They provided great customer service and my Mercedes Benz looks like it was never in a car accident. I appreciate everything they did for it. Looks brand new! Definitely recommend to others. Dave was who I mainly communicated with. Thanks Dave!

Best experience I ve ever had at a body shop and recommend caliber collision again to anyone else. If I ever need my car fixed again I would 100% go back to them and I would actually ask for the same person that I had which was David B. he was excellent above and beyond Kept me in the loop daily with either text or calls and I thought that was great. They finish the repairs to 100% satisfaction earlier than they quoted me initially, and way faster than I thought whatever happened. Again, David B was excellent I can t stress How good he was, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process like I said, not only when I go back to the same body shop, I would want the same person to help me. David, thank you I appreciate it. The experience was above and beyond wonderful!

They provided adequate service from beginning to the end. Giving constant updates, and reassurance about my vehicle when it went for repair. Grateful to Tory and the crew for the work they do. Bonus for Tokyo Drift music playing after I took my car back from it's repair

Beware of horrible service. Getting my car fixed was more stressful than the accident itself. There is no communication. They are not honest. Working with Derek was like working with a used car salesman. He is very shady, unprofessional and does not communication. Only makes excuses. I went to pick up my car and it hard paint drips, door and hatch was not aligned and spots on my car. Not to mention the scratch on the back of my car that wasn't there and he tried telling me it was. Upon viewing intake pictures I proved it was not there. I refuses to take my car and he said "its the end of the month, I need you to take your car or I don't get paid" the went on about corporate blah blah. No I want my car fixed and left it. Again no communication till I had to keep calling to get answers.Now it's the 2nd time I'm going to get my car and all the things he said was normal were fixed. I then noticed my cloth seats were so dirty with greasy hand prints. They are very sloppy and now they been to send a detailer to clean the inside of my car. As I drove off my tire pressure lights came on, check engine and gas light. Which is strange cause I dropped off with a half tank of gas ( I took pics) I went to a tire shop and they added air which while replacing my tires only filled 80%!! Come on this was a horrible experience and even talking with the GM he seemed like he just didn't Carr about anything I was saying. Avoid this place and if you do go DO NOT WORK WITH DEREK. I'm leaving my review here cause ironically I didn't receive the survey I was told about after getting my car. I wonder why. Caliber collision dropped the ball on this whole repair and my insurance company has been aware.

This is the best collision shop in Las Vegas, if you re going through insurance or just looking to get repairs, this is a great place to go. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you know exactly what parts need to be fixed, updated etas, and fixing your car to pristine condition, you won t have to worry about someone cutting corners. From the moment my Kia K5 was towed there I was kept informed by my adjuster Derek he is the absolute best, he is extremely informed, has a great attitude, keeps you updated he even washed my car again right before I left because it rained while I was doing my paperwork.The lady at the front desk has an amazing attitude explained paperwork deductible and everything so clear, all my stuff was left untouched and I had a lot of items in my car, my car was ready ahead of time and looks better than ever! :)Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

A wonderful example experience from beginning to end. David Biggs took care of me and he and his crew had my car back to looking almost brand new. He explained every step and process along the way, showed me a detailed review of all the repairs and stayed in constant contact with me for updates about how it was coming along. The ladies up at front who check you in and are also very professional and nice. Would recommend to anyone!Service: Body & Trim

Derek was amazing, got my brand new 24 tundra done in a week and more importantly kept me updated every step of the way. Got me all OEM parts and has my brand new truck looking well, brand new. Appreciate you brotha and wouldn t ever think of taking my cars anywhere else if an accident happens.

The overall communication/service from the SA was atrocious! There were constant promises being made that were never kept. I had to keep calling to be informed on what was going on with my vehicle. I should have known that there were going to be issues when my car was a week in the hole (in terms of the repair beginning) because of miscommunication between the locations to have my car towed from N Rancho to Henderson. Additionally, the SA promised 2 dates that the car would be completed and that never happened. Also, I was told that my car would be at the location (from the tow service) by 2:00 pm on the date it was completed for pick-up. However, I literally sat in the parking lot of the N Rancho location for an hour and 15-minutes waiting for my car to arrive on the tow truck! The entire experience was awful and not what I expected from Caliber!

I had an issue with my vehicle from Caliber Collision Anthem due to the quality of work. I went to Caliber at N Gibson to meet with the GM and Regional Manager to address the situation. Mr Robert and Mr. Hrant met with me and discussed the situation and committed to fixing the issues quickly. They were very understanding and apologetic about my previous experience with Caliber Anthem.I picked up my vehicle yesterday and I am pleased with the results. During the process, Mr. Hrant was on top of his communication about the vehicle status and progress. Also, he consulted with me about a potential change to make sure we keep the process moving forward and avoid any further delays.I absolutely recommend anyone who wants to have their vehicle repaired to take it to Caliber Gibson and meet with Mr. Hrant and his team. They provide excellent service and their quality of work is top-notch.

Great bodywork, but zero customer service on minor follow-up items. Hopefully their work holds up as it's obvious getting warranty work done will be problematic.I had a few very minor follow-up items that needed addressing and Derek wasn't helpful at all. It was clear from his vantage point that the car had been delivered back to me and he was done. He definitely needs some coaching in customer service. He made a very satisfied customer totally unsatisfied for less than $150 on a $11,500 repair job. To top it off, he said that he would have the manager call me to discuss the items below. Did the manager even show the courtesy of making a simple call to me (or maybe Derek didn't even ask him to?)? That's for Caliber to figure out if they even care.To begin withIn just trying to get Derek to call me back was problematic once the car was returned to me. Plus it was aggravating to be put on hold EVERY time I tried to call Derek. Then I would be told he wasn't available. I was even told he doesn't have voicemail the receptionist can connect me to? Are you serious?Well, I finally, got ahold of Derek and was basically called a liar by him. My Lexus SUV had a $100+ lifetime warranty sunshade that disappeared from the car while in their care (or possibly by the towing company). Derek said they had cameras and it wasn't in there (maybe follow-up with the towing company storage place to see if it had accidently been left there would be an obvious first step to take? No, he gets defensive and says none of his workers drive an SUV. I wasn't accusing anyone - I presumed it was probably misplaced. From that point the other two minor items I was calling about became my problem and he was obviously not going to do anything from a customer service standpoint. He essentially called me a liar when I said the cheap plastic air pressure cap that was put back on a repaired wheel didn't match the other 3 metal ones that came on my car. Geez, mail me a replacement and be done with it. Probably costs a dollar or two, but most importantly it avoids me, the customer from having to go out and wasting my time to find a matching one or getting 4 new ones.Definitely not happy about the sunshade or the tire cap, but this was the icing on the cake. The low tire pressure indicator for the repaired tire went on a couple of days after getting the car back. Derek wouldn't even listen to that - he said there was a drastic change in temperature and that caused the tire pressure not to be proper. I bought that at first, but my tire continues leaking air every day and I have to spend time refilling it until I find time to get it fixed (no obvious punctures to the tire so maybe the valve?). This can be a safety hazard of course but it's clear Caliber doesn't take ownership for this or the other items.Fingers crossed that their original work holds up. I know the response I will get from them. Their motto is clear - bill the insurance companies for the big ticket items and move on. They don't care one bit whether you're a satisfied customer or not once you pick up your vehicle and sign off at that point.

I had a great experience here. Dan kept in contact with the progress of my vehicle. Received my car before the due date. Happy they were able to get the parts needed in a timely matter. Went in for a quote after being rear ended recently. They were unable to assist me in person and directed me to submit my request for a quote for repairs through their website. The receptionist was very patient & informative. It also appeared that they had seating available for customers.
