Some IDIOT was driving my truck and backed into my trailer and bent the holy heck out of my exhaust pipe. Boy, if I ever catch that guy. Anyway, Jigsaw Automotive was recommended to me. Brought it in first thing in the morning as instructed, and it was done before noon, and at a price that was not only reasonable but less than I expected. In fact, it was less than he told me it would be. Perfectly happy with these guys.

Very helpful, I wasn t able to find and rent an engine hoist anywhere in town. The owner of Jigsaw gladly rented me his for a better price than anywhere.

I received several bids locally for some work on my car. Not only was the bid from Jigsaw significantly lower than the others; it was done faster than originally anticipated. I trust Mike with all of my vehicles and my parent's vehicles. So far Mike has worked on seven of our family vehicles, including two classic cars that we don't let just anybody work on.Mike restored my faith in mechanics and definitely shines above the other mechanics in the community who might try to up-sell you on something you don't even need, and/or over charge you just because you might not understand exactly what work is required on your vehicle. Mike is awesome and I highly recommend him to anybody who cares about their automobile and the quality work they desire for their automobile.Quality and demeanor dramatically dropped here. Once you're' not dropping thousands there, the way they treat you completely changes. Not professional. My immediate and extended family now take all 8 of our vehicles to a different shop that treats us with respect whether the job is a $50 or a $5,000 job.

Owner Mike and staff are super friendly and helpful. This is the place to come for all sorts of custom truck and car work. They can do just about anything here. I highly recommend these guys! I'll be back with my custom work orders. By the way, they were recommended by another very classy and reputable shop that was unable to perform the custom suv work I had requested. Thanks guys!

Mike and the guys are top notch. I had part of my suspension snap and Mike called around for a replacement part and after not having one available, decided to custom fabricate a repair so that I could get back home 250+ miles away. Extremely affordable especially when they dropped everything they were doing to help me out in my bind.

I had 8 bids from Reno to Carson City. Jigsaw was the best price for my shocks, windshield wiper pump and wiper blades to be replaced. Oscar was honest, and he did not try to throw extra stuff in there to beef up the price like all the others. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

i came in trying to make my car loud like a typical teen, guys told me they could do it no problem, was about 400$ for a catback exhaust and great work honestly feel like this play is a very reliable decision as well as have had some friends come in and they love this place, will definitely come back for much more!

Owner quoted me $225 for services on the phone and tried to charge me $395 when it was done. He then denied quoting me that price. $225 is the going rate around town for what I had done. $295 later I left. Typical shady mechanic shop. The parts he installed were also damaged upon installation and I had to pay another shop to do it all over again. Take your business elsewhere!

I was driving through NV with my wife and 4 small kids when my a/c went out. I have a dark SUV with black interior and it was really hot. It was a Sunday so every place was closed, but I was able to get a hold of Mike at Jigsaw and even though they were closed he felt pity on me and had me come in. It was one of those situations where he could have really taken advantage of the situation, but he didn't. I found him to be honest and knowledgeable. If I lived in Carson City he would be my mechanic for sure!

Long story short, the shop installed the wrong parts on my vehicle...I specified exactly what I wanted.Tim at the front desk was unbelievably rude when I (politely) went back to try to get it straightened out -- it was very clear that he had no interest in making the situation right.Blaming a co-worker and then me, the customer, was irresponsible and unprofessional.Not a smart way to run a business if you want to stay in business...word gets around.
