Bought new tires at this Walmart. The tires are great. The ONLY issue I had was after I got my car back. My app alerted me that two of the tires were low. I asked the service manager when she was checking me out to please have them check the tire pressure. Now I realize the app.could have been off. The fit that was thrown by the grown man who was asked to recheck my tires was unbelievable. The amount of time and energy it took him to throw his fit and for me to tell him I will take my car elsewhere if it's that big of a deal? On the positive side, there was another very nice man who took the time to check and even apologized for the others behavior. Customer satisfaction obviously not a priority for everyone at Walmart. If you are the store manager reading this...call me. I left a message.

It's unfortunate I get up early on a Saturday morning to get an oil change. I arrive a little before 7am a since they're hours state they open at 7! I called the store 3 to 4 times until someone finally answered to be hung up on. Which i called again and the employee just placed me on hold.. I called a final time until the employee said it's closed due to staffing issues. It was 725am when I finally got an answer to be informed they're closed.WHY IS THERE NO TYPE OF SIGN! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Do not go here for auto repair or service. They told me they do not have any mechanics. They do not answer the phone so I drove there from Lake Tahoe. When I arrived the serve area was empty. I went into the store looking for help after talking with 3 differnet employees I found out they cannot do any service. They do not have any signs or notice about the issue. Waste of time. ready the other reviews and find another repupable service station in Carson city or Reno.

Bought new tires to have installed. I asked for my rear tires because they had 50 percent tread left. Rear tires were not giving to me( they said there was sidewall damage and charge me 4 bucks a tire for "disposal" fee, I didn't really have any reason to believe they were lying but I thought it was strange because they looked perfectly fine). A week later my tire blows out and I go to get my spare and it's gone, not easy to get to under truck. My spare was there when I took my truck in. I was stranded for hours with kids in the car on a below freezing day in the mountains with no spare. Not happy to say the least! Watch out for backdoor tire theft at Carson city Nevada location!

Went in for a oil change, was told it would be about 45 mins or so, waited walked around Walmart for about an hour. Finished up my shopping and went to ask about my car was told it would be another 45 mins and I when I asked was told because they had not even started on my car, the cashier proceeded to say these guys know nothing, so I asked to just have my car back and not get the oil change because I refused to wait another hour total of almost 2 hours for just an oil change. The mechanic proceeded to come in and yelling saying I had to pay for a service that was already done to my car, which was no problem since they had already installed them. I asked if it was still going to take another 45 mins so that maybe I could just wait, and he proceeded to ignore me and walked away. Never will I go back to you again! Worse customer service I have experienced and very rude employees!

Arrived and informed the service would take 30-45 minutes 90 minutes later still not completed. When I skied about delay I was informed that the schedule for lunches doesn t work well.

Does Walmart train their employees to not answer phones? I've called a few different times today at different times and no one answers the phone! I guess I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

Thanks for quick tour rotation! These guys were not super busy today and were able to rotate my tires in less than an hour. Thanks dudes

Operations hours say 8 to 4 pm. Pulled up at 323 pm. Worker yelled at me they are closed. I asked why hours of operation is stated on building he responds because he can! Took my business elsewhere

Terrible - not terrible service. NO service. 2 hours before closing and you can t do a simple oil change? WOW. ONLY 3 other customers. Pathetic!

Not a problem with the battery they checked it out turned out it was a bad cell in the battery recommender new battery put it in everything worked great good service.
