Excellent service! My truck broke down on a dirt road out in rural Nevada due to rodent damage under the hood and Charles came right out and towed me to Fallon. He was quick to respond to my call for a tow and is very friendly. Most tow companies won't go off pavement. I highly recommend Custom Towing.

Charles went above and beyond when I needed to get my truck unstuck outside of Austin, NV. After being turned down by multiple tow companies, Custom Towing left directly to come winch out my truck stuck in a mud bog. Charles made it under 2.5 hours from Fallon and got my truck out in under 10 minutes with ease. Communication was excellent! Custom Towing goes above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing these guys are top notch I ran out of gas and no service providers would help so after waiting for 2 hours my insurance company contacted Custom towing and they were there in 25 minutes gave me gas waited to make sure mty car would start before he left, very nice and considerate Thank you so much God bless you!!!

This is far and above the best tow company in the area. I won t let anyone else tow any of my vehicles. Ryan has always been professional, friendly and communicative with me when I have had to have vehicles towed to different shops. The shops have also remarked to me about how professional and nice Ryan is.

They've done at least 3 tows for us now. Always professional, as timely as they can be, always take care to not damage our vehicles. Will probably always request them through my insurance from now on.

Prompt and reliable communication saved us and our dog after a breakdown during an unusually hot Nevada day. I appreciated the care taken to the vehicle as much as the conversation on the way to Reno. aaa couldn t find anyone themselves and custom towing pulled through. Thanks again.

Got stranded two hours East of Fallon, NV, and Charles at Custom Towing promptly responded when contacted on a Sunday morning, and provided excellent service, including recommending several local auto shops. Great service. The truck driver arrived in the specified time. He was very courteous and professional. Great personal appearance which immediately inspired confidence. He delivered the vehicle to our dealership and took pictures of the car at delivery and sent over to me. I would recommend Custom towing to anyone. After 3 days of trying to get my classic car towed through AAA and unsuccessful, I found Custom Towing. They answered the call immediately and provided me with an accurate time of arrival for the tow truck, within 30 minutes! I can not give Custom Towing enough credit. They saved me a huge amount of money and headache. I was fooling around driving off-road in Grimes Point with melting snow and got seriously stuck in some mud and water. The first tow place I called told me they couldn t do anything for me, but Custom Towing came through. I sent my coordinates, and he told me how long. The actual owner came himself and found us even though my phone died. Although I was stuck in a tough spot, and the towing eye for my vehicle was missing from where it was supposed to be, he adapted to the situation and worked to get me pulled out, and quickly too. He guided me as his winch pulled me and did absolutely no damage to my car. The price he charged was VERY fair, and even if it hadn t been a desperate situation I would have been glad to pay it. If anyone in the area needs a tow I HIGHLY recommend you go to Custom Towing.Service: Car towing

They were very professional and very helpful even though I forgot my keys to my car the gentleman was extremely patient stayed in his truck until I was able to get my car keys and then he helped with putting the tire back on my car so that there was no need to scrape my car going on to the tow truck even the price was fair!!!

I can't say enough good about Charles and Custom towing in Fallon, NV. The first company I called would not tow my car because it was on a gravel road, apparently didn't want to get their tow truck dirty..... Called Custom towing and Charles says "No problem" sure we will do it, When do you need it done?I purchased a classic car in Fallon, NV.I needed my car picked up with a Rollback tow truck, taken to town (Custom towing's yard) and then transferred to a gooseneck trailer that I hired to haul it back to Wisconsin and Charles got it done at a VERY reasonable price, plus very pleasant, courteous, professional and prompt.If I ever get out to Reno I will drive the 40 miles out to Fallon just to shake this mans hand and thank him again in person!I used to manage a Truck fleet and know the challenges of hiring honest, trust worthy, and reasonable services away from home state, seems if they know you are 1800 miles away, integrity goes out the window.Well, I am super happy to endorse and highly recommend Custom Towing in Fallon, Nv.Thank you Charles!Eric SchemmService: Car towing
