I had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube. Was greeted quickly and they got to work. They informed me on all they did and pulled my car around so it was ready to go. The cashier was exceptional! Friendly, kind, and a joy to talk to.

This is the best jiffy lube, the service was great and the staff is amazing and friendly. The gentleman who greeted me and signed me in was quick and efficient. They cleaned even the inside of the truck!This is the second time we have been there and we will plan to come back

The Jiffy Lube on Topsy in Carson City, NV is excellent! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and does an excellent job of trying to keep costs within reason. I will continue to frequent this great location! Grateful for your wonderful service! Thank you!

I always bring my vehicles here. They seem pretty meticulous. They're always checking to see if they put the caps back on and everything is tight. Plus I don't have to worry about disposing of the old oil , which is a pain. Even when they're busy , I get in and out pretty quick.

Very friendly warm inviting service wrapped in genuine kindness. Thorough, fast, efficient, detailed without any "hitches." Convenience and open to business when i did not think possible due to cold snowy weather. In and out. Have gone multiple times. And will continue to. Always the same in their service. Never disappointed, always satisfied. Thank you.

I drive a Lincoln Navigator and usually take it to the dealership for all my maintenance but i needed an oil change and the wait list was a couple days, so as i was at walmart I saw a jiffy lube and thought why not. Well I'm glad i did! The service at this location was Great!!! I really wish i remembered the mans name that helped me. HE WAS AMAZING!! They were fast, very friendly, He explained everything they did and the things with my suv that I might want to get checked out. I appreciated that alot. I will be back & be recommending them to everyone.

The two gentlemen that were at Jiffy Lube this morning were Very friendly and extremely helpful. They walked me through the process of the inspection on my vehicle. What was found what was really needed. They didn t try to upsell me or get me to do repairs that were not necessary. The service was extremely fast and thorough. I had a great experience, and I really appreciate both of their time and Assistance.

Service was fast and detailed. All of the employees were very kind and Knowledgable in their field. Took extra time to answer my questions and explain some car things to me I didn t before understand. Will be going back for future work needed that they can service

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube! My husband usually took care of our cars and he passed away from COVID 4 months ago so I'm kind of nervous trying to figure out what to do. Matthew checked me in and he was very sweet and efficient and told me they could do my car's oil change in 35 minutes or so, which turned out to be what they did! Dakota was great, he worked on my car andwas very friendly and informative. Matthew runs a tight ship and he even commiserated with me about my situation, which gave me a much-needed boost. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube!

I was so nervous about coming in because I always worry that I will not be respected or that I will be spoken down to. After all was said and done, my car was taken care of and everyone there was super professional and informative when I had questions. Definitely coming back for future service needs!

The manager was amazing. I got a critical oil change warning. I was 40 miles away and this was the only place within 50 miles that was open on Sunday and would get oil and a filter for a BMW. When I called, the manager was amazing. He assured me he would get the oil/filter in advance and be waiting when I got there. I had to wait for a tow truck to bring my car and I arrived at 3:50 right before they 4pm close time. The team did not rush, they completed the oil change and an inspection to make sure everything was ok. Just unbelievable service! Above and beyond!

Great service,...it was actually a little busy as well. No guys cussing in the back ground. Appropriately language in a shop is important to me. Even though I didn't have my 5 year old with me. I will be surely coming back to this store.

This was my fourth time trying a Jiffy Lube And finally had success. I have been at a place that let me sit for an hour then told me there was no filter. I have been to another place that treated me wrong. Went to the third place. They were going to order the filter. Finally got to Carson City Jiffy Lube the filter wasn t ordered but that s OK they went above and beyond and drove down and got it for me. I was treated very well by Nolan and he deserves a huge shout out.

The team at Topsy Jiffy Lube did a phenomenal job getting my car's oil, differential fluids, and transmission fluid done very quickly. I try to go to this Jiffy Lube as often as possible, as I know they'll do good work!

Jiffy lube gets 5 stars car is at 300K miles and JL has done most of the oil changes prompt/ professional/ efficient . No reservations and the email reminders come with the current discount coupon .

Had to wait about ten minutes while one of the guys added air to a friend's truck tires. Finally someone else called out to greet me and tell me which bay to pull into.Otherwise, everyone was really nice and working really hard to get people taken care of as quickly as possible.

The crew that worked on my rig were very fast and friendly, The front desk associate went over everything I needed to hear and expected to hear!I prefer working on my own vehicle solo but I have them a shot and was very happy with my experience.

Jiffy Lube on Topsy fixed a problem for free that was created by a different Jiffy Lube location. They were prompt, courteous and apologetic. They fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I will be taking my car to this location from now on out.

Matt and the staff welcomed me and offered other little details that i will attend too. Also which tire store to check in with. I was told i have a nail in my drivers rear tire. They parred all the liquids, oil and so. As well as the battery that was needing a replacement. Thank you :))

Really fast oil change! I spent a longer time waiting in the 5:00 o clock traffic trying to get to them. Highly recommend, especially with their convenient hours.

It looked as if I was the last job of the day. Nolan and Matt work together as a team to get my Ram Diesel taken care of quickly and efficiently. Will be returning to have the same work done in around 6000 miles.
