My truck broke down while traveling through Elko and I used CSAA who then dispatch last trip Brothers towing. Fuel pump went out without warning near Elko NV on a Saturday morning. (We were driving to Sacramento area from Ohio.)This company was from Wendover UT, over 100 miles from my location, and was the only company that was willing to respond. He drove over 130 miles to us, then towed us 137 miles farther to Winnemucca NV. New truck, reasonably comfortable for me and my 2 passengers. Driver didn't talk during the entire 2.5 hr drive, but was generally friendly overall.

Super service great everytime Because is very helpful guys and happy people they helped me when i am stuck in wells (Nevada) in wells nevada other tow trucks is charging 2000 $ and they lostra bros towing is charged is very low . thanks soo much lostra bros

I had an issue with the Isuzu I was driving. They got me in and fixed the issue very quickly. Exceptionally nice people here and the service was excellent with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Very bad experience never showed at all cussed out my service mechanic after he questioned them about the time frame they lied about. Told us 30 minutes. Waiting 2half hour still no show. Lied said they was almost to location. Never showed I was literally 6miles from their location. Bad review back attitude no service. Don't trust them. I had high regards for them until this experience. I used another business and cancelled this company after rude behavior and lies.

We had a wonderful guy help us and our smashed up vehicle home a couple of days ago. Its nice to have helpful, kind people around you In a time of confusion and worry. Thank you for coming to rescue our car off the side of the highway!

My car died in a parking lot on New Year s day and my insurance company didn t have any local partners to assist. I called Lostra Bros and the dispatcher picked up on the second ring! Before I knew it, James was loading my car on his tow truck and confirming drop off at the local shop. He even filled out the shop form with my statement and dropped the keys at the after hours dropbox for me. James and his team are professional, easy to work with, and very responsive. With all the cold weather, I had a dead battery. Also almost out of gas. The Triple A app didn't work that well, but Lostra kept in touch with me. Dylan helped me in the evening. He was so nice. The next morning...dead battery again. This time I had JD to help me. He was also super nice. I let the car run and then drove straight to town to get a new battery. Lostra Brothers towing was a pleasure to work with on a day that was not going well for us. We broke down on I-80, insurance road side was not able to secure a tow company for us. We called Lostra Brothers and a friendly person answered, got our details and said they would have a driver contact us. Seven minutes later Dylan was on his way. He was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend Lostra Brother s towing, and if you get Dylan consider your luck changing.Service: Special vehicle towing

Dog locked in a truck after dark and keys locked with him, temperatures already well below freezing...I saw online a recommendation for Lostra... so I tried them. We live 20min outside of Elko, in Ryndon. The lady on the phone was fantastic!!She told me they would be out directly, and to my shock, they were. About 40min.Lady who came was amazing!! In the car in a matter of minutes, dog safe, keys in hand. 100% professional!!Great, fast customer service, both on the phone and here at our house!! Thank you!!!

I put my truck in a precarious position last week, and it was hanging onto some loose shale (just barely) preventing a slide into a river about 30 feet below (about 100 mi north of Elko). Called Lostra Towing and scheduled a recovery. Dave and Jason met me @ Wild Horse Res and I guided them the rest of the way to the scene. Both gentlemen were very professional and it was obvious that they cared about getting my truck back to more stable footing. There were a few tense moments where it seemed like it was going for a swim, however they were able to pull through (pun intended) and I now have my truck safe and secure back at home. Excellent service, communication and professionalism from all team members at Lostra. They were on time, and did not pull shenanigans that I have encountered with other less reputable tow services. The price was completely fair considering the distance and difficulty. You can trust this business 100%. If your rig or personal safety are on the line, I wouldn't turn to anyone else. PS. This is no knock on Dave (he was an excellent operator) but when I found out that Jason had been on the job for 4 days (in this line of work), I was floored. Excellent job done, both of you! Lostra towing provides incredibly friendly service. Dylan towed our truck to a local mechanic and even offered us a ride back to our hotel. He was kind, patient, offered us cold water bottles, and went above and beyond for us. It was hands-down the best towing experience I ve ever had.

I attempted changing a flat this morning and failed.. I then remember I had roadside. Lostra brothers were here in less than 10 minutes and done in 5!! Brandon and Scott were so polite professional and informative.. thanks guys you are amazing!! I highly recommend Lostra Brothers as I have also used them in the past with 5 star results . They saved me from being stuck home all day on my day off!! 100

Car broke down on the side of I80. It was a very quick response. When they found out there was a baby in the car they took care of us by calling another truck. They were very friendly, kind and did their job well. They got us out of a dangerous situation quickly.beat tow truck service I have ever used.

I was just getting onto the freeway towing my forty foot fifth wheel trailer when I blew the hose off of the turbocharger on my diesel engine. I called Lustre Bros. They sent a truck out immediately. The driver knew his craft well and had my truck loaded up in no time.. The driver was very polite and courteous. He offered me water or juice. I rode in the truck to the nearest dealership. I was able to get the paperwork done while the driver dropped off the truck. He then brought the keys to me at the service desk. He was able to take my Credit Card payment via his phone. The towing fee was fair. Once payment was made he was off to his next assignment. I would highly recommend this towing company.Service: Car towing

I needed a jumpstart in the middle of nowhere, and a very friendly team member arrived on site in less than an hour.We made great conversation, he gave me pointers on some weird electric quirks with my van, and I honestly have never had a better experience from a AAA call. Jake was our driver and provided phenomenal service. We broke down and were trying to get towed to a mechanics that we found online (Gary Konakis-would not recommend)When Jake took us to Konakis and we were refused of the service promised he told us he wouldn t leave us stranded and took us over to Elko Motors, when Elko Motors couldn t get us in a gal named Kia there got us in touch with Mobile Wrenches and Jake helped us get there. Excellent service and nice to know this tow company wouldn t just leave someone stranded by dropping off at the first address. He really took care of us and it was greatly appreciated!! We needed a couple sheds moved and decided that a roll back wrecker would be a good solution. We called Lostra bros and they were happy to help us out.Jay and Jonathan showed up on time and were very friendly and even though it was a job they don't always deal with, they were more than happy to make it happen!We are so thankful for the great service at a reasonable rate! So grateful for the really nice woman that answered my call and her eagerness to help me. The driver came promptly and was calm and happy to help. I had pulled into my driveway and with the car on, air on coldest setting, door propped open, because my toddler was napping and I needed to pee real quick. I came right back out and the door was kinda nudged between open and shut and just wouldnt budge. I didnt have to wait long before this amazing driver showed up. So grateful for her quick and efficient service. When you make a really dumb mistake and things get super stressful you just need someone professional and thats exactly what I got and more. We have used Lostra Bros Towing service twice and they were timely and professional both times! The second time was when I locked my keys out of my vehicle. Jay, the driver, worked diligently to open my car as I had our 1 year old baby with me. He was quick to the scene, professional, kind, and used the proper equipment (such as airbags) to avoid damage to the vehicle. I will continue to use Lostra Bros Towing, they are my go to when I m in a jam!Services: Car lockouts, Car towing

I got locked out of my car and I called and they were able to swiftly come and rescue me! They were super quick and very friendly. The phone lady, Mary, was super kind and helpful. She reassured me that I wasn't a fool for locking my keys in my car. I definitely recommend Lostra Towing. My pickup completely broke down on the interstate in Carlin. I called at 8 pm and James was there within 30 minutes. He basically left the moment I called. Offered me water or soda when he arrived. He towed my vehicle to the mechanic and then dropped me off at a hotel. Awesome job thank you James!

Randall you saved our lives 2 nights ago...we were moving to Colorado and I bought a new battery before hand and the guy at auto parts store sold me the wrong one. 30 miles outside Elko it just shutdown in 12 deg weather and had my 2 dogs, wife and 4 ur old son. We were huddled for a few hours with only a few emergency candles and hot hands I got before the trip. AAA was horrible in communication with lostra and we had to wait for 3 hours huddled together freezing.....all AAA's fault.When lostra finally got there we were met by the nicest guy you'll ever meet RANDALL! He immediately put us in his truck with the heater going and we finally got some relief and towed us back to Elko to the hotel. He also came the next day to charge my battery enough to get me to parts store to get another brand new battery that was the correct one and had no issues from then on....made it to Colorado safe and sound. These guys were awesome! My friend and I broke down on the side of the freeway with no idea where we were or what we were going to do.
