Battle Born is amazing. My car broke down over an hour south of Ely. They came very quickly and towed my vehicle. The driver was friendly and helped move all of our gear to a new vehicle. They set us up with a ride back to Salt Lake City and we made it home that night.

Rolled my car last month and it was taken to Battle Born Restoration in Ely NV. Everyone was friendly and helpful. So sad I just bought that car and no it's a complete loss. I thank God that my cat and I weren't hurt to much.

We had an emergency with our trailer, which broke down at our campground. The crew at Battle Born was willing to drive out over an hour to pick us up and tow the trailer to Reno, but when they arrived at our campsite they managed to fix our rig enough for us to tow it ourselves. They actually had it fixed before we even arrived to meet them! I cannot express how grateful I am for their willingness to help us out when we were essentially stranded during the last leg of our month-long road trip. It's not often you find a company nowadays that will truly just help you. They were also very responsive and fast with their service. Forever indebted--they saved the day!

Thank you Jesse for picking my wife and I up from the middle of nowhere. Towed us into Ely and recommended an auto shop and dropped us off at our hotel. We also want to thank you for your service to our great country, we realized later that we never told you. Also thank you to your son for his help as well! Great people!

This company's customer service and care can't be beat. Dalton was our driver and he was so kind. He arrived on time, got our 4 runner on his tow. We had a ball joint break in the middle of no where an hour outside of ely with little to no cell service. I feel like it was priced well! We never felt taken advantage of. He was honest and helped us pick out a repair shop. He even offered us a place to hang out while we waited for my mom to come pick us up from salt lake city. We had our two young kids with us so battleborn was a huge blessing. Thank you!

These guys went out of their way to help us in our time of need. We had an engine breakdown 24 miles north of Ely on a cold winter night. They took great care of our truck and gave us a warm ride into Ely. On the way there we received helpful local advice about hotels and repair shops. I would highly recommend Battle Born for their friendly professional service.

My alternator went out between Wells and Ely. Battle Born came out and hauled my truck, me, and my dogs to Ely. They were so helpful about hotels and mechanics. I am so thankful for them!

If you ever break down anywhere in the Ely area Battle Born is the only call you'll have to make. Very professional, very quick, the most accommodating tow company that I have ever delt with in the past 40 years.. Sam and Dalton will even tow you the the nest mechanic in Ely. Great guys and great service. I highly recommend Battle Born for all you towing needs.

I got one flat tire when I was driving on 318, a few miles south to Lund. The guy from Battle Born picked me and my girlfriend up, and took us to Las Vegas, where we were heading to. He is super nice and helpful.

The driver responded within 15 minutes, and was very courteous and careful with my Suburban. We Cary full towing insurance, so no up front charge as the driver presented invoice direct to the insurance company.

Sam helped us out of a bad situation with our RV on a icy road. He was calm, professional, patient. We are so lucky we choose to call him. He made it so we could be home for the holidays. Thank you

I've used Battleborn for a tow twice. Once was a short local tow and the other from quite a distance away. Both times I felt like they gave me an honest deal and I will call them next time I need them.

I got my '83 4X4 Toyota mini RV stuck in the mud 12 miles from pavement trying to get to the ghost town of Hamilton. They came out on a Sunday Memorial Day weekend, in driving snow, to get me out. Thanks again guys, great job!

Jacob was our hero a few miles west of Ely stuck with a 24 foot Mercedes Benz chassis RV "turtled" across a one lane dirt road going to a mis-mapped BLM campground. Scary for us but he asked the right questions, came up with a plan and towed us out of our mess and helped us navigate down to the safety of Route 50.

Recently broke down 5 miles out of Ely, nv. Called Battle born for a tow. They were on time and courtious. Sam went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.
