I was on the way through Carson City when my side mirror broke off. Although they did not have the right replacement mirror in store, the lovely staff found a good temporary solution and even helped me put it on.

Ordered a battery online to pickup on my way home. The confirmation email from NAPA said their hours were open until 7pm, when in reality it was 6pm. Arrived at 5:58, which I do appreciate is close, but they were already closed. Furthermore I got an email stating that my order was picked up, so waiting to see if they gave my battery to someone else. Nightmare of an experience and they've lost my business moving forward.

You know how auto parts stores let you use their scan tool to read your check engine light? Not this place, they claim they don't have one and that you need to buy it to use it. O'Reilly's let me use one, and even offered ways to help fix the problem

Great service and honest employees, they sold me what I needed and did not try to sell me any extras that were not necessary like some of the other Auto parts stores on Highway 50 do. And they don't treat me any different because I'm a woman I hate to go to an auto parts store and have them saying Oh are you sure this is what you need blah blah blah no they knew that I knew what I wanted and they took care of me will never go anywhere else

They didn't have the part I needed eventhough their website said they did. Worker found me a different part with a better price but right before I paid told me it's not in stock. I was forced to spend more money and buy a different brand part all together. This location never seems to have what I need, I don't know why I bother to keep trying to go back

Now that Matt works there, Napa is complete. The other guys there have hundreds of years of experience combined because they are old lol, they also have great attitudes. Never gone wrong going here. Always the right part at a fair price.

I have been going to Napa for over 40 years now .The employees from ,Bob,Chris ,Chris, Gary, etc. They are willing to help you with whatever you need . Also they're friendly. Joke around with each other. Just down right Great auto parts to shop at.I always .get right in and out fast . Way to go . Thanks

This is probably by far the most honest and well trained shop when it comes to getting parts for your vehicle. My van had some issues and right away Mauricio found the parts we needed and got them ordered for us without any hassle. The prices were decent and got to us pretty quick along with a warranty. We will only be shopping here in the future just because of Mauricios great Customer service!

Vince was over the top in customer service. Had a blown bulb on my tail light. I bought a wrench set and three bulbs, two were for a spare and back up. The wrench broke on the first try. Vince had just locked the doors and was closing. He came to the door to see what the issue was and I explained how he wrench just broke. He voided the sale on the wrench and let me borrow a wrench from the tool box to fix the light on my F250. What and awesome team NAPA has in Carson. When he was finished with me and locked the doors for the night a damsel in distress had just pulled up. Vince being the person her is unlocked the doors and let her in to help her out. WOW! You don t find customer service like this any more. They went over the top top be the best for their customers! Cudos Guys keep up th good work.

Stay away unless desperate. I've shopped at Napa Auto Parts for years, have always recommended them and see them as one of the quality parts providers. With that being said this location changes all prior thoughts of Napa in general. I've had a lot of bad experiences here with many employees. Wrong parts, tempers, slow, lost orders list goes on.Today the guy couldn't even look a part up for me because a female friend showed up part way through. Would not look up the other end of a drag link. Craps unreal I had the part box in my hand and truck there. He had an attitude from the start, probably because I interrupted cell phone time. Went to orileys got the part in less than 5 minutes.

I came in with a dead battery and VINCE helped me out so well. He even saved me almost 100 bucks when he told me he wanted to check the battery. Turns out I didn t even need a new one! It was just too corroded to work! Amazing customer service!

The store has the absolute best selection of almost any auto parts store I have visited PERIOD!! The guys can sometimes seem uninterested, kinda like your buggin them but only sometimes..Except the guy from Sacramento, that dude is always happy to help and extremely helpful. So yeah over all I like that store a lot!!

These guys are so helpful!! My windshield wipers weren't working during a flash-flood rainstorm and I was so terrified that I was going to be in an accident. I went to Napa and they replaced my wiper blades and tightened the bolts for $15 in 15 minutes. I am grateful that I was able to drive away safely, thanks to Vince!!

Friendly and knowledgeable. The counter help helps you to get the parts you need. If your not quite sure what it is you need they research it for you. My part was not in stock, but it was there the next morning

They couldn't comprehend how to return an item bought online. Drove from another town in the pouring rain because they were the only open store only to be told to look online how to return my defective part. Showed the clerk the napa website saying I could return my defective part bought online to a Napa store and they told me it couldn't be returned there because it was purchased online. Incompetent and condescending.

I just purchased that Winnebago era class b motorhome. A 2018. Turned out the batteries were ready to be changed out. NAPA Auto parts is the OEM for the coach deep cycle batteries. Vince took good care of me. This is a place where anything to do with automobiles you can find there. National franchise service and product quality is what you'd expect.

Very helpful & knowledgeable group. That can usually hell you over the phone and have your order ready when you arrive.And if you order heavy things like brake rotors, they'll bring them out for you on a dolly. :-D

Went in to buy a headlight for my car because my other one went out. I was afraid I was going to get pulled over for one headlight. Vince was so helpful he overheard me saying I needed to find someone to put it in for me and he went and replaced the headlight for me right then and there. Sweetest, professional guy.

When I need auto parts and can not wait for them, I head straight to Napa auto. They always have the parts I need and the parts I'm looking for, and my vehicle is 20 years old. If your car needs something, head straight to Napa auto first.

I went in to this location today and well, I definitely did not enjoy my experience. The gentleman who helped me was named Vince. Now I'm a young woman. I came in with my 2 year old son looking for parts for a Subaru. I get treated usually not-so-awesome when I go into auto parts stores in general and it truly bothers me.I work for an auto parts store and I also know my way around a car. I do a lot of my own minor work yet men still think I know nothing of what i am talking about.Vince did not give me eye contact at all during my entire time there. He told me they do not carry my parts and said he needed to make a call. I assumed he was calling Subaru. He didnt tell me anything.While he was on the company phone, he picked up his personal phone and, as far as I could tell, was responding to a Facebook message.I felt very disrespected and felt as if I was merely an inconvience to him. I will definitely not be back to this location.Ive been to the one on Virginia street in reno, they treated me well. Ive also been to the location that use to reside in silver springs but has since moved to Dayton, they did not treat me well.No person should ever walk in to any business and feel inferior. It really was an upsetting experience.

How do you ever get anyone to help you? Do you have to be a long time customer? I stood there for at least 20 minutes while employees are talking about their weekend. I finially walked out the door. Great customer service!

The best customer service iv seen in years. These guys really knew their stuff and even offered some loaner tools to change my battery right outside the store definitely my only auto parts store!!
