We came in with a broken down truck on our way home to BC Canada. Your service department was able to get us in, diagnose, order the parts, order more parts when it was discovered there we other issues. They got us back on the road in 4 days instead of the estimated 5 days and for less than the initial cost estimate. Jennifer was awesome to deal with. My only complaint is after spending several thousand dollars they could have at least washed my vehicle!!

Riverton was very accommodating and patient. Had a few delays on my end but Lisandro was a bad@$$ and kept in touch about the vehicle I was interested in and had everything ready to go once I was able to go through with my purchase. Also a shout out to Bill for being thorough and trying to get us taken care of quickly so I didn t have to miss any extra time at work. Looking for a new car Elko Riverton is definitely a good place to go.

I live in Reno and was looking to buy a Sierra 1500. I'm not overly fond of the Reno dealership, so I looked online at Riverton's inventory. I ended up communicating via text and phone calls with Jeff in sales. In the end, I purchased the Denali Ultimate, and I'm happy with the upgraded options. Rachel in financing was low pressure on the warranty options. She still showed me everything but I never felt pressured or talked into anything I didn't want. I did lose out on what will end up costing me about $16,000 extra in interest on the loan, because the day after I bought the truck, GMC came out with a 5 year, 0.9% apr. I wish that would have been checked and at least offered to me. In the end though, I would tell anyone reading this to give Riverton a try. They were friendly, easy to deal with, and again, I felt no pressure at all. I would buy from here again and I recommend them. Thank you again Jeff for all your time and effort and basically doing a long distance fair deal with me.

Sales staff low pressure and knowledgeable. Didn't have to play the back and forth game with finance department. Gave me a fair trade value right from the start. Best experience of my life car buying Had my old GMC 16 years so it was a pleasant experience start to finish Picture of my 16 year old Duramax and her replacement

Working with the team through the purchase process was pretty easy. In fact we had the process complete in right around 3 hours walk in to walk out. I wasn t happy with the trade in offer and said so, and was given a more appropriate offer. They will still make a profit on it and it satisfied me as well. Hopefully the service department keeps up with the sales department!

Took my car in for very first service. Shortly after, it started a terrible whine that got worse. Made an appointment for a friday.. had to have it towed in 2 days before appointment. Itwasnot even looked at or diagnosed for a week, despite a scheduled appointment. In total, they had it 7 weeks while the rebuilt my transmission in my 7 month old car. Worse, when i picked it up, the interior was greasy and dirty..door, steering wheel and floor. Such disrespect.

The salesman lisandro was straight forward and to the point. The sales manager gave me a fair price on my trade-in even with the transfer case blown up and being drug in on a chain.Thanks guys!!!

We took in our GMC Denali duramax to get a service bulletin done on it. Truck went in in perfect condition. When we got the truck back it had blue paint off the lift and a dent on drivers side front fender. The service MGR said she was 100% sure it didn t happen there as you can clearly tell the blue paint came off the lift. I am disappointed in the way it was handled. Would definitely check your vehicle before and after any service at this dealership. As a loyal GMC customer I am disappointed in this dealership s service center.

These folks where able to get me into the vehicle I wanted, very helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. They even detailed the vehicle and filled it up for me. All in all was a really good experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the vehicle was extremely gross and I had to wait a fews hours before I could leave with it.

I had an outstanding experience getting my 2024 Chevy Blazer. Lisandro Rodriguez was my sales rep and he took care of everything so smoothly! Made it so easy that I didn't have to take time off work to spend hours doing negotiating or paperwork. The staff is also amazing and everyone was so kind and helpful! This is my 3rd time and by far the fastest, smoothest, and enjoyable process!!! I love my new Blazer and definitely HIGHLY recommend Lisandro @ Riverton!

Contacted George through online sales Thursday night and he promptly responded Friday morning. When I arrived I was greeted by Jacob. Jacob was super helpful amd super friendly. Went on an awesome test drive them started paperwork once we returned. Buying process was super simple and fairly quick. Left with the car of my dreams! Thanks riverton team!
