Austin gets 5 stars and the mechanics they work hard. Was very pleased with what was done with my car today not just a regular oil change. Austin was great he went above and beyond to help guide me through what was wrong with my car. I didn t notice my tires were really bad but thanks to Austin they got fixed in a timely manner. Got me in and out didn t have to stay long at all. He treated me like a person and respectful. Not like his manager though he could change his attitude didn t catch his name, thanks to Austin otherwise I would ve left.

It was a Monday morning, started to drop children at school and got a tire pressure light. Since it was not flat, I drove in here and was attended immediately. There was a screw on the tire, it was removed and I was able to drive out in less than 30 minutes for no charge since I had their Pro Tech+ protection plan. Highly recommend this place for your tire needs!

Daniel the manager at big o got me right again ! I hit the most epic pott hole of my life the other day that broke 2 of my rims and blew 2 tires so I bought a set of rims and tires on offer up and brought them to him I purchased the alignment special they are running which was about $95 and he through the rims on for me at no cost I really appreciate that he was super fast too I dropped off the car at 830 and I had it back by 2 in perfect driving condition i couldn't be happier with the service it was A1 If you are in the area and you want to get your tires checked out and what deals they have on tires come see my friend Daniel he will treat you like family

HIGHLY recommend! Austin and Tony were awesome. They took the time after I found a huge screw in my tire while coming back from California to Utah. They stayed a little later than closing time to make sure I was good to hit the road again, and explained everything they were doing so I was educated on the decisions I was making. I wish I lived near this location, because these two would be my go-to for my car any day!

My daughter bought a used car. She worked two jobs and saved every penny to buy it. I tried to get her to bring it to Big O Tire to have it inspected before she purchased it, but she was dead set on buying this car, right now!The check engine light came on, on the way home.The next morning, the battery was dead, and there was a flat tire. She took the car to a local tire shop, and was told she would need $800 worth of wheels and new tires. She was devastated, she had spent every penny she had to purchase this car and get insurance. We knew that with the check engine light on, she could not get it smogged, and could not get it registered. She was crushed. I called and spoke with Corey. He told me that if we could get it to him before closing, he would have it looked at the next day. We had it towed. He could have taken advantage of her but instead, he was patient, kind, and allowed her to keep her dignity while he explained how he was going to help get her vehicle back on the road. I am grateful that he chose to educate her without any judgment. We brought the car home, and discovered that the blinkers were not working. She has crippling, anxiety, and very seldom speaks to anyone. She felt so comfortable that she contacted Big O herself, he said bring it back now. She was so happy with the outcome of the repairs, that she stayed to have her brakes taken care of. He explained that he couldn t see into the future, but he would be comfortable allowing his girl to drive that car. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this life lesson, and the amazing experience she received as a consumer. I can tell you that I have not had work done on my car in any facility except this Big O Tire since 2014. We will remain loyal customers.

Went in with road trip coupon which included tire rotation. Got home and notice the tire that was low before visit was still low and in same location. So apparently the full service was not completed other than a phone call telling me needed new tires. Second time there with a coupon I had for location not being honored. More than likely last visit there. Beware before going in with a coupon or for basic service. You'll probably get a call to buy something and then a run around if you have a coupon.

I call to get a quote on 4 new tires for a 2012 Ford Focus and was given a price of 800. 00. I spoke to my Husband and he told no way it should cost that much for a 2012 Ford Focus, so I called another Big O Tires and this time he broke down why it cost 800.00, first he said I'm getting a protection package, and three other additive that I didn't asked for, so the other agent I spoke too just added all that plus the tires that I didn't request. So to whom ever inquire about tires at Big O Tires be aware of the things they add on without your request. I'll never call them again they are a dishonest company.

As someone who replaces tires every 6 months, I'm a hotshot service, this location has consistently taken care of my needs and never questions my monthly rotations. I do do approx 7 to 10k miles per month and the rotation helps get the most out my tires. Friendly staff and great service! Thanks!

Got up Wednesday morning. We had a flat on my mother's car. We called the tow service that came out and put the spare on. My mother called Big o tire and told them that I would be bringing the car in to get the tire fixed. And I got there around 10:00. It's an hour drive from our house. I talked to a lady there. She was very nice. Told him while I was there. I'd like to get the tires rotated and have the oil changed. She said no problem. That 2:00 p.m. I'm still there waiting. They finally brought the car out and said it was ready. So I was happy to get out of there. Been there for 4 or 5 hours drove to the freeway. Got on My hood. Wasn't closed all the way so I had to get off the freeway. Close the hood anyway. It wasn't a very good experience. That's why I gave them a four instead of a five. Thank you

I stopped by to get my serpentine belt replaced. The staff members were very customer oriented and they were thorough and transparent in explaining everything to me. They provided me with updates over the course of the service. My car was ready in the stated time frame. Overall, I'm very satisficed.

Today 10/10/23, 170 North Pecos road, Henderson, NV 89074, store 28897, out here due to death in the family and helping family members, took my car to Manager - Daniel Olivia s, dropped my car to this location, spoke with manager Daniel Ojivas, advised me it would take 2 hours, I walked around 2 hours the area and came back and still my car was not looked at, still in the same spot where I left it. I said something and then they took my car back. The issue was that I had my car new brake pads and rotors for the front end service at another store a month or two ago , spent over 1500.00 new tires, new front end rotors, brake pads front end, brakes feel grinding when stopping at a red light or just stopping. He came to me and said they looked at it through a flash light the rotors and brake pads look fine. I had asked for him to take the tires off and look at it as a whole and he refused to do it. His driver took it around the block and said he didn t hear anything. I replied it s nothing you hear it s something you feel. I felt that my car wasn t properly inspected because they didn t have the time for work that was done somewhere else at another shop, different franchise. But still customer service sucked and horrible, because I m a woman that I don t know any better between therally looking at the issue then just brushing it off as oh it s ok looking at it through a flash light! Manager Daniel kept saying I m NOT going to help you because your yelling. Im advised him I m NOT yelling, I m being sturn and authority over the situation and he didn t like what I was telling him! Poor customer service and I will never take my vehicle to a BIG O tire as a whole company because franchise owners think they can do what they want to people and uphold any kind of customer service standards! So I even if I had a warranty and work done fromAnother state or location same company. They will not provide a 100% full service to your vehicle!!!! Horrible experience! I would have given -star!! Left the shop with same issue with No resolution to my car issue!!

Worst place ever all liers! change oil Rotate tires on 2005 Toyota Prius Hybrid next day have problem car lights all on. ( Check engine ). My battery pack was changed a months an go car runs perfect till I showup at BigTires 4 days not show up at work because of Big Tires refusing there fold and keep lie. Talk with Menager Rane or whatever names there. $600 lost for 4 days not sure how many days will keep messing around with the car. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! I'm sure all 5 star rating it's fake.

Daniel and Eli were amazing!!!! Driving in from Cali, I got a chunk of metal stuck in my tire. They didn't have my tire in stock, but they were able to patch it, and to my surprise, they did it for free!!! I offered to buy them dinner or beer, but they graciously declined.

I came in to this location looking to have my tire repaired. After the guy in the back looked at my tire they told me there was now charge for the repair. These guys are great and have friendly staff. Thank you Brian and Russ for getting me in as fast as possible.

Quoted EXPENSIVE! got the job done at another well known shop for less than half. A shame as I preferred to get the job done here as walking distance to my office.

We went to get our motorcycle washed and it died and Eli was nice enough to come out and help us jump the battery which he definitely didn t have to do. I ve been in customer service for the better part of 11 years and I know he was probably busy, but I really appreciate him taking time out of his day to help us out! Highly recommend this location if you want top notch service :) thanks Eli!!

Don t trust their opinion. I asked for a steering and suspension inspection because my car is making a noise. They told me I need new control arms after I just had them replaced, I asked how is that possible when they re brand new and they said I at least need new bushings (big difference in price) because mine are all worn and collapsed.. but again, those were just replaced too. I took it to another location and they informed me that everything looks great, including the arms and bushings, I just need a new bearing. They will try to fix something that s not broken and charge you an arm and a leg. Go to another location if you insist on Big O

My radiator went on my Dodge. Came to this place and got it done the same day. In total it came to 1700 and change. When I reviewed the bill I have to say I was not over charged . I'm very happy with Big O and will go there for other services when needed.

This place is amazing. Everyone was extremely professional and quick. My car was shaking after receiving services a week ago from another shop. The members of the team checked me in, diagnosed it, and fixed the shake all within an hour. Amazing!!!! My baby rides as smooth as silk now!! Thank you men!!

I had an issue with my AC not blowing cold in one of my work trucks for some time. The team at Big O was able to get it all sorted out and its blowing ice cold now. Jimmy the GM went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and back on the road in no time. Thank you to you and your team!

Got a flat right before I had to fly out of town. Hole was dead center of tire. My mom handled trying to get it repaired, but was told the hole was too close to the sidewall and she needed a new tire. She bought it because she didn't know better. Basically they ripped off an old lady. Good work fellas.

Sat there for 2 hours for an alignment after they said it would only take an hour. After an hour and a half goes by they say 30 more minutes. 30 minutes after that they proceeded to tell me their alignment machine was broken. DO NOT GO HERE

I bought tires there 6 weeks ago, all went well, helpful, reasonable price. Then last week changed my oil, was overcharged by $60, manager made it right w an additional discount. Looked for some high performance tires, talked to them yesterday. They said tires would be in today. Called at 11, oh we tried to call you (lied I have the call log), can't order without a cc n deposit, went down and the "training manager/district manager" helped me, if you call it that. Said tires aren't available till Friday and it's non refundable re-stocking fee if I find them elsewhere. I asked why I wasn't informed of any of this yesterday on the phone. No apology, nothing just a dumb look. I reminded him he's failing as the training manager and left. Found tires cheaper and here tomorrow at another local tire shop (Wein).

Last year, I left a 5 star review because I had multiple great experiences with my 3 vehicles. Now, I won't be returningThe staff from last year have left in the last few months. The new staff blatantly tried to rip me off. I got front brakes and roters done 3 months ago with this store. Go in for an oil change and these new staff are telling me that I need all 4 brakes and rotors changed for almost $1800. I was angry. I took my car to a different show for a brake inspection. They confirmed that my front brakes were very new and that the back bads were about a month away from needing a change. The roters might need a change too, but they would still be fine. The blatant dishonesty from this Big O Tires is disgusting. I no longer recommend this new team of employees
