We came here to get our windshield fixed after it was damaged by debris on the interstate. They had some of the cheaper rates in the area, and were able to get us in quickly (we wanted to avoid a fix-it ticket so this was nice).All seemed well until the day of our appointment. We drove two hours to get to Elko (closest place to get services like this besides SLC), and after dropping our car off, we got a call from them 5 minutes later in our taxi saying that the windshield they had ordered/had on hand was warped and they wouldn t be able to install it. We got the taxi to take us back, where the the lady at the counter explained that they would have to order another one and wouldn t be able to schedule another appointment for us for three weeks! This is where I really expressed my disappointment, and asked if they have any quality assurance testing when the windshields get delivered, and why they were just figuring this out now?? She apologized, and asked if she could set us up with an appointment. I told her that we would need to reconsider our options and give them a call back. Then, there was suddenly an opening for the same time next week. I think she moved some things around to fit us in which I do appreciate, but I just thought it was funny that it took me mentioning finding business elsewhere to make it happen. I wasn t even going to leave a review because when it was all said and done, the windshield got fixed, albeit a week behind schedule. However, today when I was driving I went to fix my rear view mirror and it straight up came off! This isn t an old car; when they installed the windshield they didn t put all the pieces back on right. Now I have to fix that. Thanks. Definitely would go elsewhere next time.

They installed my window in 2013 , they broke my aluminum siding in almost half of the window, plus two stool. They use silicon to glue the trim around the window , the trim will look ugly. Over just three years they look ugly already!

Top notch service. Very professional and prompt.Aaron and Colette are awesome !!!And they have a huge stock of semi windshields. Couldn't ask for more.Other company's were telling me it would take up to 3 days to order a windshield.Or telling me they had a 3 week wait for an appointment.Check out these folks they will do you right !!From a very happy driver.

Best place for windshield repair! My appointment was at 4 pm. I had arrived about 10-15min early, which they brought me right in, and they replaced my windshield and handed me the keys at 4:09! Wow! Returning customer!

They lady, Colette, at the front helped me out. She was fast, professional and very nice! They are quick, and cheaper than other places in Elko. I just went in for a chip repair, and it was so fast! I was going to go to another place, and they weren't going to get me in for another 3 hours, and they were going to charge me more. Glass Doctor took me in immediately, and got the job done fast. Thank you, Glass doctor! You have just earned a new loyal customer!

I don t normally write reviews. But this is an exception. . . . meaning the Glass Doctor in Elko Nevada is Exceptional! When I called for an appointment the receptionist was pleasant, knowledgeable on prices and made all the arrangements with my insurance company.When I arrived, I felt welcomed and appreciated.While waiting for my windshield to be replaced, I had the opportunity to listen to the office staff as they interacted with other customers and while taking on the phone. Once again. they were pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. (Well about what you would normally see or expect)My windshield replacement work was done promptly, properly and my vehicle returned in a clean, orderly manner.Again, I don t ordinarily write reviews, but this is an exception! I wholeheartedly recommend the Glass Doctor in Elko, NV to anyone needing glass work done . Dan Gralian, Spring Creek, NV.

These guys were amazing!!! I must have calledfour places looking for someone to work with my insurance to replace my windshield. Collette was so friendly and had everything squared away within a couple of minutes. When I showed up for my appointment they were all so friendly and helpful. So refreshing to find a locally run business that takes pride in there work and are so friendly. We had such a good experience with these guys, we will definitely use them from now on with all of our future glass needs!

Amazing customer service and the crew did an amazing job replacing my back passenger window. Ran a little late but it was worth it. I would highly recommend these guys for all your glass repair needs.

Friendly and efficient.. A rock hit my windshield about 30 miles west of Elko. When I called them they said to come right over. I was in and out in 15 minutes and on my way to SLC with it filled.

Great folks to work with! Replaced all the windows in our house, a sliding glass door, and a new front door. Very professional and kept us informed every step of the process. Life savers and the friendliness was so refreshing. They got us in the next day and were so nice. Paula at the front desk was so helpful and nice. Very disappointed in this business. Waited 6 days for them to replace windshield, drove 75 miles very slow because I was scared the windshield might shatter. 50 minutes after I dropped it off, they informed they had the wrong part.I took car to their competitor. Will write a review for them later.

Replaced windshield of Ford f250 within a couple hours and were flexible with pick up time. Very impressed at quality and professionalism. They tried to guess my accent - that side might need some work :)

Scheduled 3-days for the job, Aaron and his partner worked more efficiently and professionally than one could imagine and completed the job in one day. No damage on a 1912 house, all the original molding replaced without any breakage. Astounding!

Aaron, put a new windshield in one of our semi's. It was hit the first trip out and I informed him about it. On my tight schedule, he made sure when I was back in town it was repaired promptly and the truck was ready to role again. Thanks for the good service Aaron.
