office staff.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

The team was honest and informed my husband and I on the best solution for our vehicle. It was more about the transparent communication and customer service then taken out money. I am so impressed with the level of communication I received. I never had to call to get a status of my vehicle. I received texts letting me know the status and then a phone call as soon as it was finished. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to pick up my car when I was available. Personally I worked with Dani and Marie and they were both so fantastic! Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

My car was sent to Service King by my insurance. They did a great job in fixing my car in 2 weeks, instead of 3. Very professional and comfortable atmosphere. Very friendly. Timely service and my car runs great. Thanks Service King for such great service. Highly recommend them at Henderson location. Josh and Caroline are very nice to work with.

I had my vehicle repaired by Service King in January due to a collision, and they took the time to thoroughly inspect and repair it with care and in a timely fashion.When a few things surfaced weeks after the repair that hadn t been present during the initial inspection, they fixed them quickly and without a fuss, and at no additional cost.Both Dani and Marie in the collision center are friendly and courteous over the phone, and go above and beyond to make things right. I highly recommend this company and would return should the need arise in the future without hesitation.

Service King is the best in town. I recommend them to everyone. My car came out of the shop looking like brand new. They repaired it five days earlier than the estimated time. It looks fabulous. We have used Service King twice now and both times their service was professional and very high quality. They did an excellent job with scheduling and keeping us informed of the process and progress. Would definitely recommend! My car was towed here after a minor accident and service king made the whole process easier than I was expecting. They even finished 2 days before the estimated date. Josh made sure to keep me updated through text messages and phone calls which was great. I couldn t be happier with the way it turned out!

Seems Service King is editing the 1 star ratings to keep up, they don't want you to know the truth about business. I tried to get an estimate after a trip to my truck and a short discussion, was told they were to busy to help me. No problem, told the insurance agent and he stated he has herd this about this location before....I'm going someplace else. If they are to busy to even give an estimate then they are to busy to do a good job on my truck and I really would not trust a company that has very rude front office staff, I'm sure it trickles down the to the shop. Glad the insurance I'm dealing with is very much aware of the attitude of this so called service. Go someplace else.

Took my car in same day for insurance required inspection. Other places in Las Vegas won't do inspection for another month. Then place I wanted to repair the car (closer to my home in North Las Vegas) won't repair the car until two months later. Back to Service King. Fixed the body. Great job. Paint matched perfectly.

Service King is hands down, one of the best repair shops I have dealt with. They worked flawlessly with my insurance company and rental car company to make my experience an ideal one. I highly recommend using them to help with all your auto repair needs.

Getting my car to get serviced was a pain, however not this locations fault. (That's whole other story)Josh and the receptionist are the only reason there's any stars here. Josh was constantly updating me on what was being done and the lovely receptionist was welcoming and always had a smile. Service king is lucky to have them...As for the body work, it was great , you can't tell that the car was ever involved in an accident... (My car was hit while parked outside my house and the impact messed up the drivers side among other things, the force of a truck moved my car so hard that the passenger side hit the side walk and my car ended up on top of the sidewalk). So once again great body work HOWEVER, people would ride in my car (2018 , 12,000 miles) and point out the nasty hissing noise it was making after the accident...as soon as i drove it i called josh and he had me bring it back the following day.. Also my windshield wipers were not working. The noise couldn't be fixed after 3 visits and after $12,000 charged to the insurance... I was told that it was a " normal" sound and then the case was closed.I got tired of hearing that ugly sound.. the mechanics work was an embarrassement. . i had my husband take a look at it. . it took him 1 minute to figure out that noise #1 was from the passenger side. . a small piece of the car metal was rubbing against the tire disk, that disk is all scratched up now.. However my husband bent it back into place and that noise went away. The second noise came from the back passenger side tire. My husband simply removed the tire and replaced the bearing ($130 out of our own pocket). And guess what Service King? It only took 30 minuntes and now there is no noise because there never should have been. Please get yourself qualified mechanics...I've also seen comments about people saying their cars were returned washed and clean.. Mine was not. No big deal, but just saying.

Took my truck in for collision repair obviously. I was well informed on it's progress throughout the repair process and the repairs were well done. I have been in the collision repair industry for over 20 years and NEVER seen such a lack of quality control. Oil and coolant that had been in the bed(half full), were now inside the truck laying on the floor behind this right front seat waiting to be spilled. A battery core with acid all over which was also in the truck bed was now sitting on the rear seat! Are you kidding me? The radio also didn't work, had to bring it in the following day to replace a fuse. Never again.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Did not fix my 2013 Challenger properly after being rear ended, which caused long term damage and rendered the car near totaled. When I brought this up to them, they mocked me, ridiculed me, and called me a liar. They also wouldn't fix the parts they had fixed prior, which failed due to normal driving conditions. Very rude, poor poor service, and should be closed for fraud. If you enjoy your car or your money, avoid Service King at all cost.

Great customer service since the very first moment. I had an accident and they had my car towed and fixed within a week. Since the first call, the lady at the front desk was great, Im sorry I forgot her name, they kept me uptated thru texts and calls on everything that was going on with my repair. Josh was very attentive with all my questions. They did an excellent job and my car looks brand new. I just had to come here and recommend this place.
