Caliber Collision was able to get my car in for repairs months ahead of every other shop in the area, my car was worked on quickly and I never felt like it might just be sitting there waiting for someone to get around to it. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and fun to interact with.

I recently took my Subaru wrx to Caliber Collision after I was rear ended. Caitlyn handled my estimate and made sure it was fixed exactly the way I wanted it. They handled my car with extreme care and were able to complete the repairs in a timely fashion. When problems arose, Caitlyn immediately communicated them to me and we were able to address them. As this accident was an inconvenience to me, Caliber Collision helped alleviate the headache of it all. I was able to get a rental car for the time being, and Michonne helped ensure I had transportation during the repairs. This was one of the best repair shop experiences I have ever had.

We took our car in to this shop. Before it went in they check the car on the outside. Also check all the lights on the inside to make sure no sensor where on. There was non expected for the tire light. Nothing to do with the accident. And that was it. When we went to pick up the car. The work they did was fine. But now we had the airbag light was on. And of course they said it wasn't there fault. The only way this could of happened was they bump the sensor putting the bumper back on. They told us we had to take it to Honda. Whitch is 2 hours away. So we took it to Reno. To get the diagnostic done on it. Spent 4 hours there. Honda said that one of the sensors was damaged. But of course now it needs a new computer at $1300. Plus the diagnostic at $190. So had to turn back into my insurance. They paid for it. Now back to Honda. To spend 3 hours while they fix it. All good now. What makes me mad is that I had to spend 15 hours of my time. For something someone did.So make sure you check your car before you take in. Just saying.

Nick diagnosed our problem correctly, and we paid far less for repair than we were going to have to pay just for diagnosis elsewhere. We saved hundreds of dollars. I am so impressed with Caliber Collision. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
