Made an appointment for our trailer for a roof leak. Was told they'd have a service bay open so it wouldn't outside in case of rain. A week later and it was still parked outside. Called twice to talk to the tech who never called back. Spoke to the receptionist who said I should come get my trailer because a thunderstorm was coming in. Rushed over to get my trailer and was almost locked out because the receptionist didn't bother to tell anyone I was coming. Waste of time and precious gas. These people are beyond unprofessional. There should be an option for zero stars. Take your trailer elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

We have been using this facility for years with no problems and would have recommended them in the past. Unfortunately, on our last encounter everything changed.I took our trailer in for a warranty inspection and was told there were some issues. Two of the three I agreed with, the third was an automatic battery water filler that I wasn t interested in spending $200 on. I assume it was the owner who came out and tried to talk me into this purchase. When I declined he became abusive, telling not to come back and using profanity to express his displeasure with me.Not sure how this guy can stay in business, as the nice lady in the office stated that this wasn t the first time this had happened.

I had a great experience here...they installed a new battery system and soft start module, and also fixed a few things on my trailer. From start to finish they gave me good consultation, did great work, and had clear and fast communication. All at a reasonable price...I'll be back!

If I could put a ZERO here, I would. Complete shysters - each and every one of them there. 4 months to do a 20 hour job. I picked it up with the help of the Sheriff's Dept to find they did more damage to my unit than they repaired and were paid for. Now there are no working lights and air conditioning. Horrible customer service and quite simply liars!!

Brought my popup trailer in, they had it for 5 weeks. Kept promising they were working on it for three weeks. Missed 2 deadlines, then when I pressed for it to be fixed he finally looked at it and stated he could not repair it for a reasonable cost. Found someone that will repair it but due to parts delay we are going to miss most of the summer camping. Wish they would have been upfront with us and not told us they were working on it when they weren't.

Owner repaired my toilet maserater pump 60 days ago, over $1000, broke again would not stand behind his work or fix it, claimed I was rude and shouted at me. I ve never experienced such rudeness and unprofessional attitudes ever. His secretary is just as bad, rude condescending and treated me like a second class citizen.I'm seeking an attorney to deal with this.Service: Electrical

I would not recommend this company to do work on anyone s RV. They did work on my RV which they had to cut the brake electrical wire. They did not reconnect the wire and when I took the RV out on the road, I had no brakes. I had to call a mobile guy out to repair the wiring, cost me $240. Tried to contact the manager of Pro Tech, but he s never there. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Mike, the office manager was great. The owner was misleading and a terrible person to have sell or buy RV from. He is always either gone or too busy to speak with. They do not have a website to sell your RV nor post to any other website to help sell your RV.

Very rude on the telephone when asked about the services this business provides. Their distrust of potential customers suggests that they are not on the level. Wanted to support a local business but refuse to spend my money on people that seem annoyed by phone calls about their business.

The very worst RV dealer i have ever dealt with Made an appointment two weeks in advance, left rv for 8 days no contact, no communications no estimate. nothing done bad news Ive been an RVer for 25 years this company is the worst ever dont take your RV to them ever

Made an appointment and brought my rv out when they told me to. RV sat all week, no estimate, no contact. When i inquired about a possible repair date no one knew anything. I would never recommend this company.

I spent a lot of money and had to return again and again to have the same problems addressed. Incompetent mechanics--each time I was told a "new" person would be working on my RV. Buyer beware.

I would not recommend this place because he over charged me, when I dropped off my part he told me it would be $80.00 but when I returned he told me it was $125.00. If you go get it in writing.
