Very good experience with the interlock install. Never should ve got in this situation in the first place, but mistakes happen. Although some of the prices were a little off than what I was quoted, it wasn t by much. Was extremely pleased that I got everything I needed to get done to get back on the road.

After 3 months of my car acting up, they where able to find the problem and fix it. I had no check engine light on so before I went to them I had to play buy a part and see if it worked. I'm just so happy my RPM's are finally working properly again

On top of not fixing what I brought the truck in for, they did further damage to it, requiring another mechanic to repair my vehicle at a different shop. They were arogant incompetent liars who charged me hundreds of dollars to get my truck back, without going the repairs.

Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional behavior. Car sat 2 weeks with no work done to it. Owner left an extremely unprofessional labor description blaming me for the problems and the reason no work was done to the vehicle.I had my Jeep towed in for electrical issues, it took them 5 days before they called to tell me they "lost" the key so I had to take an Uber in to drop off the spare because they couldn't pick it up for 2 days. Turns out, they didn't lose the key. The key didn't open the driver's side door, however, it opens the passenger side door which they didn't try.On top of that, their communication is terrible. I had to call the shop every other day to check the progress because they never called when they said they'd get back.

Found out it was my o2 sensor wires were damaged and they threw 500$ worth of parts at it when it and couldn't fix it!!was as simple as separate the wire with some electrical tape (basically a free fix) this place is criminal. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle!

I was convinced I needed a new evaporator for my a/c when I brought my truck in, and they found it was only 2 valves that were leaking. Several other people couldn't find that. Now they could have fixed the cheap valves and put the evaporator in and told me that was the problem. I would have happily paid it and not known the difference.Thats an honesty proof to me, truck is ice cold now.

Emergency repair done quickly and inexpensively - the kind of excellent service always offered by this fine, old school (ie REAL) auto electric shop. If you have an electrical system problem with your vehicle, don't waste time going anywhere else. They know their stuff, hands down. And they're friendly, too.

Every time you go to Presto your not treated like a customer but a family member. I have been going to them over 23 years and never had any problems AT ALL. Do not go to dealerships they take to long and cost too much.

This place is the absolute worse auto repair shop if that's what you want to call it very unprofessional and scammers they tell you something is wrong with your vehicle that wasnt the problem and try to charge you for things that were not done just to get money.They are very dishonest and very ignorant.Don't go to this place for nothing.I hope they go out of business!
