Good Napa store! Except for the short prick with the granny glasses! I travel alot and not all Napa's are created equal because more often they are franchised.This one is pretty good here in Fallon. Well stocked and good prices.

Needs a good house cleaning and organizing. Boxes of inventory everywhere. They didn't have what I wanted on hand but their system showed it in inventory. Had to settle for a cheaper part they did have on hand. Clerk did his best and spent a lot of time searching for what I wanted.

Wow. Customer service was non-existent.I was able to find what I needed. When I made my purchase one item rang up much higher than it was priced on the shelf. I explained that it was wrong. The guy went with me to check the shelf, then said he would "split the difference" with me. Um NO. He refused to honor the price that was ON THE SHELF and gave me my money back instead of selling me the item. Crazy!

We showed up at 5:21 PM with closing time of 5:30 and the door was locked! He was at the register and would not come to the door. I have never had this problem before at Napa. Maybe somebody hired a relative.

If you want the best part the right part and really fast don't mess around this is the go to place for all the locals not the right part no problem doesn't work no problem need a refund no problem and the staff trust me they know how to fix your stuff

This shop helped me find a seal I could not find elsewhere. The gentleman who served me was really genuine in wanting to help me find my part. He definitely puts customer service first.

It's closer than other auto parts store and has daily deliveries of parts that are not in stock. Hours though are not the go to store after 5pm.

Knowledgeable staff during the week. Saturday and Sunday can take a little longer searching parts. If they don't have a part, they can usually get one in from Reno or Carson.

This is my first stop when I break something at Sand Mountain. Pretty helpful and if it is something that needs to be ordered it's usually next day if not later the same day.
