My family went and had fun with the self wash until the dryer was doing hardly anything and there was a weird film left over on the car afterwards (not hard water spots). We had to go over it after with damp towels when we got home. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place. Our car came out looking dirtier than when it came in. :(

The carwash - absolutely horrible. Bill changer was finicky at best, pressure pump needed help - hose vibrated so bad wand was hard to hold on to, swivels leaked.Kind of glad I only had the $2 minimum in quarters.. didn't want to waste any more time here.

I really needed an oil change on my Chevy Diesel truck. I made an appointment and showed up a little early. They took me right in and used NAPA oil (made by Valvoline) and a NAPA gold filter. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I would recommend this shop.

The team working at this auto shop is phenomenal. We had major wheel issues recently heading out for our annual road trip. After being towed to their location the customer service was second to none. They had us back on the road the next day. We highly recommendThis shop for all of your repair needs.

Self-serve car wash was pathetic. Bay closest to the road took my $3 but never worked. No out of order signage. Next bay worked fine ... but full of mud from a previous user. Vacuum took my money ... made noise ... but had the suction of a baby ant. Terrible when a business will not keep their equipment operational ... especially one that everybody uses. Not recommended!

The service center is ok. Typical small town setup. I've never had any problems with them and they always fix what is wrong. The drive through car wash is just a sprayer you park your car under. It doesn't scrub dirt off of your vehicle. Next to that are do it yourself car wash bays. Those work really well.

We broke down on a return trip from California. We had to be towed over 100 miles. The tow company reccomend these guys as the best in town.... man were they right. My vehicle lost all power and would not start. Once towed to their shop, the had the problem diagnosed that day and fixed the next. They were good about keeping us poated on the progress of the repair. My fuel pump was replaced when the problem actually ended up being the fuel pump relay. Because of this he didnt charge any labor to replace the pump. Much cheeper, and more efficient than many shops i have had to use in the past. 10/10 would reccomend.

My. Father in law recommend these guys , when the clutch went out on our car my wife took it to them , once they looked at the car and got the part , we had the car back in no time. Very nice people friendly. I'd go back there time and time. Thanks for your help and kindness.

Traveling through Ely, my van blew a belt on a saturday. These guys not only were able to get me in immediately to replace the belt and pulley, they were able to do a work-around for the broken pulley bracket when one couldnt be located anywhere. All quickly done and at an extremely fair price, done very pleasantly and cheerfully! Two thumbs up, 5 stars and a high recommendation!

The car wash is decent, but there aren't many options in Ely. Short of hand-washing it yourself, you can't get a cleaner car anywhere else. (But it did miss some dirt chunks inside the wheel well.)

A convenient place to stop and clean your vehicle after hunting or exploring the back roads. I took one star off because one of the self service car wash bays did not seem to be accepting cash on the day I was there.

Not heated......and it can still be freezing during the day here in Ely. Just sayin....otherwise, a fine carwash.

They did my oil change, I was in and out in less than an hour. Plus they were $10.00 cheaper than the dealer. The service included fluid checks, air pressure checks, more than the dealer does.

They helped fix my alternator on a Friday afternoon when no one else would, no hotels, no rental cars, the town is a desert. Thankful for their kindness.

Not too large, but priced very reasonable and with the largest selection of auto cleaning tools imaginable... including a portable car dryer! No kidding!

Is effective, would be nice if ground was built up where we have to walk around and wash my truck in, so I'm not in muddy water and my feet wet and muddy when i have to wash my truck, but it dose the job.

The front bearings on my Expedition went bad while on a fishing trip to Ely. These guys got me fixed and on the road in about 2 hours at an honest price.

Used to be my go to automatic car was but the last couple of times we washed the car here it was terrible. Skip the automatic and wash it yourself in the bays.

Stay away !!! Your car will come out dirtier!!!imost of the times the liquids you selectcomes out as just water ( i.e. wax or no spot)

Small mom and pop on 395 good price selection, drive thru style and they hand dry, great for getting the road dirt off.

An alright wash. Just make sure you spray the brush off because I got some small swirls from dirt lodged in it.
