Northeastern Tire has an amazing team! The owner Mike was so kind and went above and beyond to help me out when my RV broke down. His mechanics Junior, George and Zack found a creative solution that got the RV up and running and me on my way until the replacement parts could be sourced and delivered to my destination. As a bonus, the cost for all of their work was so reasonable, especially considering how they worked through the problem to find a solution to get me on my way.This is the place to go and these are the people to deal with when you need a mechanic ! If I could give a 10 star rating, they would deserve it!

These guys saved me, literally. My car broke down. Two shops in town wouldn't even touch it cause they said "it was to much work and not worth fixing". But Northeastern tire, towed my car and fixed it all in the same day.... W.T.F.Thank you so much to all the guys there!Mike even pointed out other issues with my car that would need to be addressed soon.Witch I was aware of, but it was nice and very professional that he made sure to let me know that this needed to be taken care of soon.Thanks again. And I'll always recommend your shop.

This is the place to go for great service and to get a quick diagnosis of the problem. I was lucky enough that they had the tires in we needed after driving on a bulging tire for 300+ miles. We were in and back on the road within a hour. Mike the owner and his group were friendly and great customer service. I d recommend them.

By far the best service received in the vehicle repair business! These guys were able to get our truck serviced in a timely manner at a very comfortable and affordable price! Would recommend anybody and everybody to stop here for your vehicle needs!

Horrible. Paid $600 for them to install new brakes, rotors and caliper only for the brakes to fail 100 miles later. Bought 2 used tires that are completely bald and wore out. Tried contacting several times without any return call. They sent me off in a dangerous car STAY AWAY, unless you also want yo start a law suit against the owner mike.

Amazing experience, we had a flat tire, car had to be towed to their shop, no wait for pickup, immediately replaced the tire and they had in stock! Cost way less than expected. Wish we could always deal with them!!!

Rolled in at 5 o clock. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was able to get us up and running in 15 minutes after a blow out tire. Would recommend if you are getting tires or need service to use these guys. Ask for Tray.

We came into Ely Nevada with a tire issue. One shop said 4hr wait with our 80k race car stranded. Northeastern tire company had us in and out in 10min!!! Great people great service. Recommend them in all Ely!

The team at Northeastern Tire helped me out when no one else in Ely would. I was turned away by the other shops in town. Their employees and owner were very polite, and were able to solve the issue I was having with my tires. Northeastern Tire is a friend to small business!

If you are passing through Ely and need tires, I would suggest you try the other shops. I wish I had. They charged me $1600 for 4 trailer tires. Pretty poor judgement on my part but not a good practice on their part. It was difficult to get an accurate estimate before they started the work. On top of that they charge 4% for credit. They wanted to sell me a trailer suspension kit for $1190 that can be purchased online for around $250.

Definitely one of the better shops in town. They made me feel welcome and got my issues fixed. A little expensive compared to a lot of places but definitely a great group of guys!

What an amazing crew! We were broke down with a toyhauler, on our way to Vegas and the staff/owner at Northeastern Tire stepped up by ordering us parts, having it shipped asap from another state and getting my family and I back on the road within in a day and half. We are beyond grateful for their expertise and care to look everything over before sending us back on the road. Thank you!

Like many other testimonials, mine is one of utmost gratitude for Mike, Shauna (Shawna?) and their entire family. I broke down on a snowy Sunday morning traveling the long way from Oregon to, ultimately, North Carolina. Mike came out to his shop on a Sunday to help get my car of a flatbed tow truck to avoid further damage. Monday was a federal holiday, the snow kept falling, and yet Mike and family were in the shop working the that very morning. They even had to wait for a part to come in from Salt Lake City, but were ready for it when it arrived. Shauna (Shawna - apologies for not knowing how to spell!) came to pick me, my dog, and various belongings up at the hotel where we had hunkered down. The car performed fabulously for the rest of my trip east. There are plenty of talented mechanics, but the courtesies, generositiesand kindnesses Mike and his family displayed were simply above and beyond all expectations in a very stressful situation. They single-handedly made what should have been a dreadful experience into a warm and memorable one through their grace. Thank you, Northeastern Tire, Mike and family.

We were travelling from Alberta to Arizona and broke two leaf springs on our fifth wheel toyhauler when crossing the railroad tracks in Ely on a Sunday afternoon. Right from the moment that we had our breakdown we had people showing up to help us. Luckily Daniel, one of the guys that works for Northeastern, lived right by where we broke our springs. He came over to help and he and his friend Dustin helped us get the trailer safely moved off of the street and into a hotel parking lot where it stayed for the night. Monday morning we got the trailer moved to Northeastern's shop and they got to work on it right away. Most of the shop guys were away, but JR did a great job of getting my trailer back up and on the road. We needed to wait for one set of springs from Utah, but they let us hook up water to our trailer and we slept in it on their lot overnight and we were able to shower and be ready to resume our trip to Yuma the the next day once JR managed to get the trailer completed. Great friendly, helpful staff, and they had a great selection of tires, brake parts, etc. Would definitely recomment these guys for any parts or service you would need while in Ely.

We had a trailer tire problem as we took our horse to AZ for the winter. ( us two of course) stopped at a rest stop 40 miles north of Ely NV for a break and sensed a strong hot rubber smell, originally thinking it was the diesel next to us we discovered it was a tire on our trailer smoking, dumped a bunch of water on it and it sizzled! I managed to get the tire off and the bearings were shot, dragged it to northeastern tire, on three wheels ( slowly) and they were waiting for us, a number of problems were evident after examination, and they took good care of us, brakes bearings and a tire later we headed off to camp at Alamo, they have a real nice fairgrounds, where we can stall the sizzles!.Another exciting day on the road.

I called them yesterday morning and they set an appointment for a front end alignment for 1:00 pm today. When I arrived it was like a ghost town. Finally a mechanic came in from garage. When I told him I had an appointment he said he didn't understand, there was no appointment set, he's the only one there today and working on a truck, no time for me and turned me away. Strange thing is this building is huge...only one mechanic? Unfortunately, I'm leaving town tomorrow and must tow my travel trailer. I even went back and checked my recent calls to make sure it was them I set appointment with...yup, right place.

Amazing service, and the kindest staff! We had a little trouble with a radiator fitting and they managed to get us back on the road in under an hour. Absolutely would recommend!!
