I took my car in for a tire repair under warranty. I was told the nail was too close to the last repair location and the tire needed to be replaced. Since it was under warranty the price would be pro rated for the wear on the tire (not based on mileage). When it came time to check out they told me 30% of the tire had been used but the total charge was about 55% of a new tire. I argued the total and explained the simple math and the guy finally said I just take the measurements and put it in the computer. That s what it comes out to. Side note, those tires have a 70,000 mile warranty and are 30% worn at only 10,000 miles.

I replaced two tires as costco tire program a couple month ago. Totally I satisfied their work quality and price with reasonable waiting time on the schedule. I will buy costco tire service for other vehicle too. thanks

I got 4 new tires installed. A kid called and said that a plastic VW cover cap and a lug bolt were damaged. He tried to act like this was normal because my car was old. Another reputable shop had just checked out everything on this car. They told me if I bring in a lug bolt they can complete the installation. They lied. The manager Richard said if I bring a new lug bolt he can complete the installation and there is no damage to the wheel hub. They claimed that the lug bolt was mangled when they pulled it out. How is that possible? So I brought Richard a new bolt and he said the wheel hub hole is damaged and needs to be cleaned out. I asked him why he told me a few days earlier that there was no damage in the wheel hole? He said I was just hoping for the best . He said he doesn t want to pay for the damage they did because I have never been there before.

May be the system needs to be fixed. Was asked to order online while at the store as the discount was not getting applied for the tires. Saw 2 customers before me getting the advice to come back later for better pricing and discount

Just had 4 new tires installed, the price for the tires was great, they beat out Big O and Firestone by like $400-$600 in pricing. Costco is my new Tire source. The visit was especially good thanks to John, he is a great guy, hard worker, and knows the value of customer service. He really made the experience and earned my business. Thank you John, and thank you Costco.

Bought a battery a year and a half. It fail and it was replaced immediately by Costco. No questions, no if, just excellent service.

Good tire prices and Great service! Got 4 new tires mounted, balanced and installed on car. Had an appointment and all was done in barely an hour. Considering last time I got tires from Costco Maui took all day for tire installation it was impressive to get an appointment and fast turnaround in Henderson. Also love that tire warranty includes free rotations and inflation checks AND IS included with purchase. Thanks Costco Tire Center Henderson!!

I had them inspect my tires because I had to keep inflating my tires every few weeks and I was concerned something was wrong.I was told all my tires were degrading and they all had to be changed. I asked if they could just do a fix on the tires and they said no, they were beyond repair. They warned me that I may have a blowout and that could cause even more damage.They only had one tire that would fit my car so I changed that one and they told me I could go to another location to replace the other three.I'm a single mother and replacing all four tires was more than I could afford at the time. So I continued to add air to the one tire that continues to deflate quickly.This weighed heavily on me and so I limited my driving and did my best to save money. When I had some money saved, I took it to my oil change place and asked them to look at my tires.I was told they do not need replacement! There was just one tire with a nail that they could fix! I'm so angry right now. I feel like Costco owes me a refund for a tire they basically scared me into getting! And I thought Costco was a place I could trust. Thank goodness it was time to change my oil or I would have just gone back to Costco. Never again

I had the worst experience with the tire center. They are rude, unorganized, and poorly managed. I went to tire works on Silverado Ranch instead and I got great service with great prices. I ll never shop at Costco again after how the tire center treated me.

The deals on tires are great and the legendary Costco return policy works with automotive malfunctions too. The problem is that the tire center can get crazy busy and they need dedicated staff at the front to answer questions and take orders. The staff is to busy doing to work to speak with customers.

Simple and smooth experience with Costco. Ordered tires online (my tires are a unique size), and set an appointment. Received a call when tires came in (also had tracking info) and appointment was confirmed.Arrived for the appt and there was about 4 minutes of paperwork, then about an hour and 15 minutes for the install. All in all an easy and smooth experience.Tire pricing was the best that I could find anywhere. Highly recommended!

Someone needs to hire an adult to manage these kids who work there. Had 3 different techs telling us 3 different things. It appeared as though they just didnt want to be there and it was a hassle for them dealing with us. Zero customer service skills. If you can put up with the nonsense, the tires are great quality.... but that is the only thing good that came out of the whole deal. You are better than this Costco, work on this dept.

They need more help. I suppose like many businesses these days, are in the same situation. Everyone was friendly, and helpful, but if only 1 employee is taking care of sales in the tire center, and a customer has a complicated transaction, those with a simple transaction tend to get impatient. Also had some trouble getting the posted price. I'm not disgruntled just a bit surprised

Horrible customer service! I took my car bought new tires said they had them then left. Get a call 20 minutes later saying they didn t have them. Go back said they sold me the wrong tires. Had to wait another 2 hours for them to tell me they didn t have the tires so I need a refund. And they would ship the other tires in one weeks. The guy that sold me the tires left to lunch and the other guys couldn t fix the problem. After waiting for them fix the problem. 2 hour waiting. I love Costco but the tire shop sucks!!!

I like that you can set up an appointment online and service is usually done in a timely manner. Unfortunately the service level is very sub par as they have failed several times at doing basic service tasks such as inflating tires and proper rotation of tires.

Great prices, great specials. They seem a little overwhelmed and understaffed. The guys that do the work also handle the front desk/answering the phone/dealing with all customer service duties. So they run back and forth between the service desk and where they actually change the tires. Sometimes it leaves the desk complexly unattended. They could really use someone else to do all the front desk stuff. Overall, they were able to get all my service done quickly for a great price and that s really what I was looking for.

Go to the St Rose location, the Marks location has gone downhill. I had an appointment for 1pm for a flat repair and they didn;t even look at it for 2 hrs. At the 3 hr mark I asked what was going on and they told me that they accidentally ruined my tire and were trying to get me another one. At the 7 hr point they had me leave on my spare tire and come back a week later.I came back and waited in line for 45 minutes to check in for my appointment because they only have 1 person working the counter and there were 14 people in line. Then they tried to tell me that I can't keep my spare because it is a warranty replacement.

Bought 4 new tires as soon i left the parking lot my tire pressure light came on so i called them and they told me that for nissans this happens nothing to worry about the light will go off on its own but off course that was not the case brought it back a week later waited 2 hours to find out it was a leaking air pressure sensor so they replaced it. A week later i was driving on the freeway and my steering was shaking really bad so brought it back in and turns out they did not balance it correctly so another 2 hours wait. Really bad service do not recommend this place to anyone.

4 new tires bought, called that evening told on voicemail to come in next morning to have installed. I arrived at 9:30 before they opened at 10am. Stood in a line for 30 minutes to check my truck in. They told me it would be 2 hours. My truck didn't get on the rack until 12:30pm didn't get done until 2:40pm. It took them over 2 hours to put 4 new tires on. I dont recomend the tire center at Costco on Mark's street in Henderson NV for service. I can wait 2 hrs but over 4 hours is unacceptable. Obviously poorly managed, they seem to have plenty of employees.Oh yeah and I told when I ordered the tires the sensor light was on to please check sensors. Needless to say it wasn't addressed in the 4 hours I was there because light was still on. When I asked about it I was told I should make an appointment to have all 4 sensors replaced and it was $44 a sensor. So I waited for 4 hours and not all the work I requested was done.

I love Costco and do a lot of shopping here. But I don't know why the Tires department advertises a phone number and an open time if they don't answer the phone. All I wanted to do is ask about pricing to repair a tire - called at least 3 times and no one answers. This is a clear indication of customer service issues - decided to go with the local Discount Tire store instead.

The line tends to move very slow due to nature of business. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fantastic, and they usually take walking, even if your getting a new set of tires

The person who assisted me was professional and conscientious. He managed to attend to the busy-work in the tire center and yet not ignore me or my questions. I wanted to tip him but he adhered to policy and didn't accept it.

Tires are fine but service was horrible. First I received a call while installing informing me one of my pressure sensors was missing. I did not understand this as they were professionally installed and I had no pressure warning light. They said I needed to buy a new one and I gave them the ok to do it as I rely on these sensors working. On pick up of my vehicle they informed me that not only was one missing but another one was not reading properly now. They also told me that they did not have the proper sensor to replace the missing one and that my TPS light would be on. I took my car and left very annoyed. I took my car to the dealer the next week and they confirmed that if a sensor had been missing I would have had the TPS light on which I had not. The tire center outright lied to me. I will never buy tires here again as any savings I did get is by far nullified by the several hundred dollar repair now required to my car. I do not intend to renew my membership once it expires either.

I had the tire air pressure sensors replaced at Costco Tire Center for $45 each. At the mechanic's they were charging me $120 each. Definitely Costco is the best option.

I'm so thankful for the staff working 10/11/20!I'm used to feeling and being swindled at "car places" but not here! I had a nail in my tire and came for a patch but unfortunately the nail was in the side of the tire so -new tire. Costco doesn't carry my tires and I my tread was still good so they inflated my tire for me (slow leak) and I got the same brand elsewhere. Ladies, GO HERE. They won't take advantage of you. When I'm ready for a full new set, this is where I'm going.

Here I sit at the two and a half hour mark with no end in sight. A leaky valve stem that Costco put on about a year ago with new tires. Should have just paid somebody else. Not sure the " warranty " is worth the 3 hours this has already taken . Oh it's Thursday by the way . Got here about 430.

Staff has always been forthcoming with me and I've never had issues with their work. I've been buying tires here for the last 10 years with no major issues.

I love Costco tires because when you purchase them they balance and rotate and I have the nitrogen in my tires so you just go to them and they fill it up most places won't touch it so you need to be aware to keep the nitrogen in those tires.
