Was on a trip from Cheyenne Wyoming on our way to visit family in Central California, when we found ourselves needing a completely new set of tires on our truck, called Walmart (while on the interstate driving) they didn't have the size we needed, and so they actually recommended Les Schwab Tires, so I looked them up on my phone, as hubby was driving. I explained our situation and that we needed 4 ties in a very specific size, and if they had them in stock could put them on today. Ken, the guy we spoke to said yes to all of my requests, so I said we'll see in in 15 min, as soon as we get off the interstate. We walked in, he greeted up, showed hubby and I the tires, explained everything, the warranty that goes nationwide, as we live in Cheyenne, and we have a brand new Les Schwab opening in 2 weeks 3 blocks from home. They got us in the very next in line and we were on our way once again 1 1/2 hours later. A +++ on customer care ans service, the entire staff was great.

Spare tire was stuck under GMC Yukon was not able to get it. They were able to fix it and get me back on the road to Finnish my vacation. Thanks to the Team great place thank you!!

Worst company to ever exist. Went to get an alignment, waited 2 hours(with appointment, and everyone in the business up to corporate saying it takes an hour max)and they busted my wiper blades then blamed it on me!! Because the alignment has nothing to do with those...um duh!! How did they manage to break them doing an alignment? They replaced them after I lost my mind, but still made it out to being my fault. They also charged me more than I was told over the phone was their set price. Tech got mud all over the inside of my vehicle, they didn't use the paper mats and soaked my floor.. They also caused $300 in damage to my husbands truck years ago, blamed us then tried to charge us $1200. I'll never step foot in here again.

Had a flat, went to Les Schwab because they were close by. It was a pretty busy Saturday so I left the truck with the flat tire in the bed of the truck. Picked it up later in the day and they did the flat repair, remounted the tire and put the spare back under the truck, which I wasn t expecting. Good service! And no charge, which I also wasn t expecting. I hadn t been to a Les Schwab before but I ll definitely consider them next time I need new tires.

On our journey from Colorado to California, we encountered a flat tire in Carlton, NV. Despite the challenge of finding four tires in a non-standard size, we were fortunate to connect with Les Schwab. The kind ladies at the front desk in Elko informed us they had one in stock. Understanding our predicament and urgency they directed us to their Reno store (on our route) to secure the remaining 3 tires.We headed in the opposite direction to Elko, where the staff was going to replace our doughnut tire we urgently needed to reach Reno. Dillon, who carefully studied our car manual, assured us that we would arrive safely to our next destination after replacing the tire. However, after all the planning, Dillon discovered a large hole in the tire which they were able to safely patch, eliminating the need for immediate replacement. If you're seeking a transparent and dedicated shop that goes the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction and safety, this is the place for you. Many thanks to everyone for their assistance today!

Dont patronize this or any Les Schwab. They ruined the studs that hold the tires and warped the lug nuts causing hundreds in repairs with their high powered equipment. Now the battery they put in cant be removed to replace it because this company made sure one of the bolts is stripped.Their technicians tell you repairs are needed that arent necessary to gouge you for all you are worth. They are about $$$$$ not the customer.

Used to prefer going to Les Schwab, but lately it's gone downhill. Took a blown tire in on 7/30/21 at around 9 in the morning. They had quite a few tires to change so figured it would be a but. Went and ran some errands. Tire did not get done until 430 in the afternoon. Slightly frustrated but still understandable. Took the tire all the way to spring creek only to find out that it was the wrong size and I was still unable to drive the car. Called les schwab, technician admitted that he accidentally put the wrong tire on. He said he would stay late if I wanted to bring it back in. I had to work the next day so I opted not to. I took off work today. Took the tire in and was told by the tech that it would be changed immediately. Took it in a t 930. Didn't get done until 1230. Almost 2 days wasted on 1 flat tire. Also asked the front desk clerk if she could get ne a quote on 4 new tires for my car. She said she was busy the first day and didn't get a chance, completely understandable. Here we are today and the quote had been forgotten about. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Never had good service here, and they are extremely slow. You tell them you desperately need your spare done to get back out to the mine, and they just continually lie and say it will be done, hours go by, I ask again and am told sorry it will be done within the hour. I wait 2 more hours, and still not even started, and this is after they've had it over 24 hours and just lies. They don't care at all. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had anywhere and will never go back. They can comment on here and act like they care about reviews, but do not care at all when you are in there and nothing changes. It stays horrible.

Dylan and the crew at Les Schwab are first class. They are hard workers and care about their customers. If any single ladies in the Elko area are looking for a top notch husband: you should slash your own tire, take it on down to Les Schwab on w Silver St for a top notch fix, and see where fate may lead you.

I recently had a slow leak and I decided to get an fix the leak, alignment fix and rotate my tires. I was unaware that they now have an appointment system so I just dropped in. I am 70 with asthma and Cail Lustig the manager was kind enough to give me a ride home while I waited. Excellent work and great kindness at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Schwab and their manager Cail.

Had a blowout on our trailer on the road.I was told it would be a couple of hours.In a couple of hours nothing was happening. When I inquired they said it will be a couple of hours. NOT GOODIn the last few years I have bought at least 15 tires from Les Schawb.Might be time to look elsewhere

Made a appt.. asked us what tires, put a order in for 4 tires , week later no tires , drove 96 miles for nothing now have ta wait another couple days . They did not offer anything compatable. No communication . Poor communication .

Typically I don't have much bad to say about Les Schwab in Elko. But the other day I went in to get an estimate for new wheels because one of mine has a crack in it (who knew that could happen?! Thanks Spring Creek for the wonderful way you maintain the roads!). My estimate was about $2200. No, that's not a typo. I ask if they have financing. They do! Hooray! Because who, besides a mine worker, can just fork out $2200?! The guy told me that if I put $1000 down (because again, I'll just cut off one of my gold fingers), they'll cover $1000. (Still not enough!) So, I took my business elsewhere. They showed me rims, options, and had me financed for $1800 in about 20 minutes. So now, I'm sitting at the other place writing this and waiting while my new rims are being put on. And this isn't the first time. Years ago I took my van there because it needed work. They said it would be about $1800. They told me if I paid off one of my bills, and showed me which one, then I could be financed for the entire price. Nice! Except the bill they were referring to was $3300! If I was able to do that, why wouldn't I just pay you?!

We had a check engine light come on during a long road trip. Dillon helped us out immediately and did a quick diagnostic. Super friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. Saved our day.

I went in to have my tire pressure checked before a trip to Reno and one of my tires was really low. They got it in, found a screw in the tire and repaired it for me - no charge! It didn't take too long, either. This is a great shop with friendly, knowledgeable folks working there. I highly recommend them!

Great guys who work hard to fix any tire or rim problem they face. Only wish it was bigger! Put tires and rims on my Tiguan and are making all adjustments necessary free of charge to me because they do the right thing. Sent it in a few times to hone in the issues and always was met with professional support you would expect from a Les Schwab. You can tell they bust their butt, however they meet the customer with courtesy at the front counter every time. Cail, Brody, and Dillon have all been great reps for this company and helped me throughout the purchase, fitment and adjustments of my tires and rims.

Coming from Salt Lake heading to Sacramento we ended up getting a flat tire nearby and got a tow to town, dropped off here.We were immediately greeted by a nice young lady who quickly got everything taken care of. She got a work order in for a tech to go and assess if the tire was patchable or not. She told me it shouldn't take longer than an hour to get an assessment on if it's still usable or if I'd need to get a new tire.The tech quickly got our car into the bay, maybe within 15 minutes. After a few more minutes, he came in and spoke to us that the tire isn't able to be saved. He understands we wouldn't want a new tire, just something to get us on our way. Notifies us he's going to check their inventory for used tires.Comes back within a few more minutes saying he's got one that he can sell to us for $100, we accept even though it's still more than we'd like to spend.Another 10 minutes pass and he comes back in after parking our car to the side of building. Upon paying, he tells me it's only $82 for everything, didn't charge for installing the tire or anything and even took the tire price down. He also told me that he was able to reset the TPMS so all tires are showing good pressure for the drive ahead of us.Thank you so much for the great customer service, we are much appreciative!

Made an appointment for a tire rotation. I asked them to do an inspection. They came back with a list of to do's and estimates for things I suspected were needed. I am very pleased withtodays service and will get to the estimated to do's list as soon as possible. Todays charge was $0. Thank you Les Schwab.

I had a tire that kept going flat. I took my car to the dealership and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I went to Les Schwab in Elko. Not only did they find the issue and fix it but they did it for free.

This has always been a great company. But the one thing that stood out the most for me with this establishment, was the friendliness of the staff. I have two vehicles, and bought two sets of their best tires. And over the week, I went in and asked the weirdest of questions, and brought up the oddest concerns. They repaired and answered any questions that I had within a one-hour time frame. I will definitely continue business here and for many years to come.

when I got there to pick up my truck as I was told in 2 hours....they forgot to service my truck and it was not even moved from its original parking spot. Lady who was checking the status, she just told me that they did not get to it yet ....and that I ll need to come back or wait for it .... I requested a manager and he had them get it immediately and it was fixed in 30 minutes without the charge, as he promised. He is new and he is great! Give him a chance if you are upset with Le Schwab...

We have had excellent experience with Les Schwab in in the past, so when we had a tire issue with our RV, we went to the Elko location counting on the same quality. This location did not disappoint! Our service writer Justin and our mechanic Hector were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get us back on the road in no time.....which was amazing for a busy Saturday. Top quality experience again.

I made an appointment to get an alignment and a tire patched. After three hours, all they did was try to sell me parts and the tire leaks worse than before. Alignment never got done, tire leaks worse than before, will not visit this store again. Do not recommend. Edit to add: Steering component parts they wanted to replace had been recently replaced less than 50,000 miles prior, had no damage or wear.
