The reason for 3 stars...Mark was great friendly. We received a text with a breakdown of what they think our car needs attention to...these things were never mentioned to us while we were in the showroom . They claim that our rear brakes need attention but our rear brakes are brand new....that is false information they are giving us. Is this how you get more money out of a loyal customer - not good. Therefore we give Nissan Carson City 3 stars

Mark and the team went above and beyond to help repair my alternator and get us back on the road for the rest of our vacation. Had a great lesson on how my solar batteries and dc-dc charger were installed and learned a ton. Now gazing at Crater Lake - thanks guys!!

I live in Reno and drive to Carson city to get my Nissan vehicles serviced. I will NEVER go back to the Reno Nissan dealership, they are unprofessional, rude and do shoddy work. Friendly, great value, always has my cars completed in a timely manner. I have brought my Nissan cars in for a variety of different services. Each time has been a great experience.
