Excellent customer service and great prices. I can t thank Matt enough for his friendliness, kindness, and for going above and beyond to help my husband and my family. Matt has superior customer service and really takes care of the people who come in contact with him. It really is people like him who ensure people will be customers for life. Matthew was super helpful to us when we came in with a battery that was dead. Autozone had told us the battery was no good and needed a new one, after seeing Matt he said let s charge it overnight and see if it works. Called me the next day and said the battery is as good as new, holding the charge well. Went to pick it up and he didn t charge us for it! Extremely grateful for his help! Recommend 100%!

Great electric golf cart motor repair experience. Had to get motor rebuild due to melted motor terminals and was sent to Battery X-Change from another golf cart repair shop. Cole (the shop manager) was extremely easy to talk to, very professional and explained clearly what the process would be and approximate cost if the motor was fixable. He also explained that the motor was of better quality than say most new replacements (last option). Turnaround was within a week and the repair was less expensive than expected. Motor runs like brand new! Would highly recommend Battery X-Change and Cole as the face of the company. Thanks for the great service!

Choose this shop....Guys here are excellent!!!!Put the batterie in for me!!!!!! Low prices... they are great... glad I chose them over their competition!!Cole and Matt are great at what they do.

I apologize for the long review.. I went to the big box store with a W in there name to have the battery installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude V6 3.6 I called they said yes we have the battery and we can install it no problem got there early well got there ready to buy it and have it installed the employee said we don't have the knowledge experience or tools sorry we can't etc I left upset called literally every auto parts store in Las Vegas NV everyone said we can't install it go to Jeep DealershipI was about to untill I googled Battery Xchange in Henderson NV I just drove there expecting the same thing like the others with NO we can't install the battery.Well I got there and first thing I was greeted and i told them my problem with my Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude he introduced himself Matt. he was glad to look at my vehicle with his buddy don't remember his name but both came to see my Jeep and said we can do it no problem with excitement he suggested batteries and services but needed a new battery asap he had to order it mean while he would have a emergency battery loaner on my car untill the new one would arriveI told Matt if I could just purchase the battery my self locally he said of course I purchased it the battery and his buddy that I don't remember his name went above and beyond to install the batteryI highly recommend excellent customer service and experience Matt and the guy that installed the battery on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude thank you so much.I will refer anyone I know to go to you guys.please support small business mom and pop stores Henderson Las Vegas areas...

Went here for my Mazda 6 battery. Everyone on staff were super helpful, knowledgeable, and definitely had no issues answering what may be a slew of silly questions. The pricing was super affordable! Couldn t recommend this place enough!

The staff is great! Super knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. These guys went beyond what I expected. I buy my batteries in pairs for my diesel trucks and will continue to do so here. I will definitely recommend

Cole Dysart was very helpful!!! He went above and beyond. He was honest about a rebuilt battery I was purchasing and expressed the safety of the battery should I get stranded. Most businesses just want to sell you something regardless of how well their product may be. Well done Cole! The manager Mathew Olson was also someone who seemed very nice and supportive of his team. Great customer service all the way around!

I went in needing a new battery for my 65 beetle. Little did I know that I was going to a store that had a Volkswagen genius. Matt was so knowledgeable and took the time to address a few other questions I had. He was very professional and didn t treat me differently, like I didn t know anything because I was a girl. That is so refreshing to get, especially here in Vegas. Matt has great customer service skills and should be recognized for his dedication and passion! Truly an amazing experience and place. I will definitely be sending people in and will be back for all my needs, and questions! Thanks again!

I highly recommend these guys. I was looking for 2 deep cycle batteries for my 5th wheel and they made sure I was educated and made the best decision prior to purchasing. They truly know their stuff and care for their customers.

The costumer service I received from Matt was beyond my expectations, he help me design a battery bank and charging system to run A.C. In my camper that I never have to plug into shore power or lug around a generator. He is not there just to try and sell you a battery, he makes sure you have the right battery to do the job and the charging system to support it. He even helped me install the batteries, build new cables off the alternator to the camper and even route them.

We went in to exchange a small moped battery, turns out they where just closing for the day of they're grand opening. Keith still let us come in, he found the battery we needed right away. Everybody was so nice, the price was good, and they even sent us home with a cookie platter :) Very friendly and excellent service, I'm sure they're going to do great!

Great customer service. Pricing was excellent and they had a perfect match to the battery I have in a personal watercraft. I could have bought the battery online but Battery X-Change had it in stock for less than online pricing. Shop local. Thanks guys!

I called up prior to going to that location for car battery replacement prices. I spoke to Matt and he quoted me prices of car batteries. I came there and Matt and David took good care of me to get the battery into the car. Kudos!!

This is absolutely the best place to buy batteries. We use them to buy all of our lowrider batteries and our regular car batteries. Phenomenal customer service and great prices.
