Disclaimer: we did not use the gas station itself but explored the surrounding area while charging our eV.The porch area between the gas station and the convenience store was inviting with seats and tables. There was also a stack of firewood upfront. The store offered a good selection of food, beverages and even clothing. We even found small gloves for our toddler. They were a steal at $2.99.The nearby playground was covered by snow. It looked quite inviting with the swings and all the picnic tables; for summer time. The view of the lake was stunning.

One of the only fuel stops in the area for those who are out exploring back roads. The pumps do get busy so there might be a wait. The location also has car show events now and then so could add to the busy factor.

Stopped by around midnight. Clerk was chatting to himself upon my entry. Bathrooms didn't have soap. Was charged $13 for three small pieces of chocolate from the case... Gas station is well lit though and prices were better than California.

Coming from California, like be the fuel prices! Just stopped to fill up with diesel. Lanes 5 & 6 have diesel.

I kayak 3-times per week at Topaz Lake. Afterwards I stop by for a cold drink. The guy and gals seem very happy to see me. In fact they posted on their bulletin board a picture of a bald eagle I took. I never ever had a problem.

Tried to use the grocery rewards, it froze when it asked if I wanted $.20/gal off. I had to go in to cancel it and start over. Then it froze again asking if I wanted a receipt and I had to go in again. The explanation I was given was that they have had a problem with the system for longer than she d worked there and no one wants to fix it.

Woman who works night shift is insanely rude. Apparently in Lake Topaz manners are optional. Will certainly not be recommending Lake Topaz to anyone.

Great gas & rest stop - especially for motorcycles during the summer as it has shade & chairs, well stocked store, clean bathrooms.

Night cashier is not very helpful. He had a hard time comprehending anything I asked him.
