My windshield wiper was broken and I didn't know where to take it to get it fixed so I asked the people at Auto Zone for advice. Thomas, the assistant manager, checked it out and fixed it right in the parking lot! Auto Zone has talented and generous people, very helpful. I did end up buying some new windshield wiper blades which I needed.

Excellent service they didn't have my part here , but they had it in the Reno area and had it shipped right away . A little over an hour . They were very helpful and friendly

Terrible place I will never come back to this store. I was sold the wrong headlight came back for my money and was treated terrible by the older women working the register, she proceeded to tell me that my high and low beams are the same they totally are not and then told me I must have no clue what kind of car I drive. I don't know if this is normal for a small town but I have never been treated this way anywhere else I have lived. Will never get my money ever again shame on that bitter old lady.

I had to get my car towed here because I had a sized caliper and destroyed brake line. I m still working on fixing it, but so far everyone has been incredibly helpful. They ve loaned me tools, offered advice, and Dean has come out on numerous occasions to help me with stuck bolts. Amazing customer service

They don't have every tool you need but they have enough to help you get by with whatever you're doing. That sales associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. I choose this place over all the others of the type.

Everytime I ve ordered or picked up parts there was never an issue. Returns are easy also. Always great customer service.

Both in Fallon and Fernley they gave me attitude about installing windshield wipers. Within the last 2 week, different vehicles. Please do not advertise a service, (free installation), if everyone is going to act like it is my fault they have to do their job.. Why not buy at Walmart n install them myself.Thats why I bought them at o rileys in the first place. Really? Not again. Ever.

I love the staff at the Fallon store. They're so much fun, and they're always willing to help me with whatever I might need. They're great with my service dog too, and he loves going there and getting treats. I love that they think of him and me at the same time.

Mostly a good and reliable auto parts store. They can usually order something and have it ready for pick up within 24 hours and sometimes faster.I encountered a major fault in their counter staff this past Saturday afternoon that still irks me. I was attempting to solve an installation problem with the help of the staff but the older guy just refused to listen and when I had to repeat it all again for the fourth time I left and went to Auto Zone.

I called to make sure they had the part,they said yes they have to models in stock(it was an emergency fix).I got a ride and told them what i wanted and the one I needed wasn't there. Had to get a lesser part. But staff was polite and helpful. Let me add it was impromptu I was in a mad rush I could have been mistaken sorry. You guys are great.

My name is Landon, my experience with this store has been absolutely 5 stars. The employees have show interest into my issues and help out to thier greatest extent. My engine mechanic 2 months ago put a new battery in my car but I moved due to military orders to the other side of the country. This store went above and beyond to replace my battery with it's original warranty saving me 140$. They have also been very helpful in many other occasions and gives very helpful advice. I will definitely be returning to this store for any other mechanical purchases. Very happy. Thanks guys!

After a terrible customer service experience at NAPA, I was pleasantly surprised at how great O Reilly s was. Anna was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend coming here for your auto needs, especially if you re a woman.

Good guys. Aaron helps out a ton and willing to go above and beyond. Works with you without putting up an arguement like everyone else. Very prompt in letting you know when ordered parts will be in and ready for pick up.

I was having a BAD DAY. My car is definitely beyond a trip to O'Reilly, unfortunately, but the staff there was extremely friendly, very helpful, and gave my dog a dog treat, so I would go back here any day. The people here make it worth going back.P.S. Sorry for crying in your parking lot. I didn't set out to be THAT person today.

Fantastic service. Our old truck s voltage regulator (part of the alternator) failed 55 miles before Fallon so we limped into town, checked into a hotel and spied this auto store across the street. They were still open this Sunday evening and tested our electrical and found the battery was good but the voltage regulator part of our alternator was bad so alternator needed replacing. They not only sold us a new alternator but when we asked for their help finding someone to replace it as quickly as possible, Aaron called a mechanic friend who came and replaced it immediately for us!Wow! Both men at O Reillys were so friendly and helpful to us. Aaron finding an auto mechanic friend willing to come at 7pm Sunday night & replace the alternator was an over the top kindness for us! The emergency repair was done so quickly, it didn t even delay our trip! Thank you, thank you, we appreciate you and are very grateful!

Been going there since day one. The loaner tool is reasonable as well. If what you want need is not in stock, they can get it usually next day!

Saved my bacon!! And this store has many times!! I won't go to any other place! Especially now that I found out that they price match again! Still don't beat it by 5% but can't live in the past.

Usually happy with this place but had to explain what a torque wrench is to the employee and couldn't find the right size bit for the wrench
