Was so pleasantly surprised when I went to Les Schwab for the first time today. Had just had the rack and pinion replaced and I was scheduled for an alignment. Was told I needed a ball joint and they could not do the alignment in that condition. It was a snow day and a bit slow so I asked if they could do it today. They said yes. They gave me a ride home and picked me back up. Everyone was super nice and I will definitely return. Thank you again Les Schwab for your great and courteous service!

went in twice today, first to inquire about a wheel alignment. the lady was very knowledgeable and just as nice so I made an appt to go back later. went for the appt and 15 mins later my car is done. the tech said the alignment was fine I just need to rotate my tires more often. Great service! will be back.

My wife's Subaru got a nail in her tire. Went to Discount Tire and after waiting almost two hours, we were told it would be another 2-3 hours.Took the keys and the car and met with Alex at Les Schwab, who promptly wrote up the ticket and the tire was repaired in an hour.Les Schwab's has always been great with friendly staff and expeditious service. Alex was especially great, friendly and very accommodating.Thanks again Les Schwab

Pretty decent workers here but they didn't feel all my fluids to the top they didn't even fill them up at all I was pissed after they rotated my tires they're supposed to do that

Had a screw in a brand new tire that was just installed. Was pressed for time as this was one of our chase vehicles for the Legacy Gold Rush 2023 Virginia City to Tonopah race. They had me in and out in under 45 minutes!Thanks much, if we need tire service in this area again, we're definitely stopping by.

Got a flat tire on the way to Tahoe. They only charged 20$ for repair. Quick and great customer care. Also gave a great price for new tires valid in my hometown store. Thanks

I replaced the original GMC Terrain tires at 29,500. I ve never been so pleased with the ride and quietness of the new tires recommended by Les Schwab!! Enjoyed all 400 miles I ve put on in the three days of having the new tires. What a difference the new tires have made. Thank you so much. The tires are smiling.

5 stars all over the place had a terrible alignment job done at tires plus that resulted in me having to get new tires way before due les schaub was able to fix it zero problem would highly recommend

1st time at this store, no appt. I came in for a slow leak in my tire. They repaired the tire in 1 hr, no charge! Made a new customer today, thanks!

First off let me say I've always done business with les schwab tire center. I will never go back to a les schwab tire center after my experience with the alignment guy. I had my parents haul my lifted chevy 1500 over to les schwab to have an alignment done and was told they will not touch my truck because it needs new ball joints. I literally just had my brand new lift kit and ball joints replaced at reno les schwab. I told alignment guy very nicely that everything is brand new on truck. After les schwab still declined to do my alignment my parents brought it home to me and I looked at my ball joints my self due to me being a mechanic for my trade. I found fresh wrench marks on my ball joints where they have been loosened up and sabotaged so les schwab can sell me new ones. Not only is this very disappointing but it's extremely dangerous I can't believe les schwab would go to this extent to make a dollar. I'll be reaching out to les schwab corporate office to speak to someone that can get this handled and tell them they lost a customer.

If I could give 6 stars I would. They actually have people at the front desk unlike lake tahoe. They also did really good work on my flat tire.

These scam artists quoted me double the cost of an alignment because I had a lifted vehicle. The vehicle being lifted literally plays no part in the alignment or how it's done. Carson City Tire Pros has been taking care of my needs since. They are honest and don't try to steal your money.

Today I brought my Jeep Cherokee in to have my own offroad tires put on. The tech doing the work and another young guy were out there pointing at them with a sense of mockery smiling while shaking their heads. Then the tech who did the work questioned why I changed them when it's none of his business. He also gave false information that I "have a bad oil leak" when in fact I do not have one and he goes on to say "that's common with Jeeps" like he's making a biased comment. I know my vehicles and work on them.Next time they can use some common sense before assuming and speaking their low and inaccurate opinion of customer's vehicles. Poor customer service. Just do your job and move on!

Went in for alignment and was told we needed new lower ball joints for $860. I checked them and had two other places check them. There is no play and they are good. Went to a different shop and got the alignment done.

Left Placerville and less than an hour into our 2 week RV trip to Wyoming.....a tire on our travel trailer blew about 3 miles outside of Carson City. We changed to the spare and drove to this Les Schwab. Matthew was our representative. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and even checked the pressure of our truck tires.We decided to replace all 4 tires and make sure we had a great spare. Matthew had us in and out in an hour half.We recommend this location and would shop here again. Thank you

Use Les Schwab but maybe not this one. I really hate to leave this review. I love Les Schwab. I ve been with them for a LOT of years for darn good reason. They deserve it . But I don t recommend this location. A supervisor was adamant that an issue with ONE tire was from not being rotated. He told me it would be an hour. Over two hours later I saw that the rotation was not done as he had said it would be. He then proceeded to lie to my face about how they had rotated the tires to mitigate when the rotation was completed. He did not direct staff to check the front end although it needed it pretty badly. After sending pictures to a few tire guys I know they all agreed on three things (1) the issue on the one tire was not from lack of rotation (2) the front end needed to be looked over (3) it would not be wise to pull a trailer (which was something that was set to happen within a few days of this and was something I had shared with the supervisor). I took my big baby to another place 2 days later and purchased 4 all new tires as well as paid for having multiple things fixed on the front end . Yup, there was a handful of things going on with the truck. She rides so much better now and sounds better too. More importantly, a potential safety issue has been fixed but wasn t caught by this location because of the supervisors unwillingness to be bothered by looking at my truck.I should also note that the attendants are all wonderful. The boys busted so much butt while we waited. They re all so great and i hope their supervisor is better to them than customers but from what I saw, I doubt it.Seriously, Les Schwab is THE best. I just wouldn t go to this location especially if you might be an inconvenience to the supervisor.

Had a bad blow out last week and needed most of my front end replaced. They were able to work me in between other appointments to get me back on the road quickly. Tom did an awesome job getting it all done!

My dad and I have been customers at this store for over 25 years! As of the last few years quality has gone way down! I previously asked for an alignment break check and snow tires I purchased taken off for the spring season. They were so busy they literally threw me my keys told me everything was ok...well now my snow tires are ruined that I had purchased the year before, had to go somewhere else to replace my back breaks, ended up forking out more money because this store failed to do a good job! My dad asked for a rotation which they failed to do! His car sat in the parking lot the whole entire time and then they told him his car was ready! This is infuriating because we have been loyal customers for 25 years! I highly will not recommend this store to anyone!! I'm to the point of making a complaint to brother company! I do not wish to speak to the store manager i am beyond that point. I also have receipts to back up my complaint and the bills I had to fork out because of the lack of quality work this store has done! Its disappointing that I put my trust in les swab to handle all my cars needs!

Great Employees. Took my car there twice the second time to install the parts they ordered and was told they wanted to dive into my issue a bet more before just replacing parts. They spent about two hours looking into my car and ended up telling me they did not feel comfortable installing that part (they ordered) and suggested taking me car to the dealer for more intense diagnostic. After all the work they put into my car they did not charge me one penny. They could have simply installed the part my computer stated I need and been done.No way they wanted to do the job right and that meant me taking my car to the dealer. Thanks guys!

Terrible, thoughtless, uncoordinated, and unresponsive customer service. I'll never go back.I came to this location late Thursday afternoon, hoping to make an appointment for the next morning to get a slow leak fixed. But Les Schwab doesn't make appointments. I was told to come at 7:30 AM to be sure I would be first.I arrived the next morning at 7:40. I was told it would take about an hour once the specialist arrived at 8 AM. I figured I'd be getting out of there by 9 am and on my way to work at a reasonable hour. At 9:20, having been patiently waiting for almost two hours, I asked the counter person if my vehicle was ready.He told me they hadn't started on the flat repair yet. I was flabbergasted. He blithely said another customer had left their car overnight and they had first priority.I asked why I wasn't told up front, when I handed them my keys, that another vehicle was before mine? They didn't have an answer. I asked why I wasn't told long before I'd waited for nearly two hours that my flat wouldn't be worked on until later in the morning? They guys behind the counter just looked at me blankly.How long does it take to fix a single flat in any case? 90 minutes? I don't buy it. A Firestone dealer mounted and installed four tires on one of my vehicles in 40 minutes. So no flat fixed and I was late to work.

Visited this store for a price quote on new tires. Although the store staff were very busy helping clients, once it was my turn to be helped, I was given the utmost service. Pricing on tires were comparable to other businesses with a very large selection of various top brands tires which also comes with very good warranties.

You guys are a blessing. A young man helped repair a tire on my green Honda Civic that had a piece of metal in it. He was very nice and professional. He was very fast and did a good job. I didn't get his name but he deserves a raise or something. Have him contact me on here somehow if possible. You guys are my go to place.

Had a wonderful experience last weekend. Got a flat tire on the freeway and came in on my donut spare. It was close to closing time, but they took care of it in record time at a great price. Amazing hospitality, great showroom, best service - I couldn't recommend this place more.

These guys are awesome. We came out of Death Valley and had shredded a trailer tire. We called here and they told us to come in and that we could spend the night. Sure enough we arrived just as they were closing and they directed us to the truck bay. Plugged in, spent the night and got 4 new trailer tires first thing. We were on our way by 9:30. They got us in and out in no time. If you re ever broken down or just need tire work I would recommend this location. Thank you Les Schwab.
