So excited to pick up my beloved Lexus at All American Auto Body in Fernley! Had my old faded stripe removed, got new headlights and body damage repaired. Could not be more pleased!!!

Terry and the guys were courteous and efficient. Got our vehicle in, and 4 days was done. Fantastic work, and my vehicle is good as new. Thank you. we appreciate the work done

I was in a car accident in early March. The damage was pretty bad, I expected the repairs to take at least a few months. Within just two business days, Jason Fuller had contacted me with what needed to be fixed, an ETA, and a quote for all expenses. I got my car back just 3 weeks after it was taken to the shop and it is running and looking as good as new! Jason was very communicative throughout the whole process, contacting me once weekly with updates and possible changes to the ETA. The team worked so efficiently and so well. I ve never had to take my car to a shop before, so I wasn t sure what to expect. But this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this shop. Huge thanks to Jason and his team! Phenomenal job.

Claimed to replace parts that were clearly just repaired, and not perfectly repaired at that. My mirror cover fell off when I lightly pulled on it to check why there was a significant gap. Flat out lied about some of the parts they claimed to replace as those parts are very clearly just as old and dirty as ever.That photo is of the mirror cover. I'm surprised it didn't fly off on the freeway on the way home. It had an inside clip that was broken off from the accident. That exact scratch can clearly be seen on the photos that I took right after the accident. They just replaced the mirror and didn't even put it back together very well.Sadly, I hit a deer. Morbidly humorous is that one of the "replaced" parts still had deer hair stuck in a tiny crevice. I doubt it came from the factory like that.They clear coated one of my headlights. They also sprayed pait onto my driver's side window. Just a little but annoying. Even if they hadn't lied about replacing parts, I would still be very disappointed with the service.

Jason the owner of this body shop needs to learn and understand the 7 principles of business ethics if he wants to continue to stay in business and keep a good reputation towards his shop. Stopped into this place to ask if he does insurance work and he collected my insurance info to repair my interior of my truck. He assured me he would research and locate parts for my vehicle but never took the time and courtesy to get back to me on the two occasions I made contact with him. Very unprofessional and disrespectful on his part as an owner of a business. Don't waste your time here, cause this auto body shop seriously lacks integrity! 1 star is too generous for this place...Zero stars!

I brought in my truck a few months ago to get a dent on my passenger door fixed. I have no complaints about the body work, however they took it upon themselves to do a courtesy cleaning on the interior of my truck and I haven't since been able to get rid of the stains left by their wet rags? Doesn't seem like they use clean rags to wipe your vehicle down. Looks like they used the same towel to dry the exterior to wipe down the interior.

This is the absolute worst place my insurance assigned my car to be fixed at. Jason Lowry is always lying. For the last 3 weeks I have been calling to get an ETA and he always says he will let me know, that the car is almost done and I should have it by tomorrow. Now his new story is that they can't fix it and might need to be sent to the Dealership. Of course! Incompetent, lying people and extremely expensive place! Don't waste your time and money here!Services: Painting, Electrical

I work at Dolan Fernley Jeep here in Fernley and we have taken several vehicles into All American Auto Body and they have done exceptional work for us. Friendly and very reasonable. Much better then the last body shop that was as this location.

This Review is for the Fernley Nv location whom I'm extremely thankful and grateful for the great and wonderful work this staff did to provide me with satisfaction. I was involved in a 3 car collision back in November 2021. My adjuster from my insurance only provide me less than 4 hours to find a body shop to get started with the estimate of the repair on my 2018 Ford Fusion. I had no clue to where I was going to find such a trustworthy place in this unfair timely manner, I did contact few body shops where they had been fully busy and wouldn't be able to get me in til probably in 2 months especially since the holidays where around the corner.I do live in Fernley, but me thinking its a small town I wasn't going to find a place but thankfully I googled and All American Auto Body in Fernley popped up and I decided to give a call. " Jason" from the very beginning of our conversation has always been polite and very professional. I explained to him my situation not me knowing anything what I had to do since this was my first time ever being in a car accident and having to deal with insurances. He explained to me how everything needed to get started and what I needed to do in order to start a process. That very first day I called he asked me to bring in my car to take some pictures and provide an estimate.The whole process with my insurance was a little delay but they never neglected to approve or pay any supplement that Jason would submit them. The back rear of my vehicle was pretty damaged and honestly I was afraid that my car wasn't going to look like before. Especially since I've only had it for about 3 years. Jason was always updating me what was going on and what stage my car was in, he would also apologize why it was taking long (again not body shop fault, my car insurance was delaying to respond to supplements) even though I also understand because Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years and also the Snow Storm that caused all transportation to stop.I took my car to the body shop on 12/8/21 so they could've get started with getting it apart to get a better view of the damaged. I knew it was gonna take some time which I didn't mind all I wanted was for someone I can count on and depend on and trust that they where not just thinking about the money. My car was out and ready on 1/28/22. Me and my brother went to pick up my car and I can tell you that my brother is a very difficult person that you can't convenience of anything that has to do with a car. But let me tell you as soon as my brother saw my car he was very impressed and his words," Damnnn it looks like nothing happen to your car, what damages"? I was also too very excited and thankful for this. Unfortunately I wasn't able to thank the staff that did the labor work but I gotta say that I am very happy and happy with the results. You guys are the best!!!!!!. Jason, thank you once again for everything, you where amazing and I hope you all keep up the good work. I'm so blessed to have found this body shop. I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!

I cant recommend this shop enough. Jason was very helpful and communicated with me, which I really appreciated because it was a stressful process. They were fast, friendly and my car looks brand new. Definitely worth the hour drive!

Brought my truck there to get a damage quote from Jason, for an up coming court date, I thought I could go local an not drag the wrecked truck to reno but ended up being turned away like he's got business for years, he told me he couldn't do the quote because of a missing bumper and radiator support (from the accident) the original quote I had gotten sounded low so I wanted a second opinion told him the original quote an by just looking at it also agreed it was low, but couldn't get him to do a damage quote with out a bumper and radiator support present (their not usable parts), he also said he didn't want to "waste his time on a damage quote if I'm not garenteeing my business" witch I was obviously doing if I need a local place, and now scott at caliber collisions in reno has offered to go out his way on his day off (Saturday) to give me a PERSONAL house call quote, on his day off 45mins from his house...... they say go local but best not in Fernley
