The team of guys worked like a well oiled machine, got a quote 2 days ago and tires arrived this morning I received the call there in and headed over to get them installed. Excellent, Friendly service

I heard nothing but good things and I wanted to experience that, but I waited for almost 45 minutes and watched every man in the building be acknowledged, but the two women sitting there, waiting, were completely ignored. I never got my tires done. I ended up having to drive to Reno. Would not recommend.

Edit: As of today September 30th, 2023 I will never go here again. Their service has gone down hill at a very fast pace. They were supposed to replace my tires with the same ones I had. The ones they put on the car not only cost almost double the price but also they will not last as long either. Oh, and they are Hella loud driving down the street. They put knobbys on my compact suv. How freaking stupid. Oh and they didn't replace the tire sensors. Never again and I mean never again will I go back. The guy running the front desk is a p.o.s. A-hole. Just be aware. Don't let them screw you tooOmfg I am never going anywhere else for tires again unless I move far away. Reno GMC wanted $800, Les Schwab wanted $950, and Quintero's Tires & Wheels only wanted a little less than $600. Here's the best part, they offer all the same services as these big name places, but the tires were a far superior brand and mileage rating... 75k as opposed to 55k. All this tells me is that they are good people who want the business and are in it to help people. Not screw them over. I highly recommend them!

If you go anywhere else in Fernley for work on your car, you are getting ripped off. Quintero's should be your first choice. Affordable, quality work, and a local business without the corporate overhang. I don't go anywhere else.

Have been going here for years and never felt played befor from them but this time so not happy if you go here pay with cash as for I got a $30 non cash charge went there with an apt waited for hours to be helped. They really dropped the ball this time

They are good and pretty quick. We went for an oil change and to have the breaks checked and it was about 90 minutes. I have decided to skip the frustration of trying to reach them by phone for an appointment next time and I will go by in person to set it up. It's rare to have the phone picked up when calling. But hey, they are mechanics not secretaries!

They did us right! We were traveling through town and had a donut in the car. They got us back on the road and amazing price and fast service. Will definitely be back. The address above was wrong. Call and confirm the address before you go. Great local business

Great used tire prices. He noticed his tire was cracked and redid the job when I probably wouldn't have noticed. I showed up randomly and he got me in immediately.

Amazing staff always very friendly and helpful. I've been to this place on three separate occasions and all three times they have went above and beyond to help me with my tire problems. Two of those visits I just popped in when they were either closing or packed with customers yet they still squeezed me in. If I could give more than 5 stars i definitely would.

Awesome service was fast, knowledgable AND so professional! I felt I was treated so well for a tire shop. The front desk gentleman who was able to check the tire size for our new tires and then cleared them to be put on while I was there was very pleasant and the job was very fair priced. Thank you so much! For all things tires, give them a try they are about their business

I have been checking Ming here for a couple of years. They have fast and friendly service. They can almost always get you in the same day. The prices can t be beat either. I come here every time I need a tire fixed.

Love coming here! They do a wonderful job with tires and oil changes. I feel they are honest and treat you with the utmost respect. No matter how big or small the job is, they focus on doing it right the first time. They always have a smile on their faces and have a welcoming attitude. I wish them nothing but continued success!

Definitely recommend! Amazing prices and friendly staff. I have a pick up truck Ram 3500 and one of my tire was about to blow, they found a used one in pretty good condition for just 40$.

Not a fancy joint but they did a great job in record time for a walk in customer and the price was very affordable. I will check them first when new tires are needed. Thanks guys!

Love this place, for tires and wheels it can t be beat within a 50 mile radius. They have the fastest service while keeping quality. I only gave them 4 stars because for new tires put on all 4 for my truck it was $40 but for my car it was $65. I don t know why and I m sure it s good reason but I prefer a flat rate so I know what I m paying the next time I come in. Don t let that detract you though! These guys do GREAT work!

I have been doing business with Quintero's for over two years. I recommend them to friends and family. They are always friendly. Also with Great pricing on goods & services you can't go wrong. I will be doing business with them for a very long time to come.

Had my first flat tire today and these guys were super helpful! Repaired my tire in the quickest and most efficient way. Quick, affordable, great customer service and quality work. 10/10 would recommend this shop!

If you re in (or near) Fernley, this is the only garage you should consider. They re always busy (a good sign) so call ahead to make an appointment. Other garages in the area quoted me double to triple the price of Quintero s just for labor on a simple job. Honest no-hassle no-haggle mechanics. Solid.

I brought my car to Quintero's 3 years ago for the first time. They were friendly, fast & professional! I just brought my car back again tonight and they gave me the most AWESOME service! I had tires ordered and delivered the same day. I sent my husband to get them put on the car as I was still at work. When I spoke to someone on the phone they were nice and professional however when my husband got there it was nothing but disrespect and what seemed like a pissing contest and all in front of my son. Then I went back to get it done as my husband didnt want to stay. When I got there it was professionalism until they had my car in the bay then it was everybody hanging out around my car talking random people coming in and hugging all the guys and continuing to chat. Wasn't the best service. I would of paid more to get it done in Reno.
