The service here was amazing.After the initial inspection I was told of the things that I needed, and told of the things that were not needed.Every detail of the inspection was thoroughly explained which I appreciate.The service was fast, friendly, and complete, thanks guys!

Great group of people at Jiffy! I have a 24 Class C RV, can be hard to find a bay tall enough for service, but they have one, fantastic! Friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and speedy. Did oil & lube, flush radiator, & new blades. I like the fact they know the recommended service for each engine they work on. I feel confident using them, a great find!! Thank you, Bob

I was very impressed with the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They pay extra attention to the customer and offer advice and guidance to make sure the customer is satisfied. They went over and above to make sure I understood what was needed and to make sure I was satisfied.

My husband and I are new to the area and needed a quick full synthetic oil change. The staff at this Jiffy Lube location was so friendly and welcoming! We were in and out within 15 minutes. Fair price. I will be coming back.

Great service. Every member of the team that was there was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was informed every step of the way on services offered and the estimated costs. My vehicle was taken care of and I was reassured that I could return if I had any issues. Thanks guys, I ll definitely be back.

Went in for a coolant flush. I had a small leak and they found the problem and was able to fix it. They found another hose that needed re installed and let me know for my mechanic to look at. Very happy on the service.

I came in for an oil change as I have for the past three years to the north Carson location. Morgan was the person who helped me. She was rude and unfriendly. Didn t look me in my eyes and gave off a bad vibe. I have come to this location for the past 3 or 4 years even though there is one closer to where I live because the service has always been excellent. There is always different people working there but all have been great. Not Morgan. She seems very unhappy. I m going to think twice before I choose to come back to this location. I m very unhappy with my experience.

They were helpful when I told them that I needed the cheapest oil change and explained to me how the oil worked when I told them I didn t understand the difference between the oils. They cleaned my windshield without asking and I always appreciate that. Very friendly staff and were patient with me too. I ll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes.Service: Oil change

I'm from way out of state and was visiting family for a week when my car decided it needed its diaper changed (regular 5,000 mile maintenance). I was so impressed with Spencer (Manager) and Ricky (Asst. Mgr) level of professionalism, thorough but understandable explanations without all the jargon, and their time efficiency. Because of my experience I visited the next day with my disabled aunts car for some major work; regular maintenance, rear wheel differential fluid exchange, and coolant exchange. Naomi greeted me right away, got to work as soon as another car was done and was professional but friendly the entire time. The only thing left is for me to finish a transmission fluid exchange at some point soon.The last time I visited here years ago, I was so unhappy with their service and my experience that I vowed to never come back. I'm so glad that I did tho. Spencer has really turned this location around and it shows in how happy the employees appear and the quality service they provide. I'd return here again and highly recommend them to everyone.Thanks again everyone!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Really great place to get you oil changed that s fast as heck. I ve never really had an issue with any of the oil changes I ve ever gotten done here and it s pretty affordable if you have the coupon from online. They always do a fantastic job and let me know if there s any issues or problems that I need to get taken care of. Always a solid place and the employees are super nice

I came in for an oil change on my 2005 Dodge Diesel 4x4 and it took over an hour after bringing it up n the bay before they even touched the drain plug. Overall I was probably there about 1 hour and 45 mins to 2 hours for just an oil change. You guys have convinced me that it is better to change my own oil from now on.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
