Called over as I had a home sliding glass window break. The lady who answered was very knowledgeable helpful and congenial. She quoted me a very reasonable price over the phone and the job was done within a matter of minutes. The other staff in the store when I went in to bring a window sash for repair was also very helpful and kind. The overall experience was great and I would absolutely recommend them. Good business, good people. Thank you, Fallon Glass & Signs!

We had a broken sliding glass door pane. It took several phone calls before we were contact back by the company. We placed our order ... waited ... waited ... and had to call back to remind them of our order. We got the runaround for two weeks before they finally got our glass in stock. They installed it in a half hour, but still charged $180 labor. Total cost was $900, we should have just purchased a brand new door for that cost. So much for supporting the local business.

Three week wait for twenty minute job, $360 labor and he didn't even remove the broken glass. Instead of replacing the panes he cut a large piece of plexiglass, $90 and set it inside on the window sill, the only thing holding it is a whole tube of silicone caulk. Get your checkbook out, total cost, $450! Won't make that mistake again.

We got a rock chip in our motorhome windshield on a trip through Nevada. We stopped in Fallon to see if we could find a glass shop that would look at it. Fallon Glass and Signs said to bring it right in and they would try. They did great for the size of chip it was, and didn't charge us. If they would treat strangers this well, I can imagine how well they treat their local customers. Give them a try. You won't be sorry, I'm sure. Thanks again Fallon Glass and Signs.

Some vandals threw a rock through our living room window- we got in contact with Fallon Glass and they were SUPER responsive and came out as soon as possible. Lou was very phone professional and kind. They were extremely understanding about accommodating on a time to meet with us to get the window changed out that worked with my work schedule. I would highly recommend them. Thumbs up!
