Everyone was very nice. They were very efficient and patient with me. They were quite fast and they were able to give me the deal that I could afford. They really went out of their way to accommodate me. It was overall a great experience and I got a car that I just love.

They had me in and out the door before my scheduled appointment. Mario communicated everything with me and called me when my car was done and didn't wait until the end of the day. This was refreshing compared to what my wife went through with another dealership.

Our local Carson City Subaru dealer and service center. I was there today for windshield wipers and a missing bolt. That is the photo the service advisor used to find my part. Can you see where the missing piece is?

Courteous staff and got my car right in with a appt. 1-1/2 hours to do tune up, transmission service , rotated tires etc, car is automatically put on some kind of computerized detailed check to forsee a problem with anything else on car. Prices were a little cheaper then Jiffy Lube or other nearby competitors . Receive courtesy call when car was ready.

Update from last rwview, Keith a service manage actually listened to my wife when she described her proble with the oil consumption. He didnt treat her differently as most automotive place treat women. Big props to him!

Nice people, no pressure situation even on the last day of the month (which is the last day for every dealership to meet quotas and earn bonuses from Subaru of North America). Got a good price on a new Ascent - will tell friends about this place and will come back for our next, new Subaru.

I am only reviewing on the sales and lending service not the service Dept which I had a very different experience...both salesmen were AWESOME - Car Sales David Clark was the reason we bought from Michael Hohl, he was so nice and so very helpful before we even came in to purchase. Seriously one of the nicest saleman I have ever met. John in the Credit/Warranty Dept was very helpful and friendly also. Both men are great assests to this company..we would buy again because of them. I can't say this about the service Dept...

So satisfied with my experience with this location in Carson City, I just bought a brand new 2020 Subaru crosstrek and traded in my 06 Toyota corolla. Rob Swartz is the MAN!!! Two thumbs up.

Horrible experience. I had bought a new BRZ from them. The next time I wanted a new car, they had contacted me stating they were interested in my trade after filing out info on it. They set up an appointment. The used car manager litterally yelled at me, "We don't want that car on our lot!" and embarrassed me in front of the whole building full of customers. The trade in was a 2015 Prius C with only 9,000 miles with a lot of warranty left. They ignored attempts from Suburu HQ to resolve my complaint. I am a disabled veteran and have owned 83 vehicles. I have never been treated like that. I even had 2 employees (salesmen) appologize to me when they heard him yelling at me and belittling me. No subaru is worth that!

Well, i usually always have a great experience here at the Car Lot! My family has gotten at least three or four cars here in recent years... Well it was about to be five... I went into Michael Hohl Honda about 1 month ago on a whim to see if They could get me into a better car.. They ran my credit application and i was approved to get a 2015 Chevy Malibu with no Co-Signer! I was ecstatic!!! My credit isnt all that good so i was really shocked to find out that i was approved. We made a deal that would consist of $500 dollars, however thats where it gets tricky and my luck starts drying up. I had to find a family member that could help me with the money which is really hard to do. So i stayed in contact with Rafi who was the salesman that was helping me and finally on Monday (8/20) i got the money and called Michael Hohl immediately. The salesman was talking all great to me and double checking that i had all the required forms (proof of residence, insurance, etc.) Well at about quarter to 6pm i got a text from the sales man telling me that it wasnt going to work, that it would cost too much money for them in the long run. He also told me that if i had the money last week it would have been different.... Like whats the difference in the timeline?! Whatever. I was so hurt and mad at them!! And now they are telling me to call on Friday and see if i can get another car? Im still upset and i cant let this go. I signed the paperwork for that car... Ya know?!

This place gets very busy so I recommend always making an appointment even for oil changes. Helpful staff. Prices for parts and services are on the high side as with most dealerships.

They are the best car dealership I've ever been in. The employees are friendly , know there job and you don't stand around waiting to talk to a salesperson . If your looking for a Subaru this is the place to go !!
