Originally I went to AAA on 1511 W. Sunset Road in Henderson just to get something notarized. I decided to find out if I could get a better car insurance rate.Desmond Marquez was appointed to help me. Such a nice wonderful person. I a military veteran and if Desmond was one of my troops I would have promoted him that day for going over and beyond the call of duty. I received an education on car insurance.Desmond is what customer service is all about. In today's society customer service is lacking. In talking with him I could see he loves what he do. He helped me save over $300 on my car insurance. The next day I received a call from Desmond checking up on me. This AAA branch should be thankful to have a knowledgeable, customer friendly person like Desmond.Desmond, thank you for getting me such a positive experience in the Sunset, Henderson branch.Mercier Boykins

Alex and Johanna, are fantastic! They are so knowledgeable with their services! Alex was not helping me but she took it upon herself to get me an appointment with the DMV for the very next day!!!! Thank you so much girls keep up the good work!

Extraordinary Customer Service! They made a promise and they exceeded expectations in taking care of my vehicle and me (oh, and they offered to give me a ride to and from while my vehicle was being serviced!), The customer spaces are clean and bright- I am a happy customer and will recommend my friends to see the team here.

This place is great, very fair, honest and knowledgeable. Alan and Erick run a tight ship, I was from out of town , they treated me like a long time local customer and , got me rolling, communication was flawless. I highly recommend.

Excellent service!!! Eric and Alan was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and the wait time was great. I usually go to a dealership and wait forever with an appointment but at AAA Auto Repair they told me exactly what time my car will be done and it was finished on time. My car is running great. I will definitely be back for any car repair needs. Thanks AAA for making this a great experience.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

On April the 30th I got my truck towed to this Center to get an evaluation and estimate for repairs needed as the truck wouldn't start after a battery replacement. On May 4th I was contacted with an price for the diagnostic which I approved. Basically that was the last time I was contacted by the shop. I waited a couple days before calling to ask for the diagnostic and estimate on repairs.On May 7th They told me that they found 3 issues with the truck, one of them required a locksmith to change the drum on the ignition. The person I talk with said that on that day they were going to put a request for the locksmith as it was a third party vendor.Once again I waited for a follow up phone call but as the days went by I decided to call on May 12th, they said that the service advisor had stepped out for few minutes but he would return my call, several hours passed by and nobody called me back so I decided to stop by , I talked to one of the associates at the front desk and the answer was that the locksmith was supposed to come on Monday and he hadn't showed up yet. I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication and the only response I got was to wait as the shop was not responsible for outside vendors. I decided to wait a couple more days but at the end of the day Friday 14th I did not get any news. Today I decided to stop by again and I talked to the same person and his answer was that they still couldn't get a locksmith to come. I asked to talk to the shop manager but he was by him self and said that on Monday I would receive a phone call from the manager, I had talk to the manager a couple times already and honestly I felt a complete lack of knowledge and communication. To me is very hard to believe that AAA is not able to get a locksmith in over a week to replace the drum on an ignition. As AAA I would expect a more expedite response from my vendors but it seems that that's not the case or the Service Center is not doing the job right.After over 2 weeks the locksmith came and said that the issues didn't have anything to do with the ignition switch. Manager finally said that they just couldn't figure out what the problem was so they decided to return my truck and don't charge me for the diagnostic, very kind after wasting two weeks of my time!!! So they towed my truck to a Ford dealer, they didn't take it because AAA mechanics decided to leave panels laying on my seats and Ford would not take it like that. So had to tow it back have them put panels back and tow it back to Ford, a complete lack of professionalism from AAA Service Center.Ford had my truck for less than 2 days and fixed the problem, just a wire from the ignition switch!!! Stay away from this so called Service Center, they lack professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills!!! First and last time using AAA for auto repairs.

Scott and all of the staff that I interacted with were phenomenal! This is the best experience I have had when having to deal with vehicle repairs. They made me feel comfortable and ensured I was informed about everything. Could not recommend enough!!

So last month taking my car to AAA Henderson Auto repair it was a big mistake , had drop my car off on a Friday at 7:30am and I called at 12:30pm to see whats going and no one had looked at my car and all the mechanics was at lunch wow. So I asked Allen to call my warranty company regarding the repair which the company will cover the cost. But Allen refused to call saying the company wouldn't cover the cost for repairs on my car. Racism in America , I will never do any business with AAA and I know they dont care about their customers its all about the money and how we can take vantage of people , and I will never get my money back. I try to cooperate what a waste of my time.

In-N-Out just like that took about 15 minutes and that's not in and out hamburgers that's in the building did the work and out of the building in about 15 minutes good work

As always, I usually don't make appts. To go to AAA so not always sure of reception. This office has people who make you feel welcome and not only are kind, but are very professional and helpful. This office is much closer and easier to access. So, I am a very happy camper. They didn't ask, but I absolutely love and depend on their excellent roadside assistance too.

Whatever male at the front desk is lazy. I talked to someone who told me to bring my car in. The person at the desk didn't even look up my membership he just sent me way and said they were too busy. Went to another AAA, and it literally took the tech 2 seconds to tell me my battery was no good ( and it's an AAA battery) . My car ended up messing up on the w ay home. If the lazy front desk person had checked my battery, then I could have driven home. Idk if it was because I was a female or blk, but I that knows way you should treat member of 17 years. AAA in Henderson doesn't ever have to worry about me renewing my membership

The customer service at AAA Henderson Auto Repair Center was THE BEST I have ever received anywhere. From the time I filled out an appointment request online to the time I drove my car home, I received professional and efficient service. Alan Pierce my service advisor was FIRST CLASS that kept me informed every step of the way, never left me hanging, provided detailed documented information/estimates, and demonstrated genuine concern for me and getting my car fixed properly. Eric Wilson, the Auto Repair Manager was equally fantastic. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and would not consider taking my car anywhere else.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The best emergency car repair experience I've ever had. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Alan, Loran and Eric really bailed me out of a tough situation. I was driving from Colorado to LA and the 104+ degree temperatures contributed to a coolant / water pump failure. I was back on the road in less than 2 days and my car has operated fine ever since. Very fair price, professional and courteous. If they were located close to my home I'd give them all my business. This is why I'm a long time AAA member: towing, Lyft ride, repair discounts, ... AAA Henderson is simply the best.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honest professionals. They explain everything and show you photos of parts to be replaced. And they offer Lyft service home and back to get your car. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Yes yes yes,When I called AAA I was greeted by Lea Who is very patient and answered all my detailed questions about my membership. I really appreciated her expertise and knowledge. I also spoke with another lady there a call Victoria she was very nice as well. My hats off to both ladies for the customer service excellence.Muchthanksandgratitude to all. Jesus cares to hear prayers Amen.

I actually just called with a question and didn't go in for service. The man that answered the phone was so very nice and explained to me the pricing, discount and what services would be done. There was a very calm and soothing way about his voice that made me comfortable asking questions and I didn't feel rushed. That is greatly appreciated when it comes to car issues! I wish I could remember his name so I could thank him!

These guys are the best. I took both of my vehicles there last week and am very satisfied with the work that was done. The guys in the office are very professional and kept me apprised of every step of the process.I will certainly return here the next time I need vehicle service.

I can t express my gratitude to the team at this location. They have taken great pride in taking care of myself and my vehicle. Always very professional, prompt and honest. The location is clean, workers are friendly and do great and are through in their work.

I used there DMV kiosk. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped with a huge problem I had, the staff was able to Identify a code that was popping up and advised me how to fix. In my opinion they went above and beyond. Thank you!

We had a check engine light comes on.AAA figured out what the problem was and had us on the road again in just 30 minutes.Very helpful and friendly. I sure do appreciate AAA.Thanks!

If I can give them more stars I would. They were professional and explain what was going on with my car. They got it done in a timely manner and the price was decent. I am a AAA member and previously I have used AAA only when my battery broke down and they came out to my location to replace it. Then recently, I became aware of their repair center close to my home. I have a 2006 Honda Civic and after having an oil change done, I wanted them to perform a complete inspection of my vehicle because I want it to keep running for a few more years. This was done free of charge. Scott greeted me and explained everything that needed to be done to keep my car well-maintained. Part of the work was to be completed the following day but they found a nail in my tire so my car was towed from my house to their repair center. They got the priority work finished, and I was so happy that they repaired my gas cap that was broken and saved me $85 that Honda was going to charge me. I truly appreciate the great service (including a complementary Lyft ride) and the courtesy and kindness that Scott bestowed on me. I highly recommend AAA on Sunset Rd.Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I had a perfect experience with this AAA Auto Repair Center. PERFECT. I was greeted as I walked in the door by a woman sitting in side cubicle, then checked-in by Eric, Shop Manager and introduced to Alan, Store Manager. I had an 8 AM appointment and got right in, no wait. Alan said he'd call within a few hours. They paid for a Lyft ride to take me home. By 9:30 I received a text and a call with the diagnostic report and repair quote. We negotiated a little bit because it stretched my anticipated budget to its limit. We removed some minor items. Alan said he'd check in again around lunchtime to give me an update regarding parts availability. He called at 12:10 to tell me that all the parts were available and my car should be ready in about an hour. He called at 1:30 to say the car was ready and a Lyft would be ordered to pick me up. I was at the shop before 2:00 and paying my bill with Tony, another pleasant employee. Everyone I came into contact with were polite and professional. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, price, and outcome, along with a two-year warranty on the work they performed on my old Chevy HHR. I will recommend them to EVERYONE who needs a mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance
