I paid silver city autobody to do a insurance repair on my 2008 Silverado. It install the new after market hood, grill and bumper which all required paint. As well as fix sand damage and rock chips through out the side of the truck. So we agreed on painting the entire truck besides the roof and tailgate and fixing any dings or.rock chips. I made my appointment a month before I dropped it off and when I made it and dropped it off I was told 3 weeks til it was done. Well after 4 weeks I had to return my rental. Still didn't get the truck til 2 weeks after that so a total of 6 weeks they had it.Finally I go to pick my truck up and there is rubbing compound and areas that weren't buffed correctly as well as all 4 windows had tint that was scratched. They fixed the unbuffed spot and I drove back to Fallon. Well after the truck sitting for a couple days I start looking it over and start noticing a lot of issues. There is still a ton of rock chips that weren't repaired and just painted over, several spots with hair in the paint, several spots with dimples in the paint, paint runs, and it looks as if they incorrectly mixed the paint as some area there is alot if pearl and others none and the paint doesn't match the roof or tailgate. So I reached out to them and they asked me to drive it back to Carson. So I agreed when worked allowed as its over a hour drive there. Well today I took it to them and they refused to repair all the issues and only would take care of a few of the small issues. I declined as I want it fixed correctly how it should have been after they had it for 6 weeks. They were extremely unprofessional and had excuses for everything. I didn't make a review or anything til I saw if they would make it right and they refuse.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had body work done on my 2018 Chevy Silverado and they did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone needing body work on their vehicle. Excellent service and they got it done in 9 days! This shop came highly recommended by a close friend. And Neal delivered! My car needed body work after an accident. Neal was professional and honest with his suggestions on how to proceed. Neal is awesome!! He and his staff took great care of my car when I was involved in an accident. Not only was he patient with me and all my questions, he kept me informed of the progress, sent pics, and even got us a great deal on a rental!! Definitely recommend Silver State for auto body needs!!! Great service, great staff!!

Through all of the difficulty of the last two months these guys were still able to take care of us. They fixed both the front and rear or our 2016 Ford Fusion, not backing down from the insurance company and making sure the job was done right. The car looks amazing, when we thought for sure it would be totaled. I can t recommend them enough, we will always go back down to Carson for any future work we need done.

Do lady Saturday I ripped my bper partially off. Not only were they open, and the only body shop open, but he completely fixed my bumper and buffed out the paint and made it look better than it did before the incident! And for practically nothing!! Fantastic experience with Silver City! I live in Canada and was in a rush to make it back home, and Neal went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. Hopefully I won't need to be back here, but I highly recommend this business to anybody who is in need of a speedy and high quality car repair. Thanks again!

I went there to ask some questions that came to mind after talking with them on the phone. Turns out they were not able to help my situation due to a computer program glitch. Nonetheless, I was treated quite nicely AND I really enjoyed seeing some of the very classic cars in their shop! If I need them sometime later, I won't hesitate to call them.

Took my truck there to repair a small dent that needed some body work to remediate. They did an awesome job, can t even tell there was a dent and the paint matched perfectly! They also returned the truck cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off.

They were so very kind, gave me a fair estimate and even tried to help me save money. The car was ready when expected and it turned out perfect! They were helpful and I would definitely return for business and recommend them.

Its been over a year and the broken headlight on my Talon that was supposed to be replaced is still broken and a replacement was never found. I had my whole car painted and that light was in the paperwork. I even changed my review on Neil's request for promising to still find the light and replace it. It's now been over a year. I expected more. Considering it took 4 months to do the job, saying it would be 2. Feel like I've been jerked around.

Good as new! Bumper was literally falling off. Neal's shop painted the replacement bumper to match installed it. Looks as good as new!

Silver City Auto Body removed all dents and scratches from my truck and made it look new. Neil was very understanding and helpful. My truck looks new and the repair was affordable.

Very good experience. I came in (without appointment) with a minor repair issue that I was too inept to handle myself and it got taken care of right away while I waited - plus I had a pleasant chat with the lady at the desk. I realize that this only reflects a brief interaction, but hey, first impressions are the most important ones.
