Had to get a tire replaced and balanced...very efficient and done in a timely matter!!! And decent price as well!!!

Ordered factory size tires for my 22 year old car and had them delivered to the store. Brought down the wheels to have the tires changed out and was told that they are too low profile to install the factory size tires on factory size wheels.Not the first time I've had horrible service from these guys, but it will be the last. If it's a slight inconvenience for them, they suddenly don't do the work.Service: Tires

The two young ladies there were great, customer service and knowledge...time efficiency with check out from other associates could be worked on but over all good customer service, great prices..would recommend

Had a blowout just outside of Elko, they were the only ones open. Guys were friendly, and I was the only person there so service was quick. But they failed to fully tighten the core of my valve stem, which led to a leak, and potentially what could have been my second blowout in two days if I didn t notice it leaking. I get mistakes happen, but I was the only car in the shop so I don t accept missing something that is not only simple, but was audibly leaking.

We ordered tires online to be shipped to the local Elko store. Went in 1 1/2 days ago to see if the full order came in yet. The heavyset man with bleached hair and glasses dismissed us quickly saying the order probably hadn't come in yet. When we asked him to check the order he sad he couldn't. (His shift was near the end, so he couldn't be bothered with one more customer) My husband persisted and finally the man walked around to find the tires. All 4 were on the floor on display for anyone to purchase. (We paid for them online) When we came back in today, we had complications with the same man, and had to get a manager involved. It took way to long to wait for a manager but in the end the manager sided with my husband. Couldn't get the tires put on because some machines were down? So we took them elsewhere to get mounted. We will never buy tires from Walmart again, and we will never come here for tire service or oil. We are not treated like customers here, just burdens, and no one knows what they are even doing and the lack of will to work is shocking. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Poor customer service. One man didn't take the time to look up my road hazard on my tires almost had to pay. Shouts out to the second guy whom helped and caught the first guys mistake. And the carelessness is uneasy knowing he potentially don't care for safety and well being of the guests

Showed up at 10am after getting a call saying my tires were finally there and ready to be installed. I also needed an oil change. When I got to the store, there were 4 people ahead of me in line. I was there for over three hours in total before giving up and leaving without the work being done. During that time, they had completed work on just one of the vehicles. I checked the status about an hour and a half into my wait and there was a car being worked on for an oil change at that time. When I finally gave up, an hour and a half later, that same car was still being worked on. I spoke with He manager aboIt my dissatisfaction and he stated they are not allowed to give an estimate for how long it would take but stated it s taken 5 or 6 hours before to do the work I needed on my vehicle. I could do the work completely by myself using hand tools and a tiny motorcycle-sized tire changer and it would only take a max of 30 minutes and I m not a gear head *at all* so I m not sure why it takes three hours to complete work on a vehicle using all the tools and equipment they have at their disposal. Find somewhere else to work on your vehicle, this place is not worth it.

Ive been to other Walmart s for car service. This Walmart is terrible. I got my tires rotated they told me 45 minutes to an hour since I was the first in line. It took them 4 and half hours. I made sure to get there 30 minutes early to avoid this but yet again disappointed. The. Again today I had a nail in my tire. They told me 45 minutes, I was next in line. Yes again I ve been here for over an hour and half they told me it would be another 45 minutes. I ve had an oil change and all new tires put on at different Walmart s in an hour or less. For sure will NEVER buy tires or go for car service ever again.Update, since get a tire fixed it still leaked. It did it about a week after I got it fixed. I though since the wether got cold one night this was it. Nope they didn t even path the hole right.Service: Tires

Bought tires at walmart.com. At scheduled install appointment tech says they can't service the vehicle because their equipment is broken and jacks are leaking and won't hold pressure and corporate walmart will not repair their equipment so they can do their jobs.So I loaded up my 6 tires and I'm driving around town hoping to find someone who can install them.

WOW! Took my car there and they had an issue with one lug nut. Their socket didn't fit. So they said. Waited in the store for an hour to get told this. Then someone figured out how to take off lug nuts. Still took them another hour to finish the tires. Two hours for four tires. And they could careless that your displeased with their service. NEVER again and I mean NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!

My tire was low on air and the auto care center personally came out to reinflate my tire for free. I didnt even have to get out of my car!! The gas stations around the area either didn't have a working air machine or u had to use a credit card to use it and do it yourself. So Wal-Mart was great plus I didn't have to wait at all

This is my second experience with this Walmart auto center and sadly neither has been great. I went yesterday and was told they were very busy and I should probably come back tomorrow they opened at 7. I showed up at 7 and the auto center door was closed so I walk around and it turns out that even though an employee and their posted hours on google say they open at 7 they really open at 8. Fine so I sit there for an hour check my car in and do some shopping. When my car was done I got a text so I go to the counter and proceed to wait 20 minutes before I see an employee. I called the phone number no one answered just waiting and waiting. The employee said after the covid shut down people don t know they re open anymore and business has been slow, I would guess it s actually the poor customer service that s prevented people from returning and when I find out where everyone else went I won t be back either.

Although the guy at the counter is about as rude as they come the prices are great and the service generally pretty fast. Walmart always backs there products and generally speaking offers great pricing. For tires I would recommend this as your first stop to economical pricing on tires.

I got to the auto center at 7:10am, the doors were still locked and they were supposed to open at 7. They finally got the doors open about 7:15, 7:20. But, they did not have anyone scheduled to work until 9am! There was at least 4 other people besides me there right after 7 to get their car worked on, but then were told nothing could be done until 9 because there was no one scheduled. I asked if there was a way we could be put on a list so that when we came back at 9 we could get in first and not have to wait behind others since we were there at 7 and it was their mistake to not have someone scheduled. They said they couldn t do that because it was first come first serve, even though I WAS there first at 7am. Needless to say I went to another place to get my car worked on.

Horrible experience, never choose the Elko Wal Mart, they are arrogant and rude, refused to put on my tires, were completely rude about getting a manager for me & waited 5 minutes before they called anybody for me. By the way I was here at 7:30 & they open at 8 & put multiple cars ahead of me. Would be really nice to get some good management here in Elko Wal Mart that cared. Like I said, if you plan on getting an oil change or tires done, go literally ANYWHERE else other than Wal Mart. You'll thank me.

I was skeptical because I usually only take my car to places that only do tires but it was the only place open. They got it in and replaced really quick.

Very very slow!!! I brought my truck in to get 2 tires. 9:30am to 3:30 pm there were only 3 tire jobs and an oil change in front of me. Not sure the savings were worth the time!

I use to work at the Elko Wal Mart in the TLE department. So I know all the bs that goes on there. Brandon is the only competent tech in that department now. Wal Mart as a lot of rules on what they can an can't do. For example if the tread on your tires are below 3/32 they will not touch em as far as a repair or rotate goes.

Thank you. Best price in town for a new battery $48.88, with a one year warranty. Thanks WallyMart. I noticed after that they broke my shifter and didn't say anything :/

Needed a car battery and after shopping all the auto supply stores , they had the best comparable price with warranties. Man , batteries seem to get more expensive every time I need one.

Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, and this last time they forgot to replace my Oil change sticker, but my vehicle is a pain to work on and I've always received what I want with no complaints.
