These guys were able to fit me in same-day to install a new window I had for my conversion van. I forgot to move some trim out of the way so they could more easily access the screws (sorry!), but they still changed out my window very quickly and professionally. Absolutely worth the 1hr drive out. Highly recommend.

Wonderful people to do business with! I am a repeat customer and all my auto glass referrals go to them. They are very professional and informative with solid work promptly.My first experience was a windshield replacement on my 03 Silverado Cash, out-of-pocket expense. It was very affordable.This time it was an insurance windshield replacement for my 03 Tahoe and they were also able to assist me with rust treatment when we found it to further protect my vehicle and maintain a warranty on the glass and replacement.

Brought my car in on a Friday and came in at 9am. Half hour in I was advised the new glass they had had a chip and I needed to come back later, this should have been my first clue how bad this is. I ran other errands and came back and thought ok it will be ready in an hour and a half like the girl said, it was done in under an hour I was advised an email receipt would be sent to me. Never got the email, fast forward to the next day, I take the tape down and notice that the sealing and windshield is way off! Could not get a hold of them till Monday and called first thing. I spoke to manager Ronnie who said bring it in, I send my dad with my car in since I am working and while he was there he was advised they do not get the actual oem glass for the car and that the glass they get is a general fit and as long as it doesn't leak it's fine. $163 for this replacement I knew it should have been to good to be true. My dad is a mechanic and even advised it's not safe for a windshield to not fit properly! So now I'm out to go get it replaced somewhere else. Buyer beware do not trust!

The guys in the shop are awesome! The glass was installed perfectly you can t beat the price and it was an all around a pleasant experience. I d recommend Great Price Auto Glass for all your auto glass needs

We called them today And they had us in within a couple hours and we were out in 54 minutes and they replaced our 1999 suburbans back window. They were amazing and very nice and very on point plus the cheapest Quote!

Three cars this week.Our Ford Fusion Monday, Dodge Ram Wednesday and a Saturn Vue Thursday. Well worth the 70 minute drive from Yerington. Called many other shops and their prices were half or less than half. Just over an hour for each car. I'd rather not need their services but if I do they will get my business.Courtney, the gal behind the counter is very nice and pleasant on the eyes .

Had two windshields replaced. One was done ok, however they got adhesive on the cowl,weather stripping and left dirty foot steps all over the interior floor. The second truck was a total miss. The windshield leaked horribly they also broke the push pins to hold the cowl on, pinched wiring for the review mirror and made a mess on the cowl and door with the adhesive. I had to bring it back to get fixed. They then canceled the appointment get it fixed and pushed it out another week. Then when I showed up to drop it off the employee who opens was late. The second one hasn't leaked but wires on the mirror were pinched again and the floor was covered in dirty foot prints. There does not seem to be any pride in workmanship or quality control, just a bunch of young people with no care as to the job they do or how they leave your vehicle. Price was ok but it would have been worth double the amount to have it done right the first time and have my 2 nice vehicles treated with some respect.

Great experience, very friendly staff, and fast. They were able to get me in the next day after I called and I was told it would take about 1.5 hours and I was out right under an hour! Price was great too I saved myself $185 by going to them for a windshield.

Billy-Bob Thorton up front was a high class individual. The entire experience was next level and made my life so much easier. It's weird to look through clear glass for the first time in years. Should have found this shop earlier

After calling every glass shop from here to Darn near Henderson, my son came across this gem of a shop. We were quoted a really great and fair price that beat any price in Nevada we were willing to drive to. I arrived to my appointment and was greeted by a really friendly girl with the warmest smile. I was taken care of instantly and although I was waiting for my car while it was being worked on, I had the best conversation I've had in years with the girl who introducedherself as Alisha. (Sp?) The work was efficient, fast and it felt like home. I will recommend to anyone and definitely be back if I ever need anything regarding my windows on my car again! Also I was able to get my headlights restored at the same time. They offer that amazing service as well and they look brand new now!If you need anything regarding windows replacement in your vehicles THIS is the only place you should call. The people that work there are nice. You can ask them to turn on the ac for you when it's too hot. I think their pricing is way cheaper than most places. Overall I had a great experience here and I'll definitely be back there :)

Was quoted $180 plus tax for my windsheild was charged $244.94 Made my appointment for 11am the vehicle that had the 1130 appointment showed up first so they started it first.I was quoted 260 to come to my home in tahoe by lake tahoe glass. Guess I should have stayed hone and saved the gas,time and effort.If this is the only option in my area then I will be back. But while there's still other options I will definitely be seeking a better option!Good Luck

Had a window smashed on Sunday night, contacted a dozen places on Monday. Great Price Auto Glass called me immediately with a quote, the best quote of any shop. They received the part on Friday and scheduled me for the next day! Thanks for the great, quick work!

I had an appointment and they took me in on time. They also got the job done within the estimated time. My new windshield seems even better than my original. Highly recommend!

BEST GLASS SHOP I VE EVER USEDI had my trucks windshield smashed by a large chunk of snow/ice falling from a building in Reno on New Years. My insurance couldn t get me in until the 13th with their preferred contractor,I called every local glass shop, andGreat Price Auto Glass got me in right away. They got on a 3 way call helping make getting the claim assigned to them go smooth. They also didn t let the insurance company try to cheat me with the cheap windshield that fit but wasn t right, making sure everything was as factory.Today in the rain there was a small leak with the gasket seal. They give a 1 year workmanship warranty, and actually are on top of it. I called, and the owner got me in right away in between jobs. The receptionist makes you feel welcome and is a very nice person.If I m in need of more glass work, they have my business always. It s refreshing to have a glass shop that s honest, quick, and fair, like the old days.Thanks again Ron and crew, keep up being flat out awesome.

Overall great!I did have a bit of a mishap with them, when I called to get my windshield replaced they told me I could come in the same day. Fast forward to the appointment time, I walk in and there they inform mw that my windshield that was delivered today arrived broken so I had to reschedule for the following day.Not a big deal, I just wish they wrote my information down and called me before I drove over there expecting to get this done. I know for a fact they asked me for my name and phone number, but I also know we are humans and sometimes we misplace papers..etc. no harm done.When the service was actually completed they did a great job, I even had them restore my headlights and taillights for an extra $25. There were no leaks or gaps in the windshield repair and they made sure to put back my oil change sticker.I would certainly go back in the future should I need it. The woman that was working the front desk when I arrived the second time was fantastic and made sure to write down my contact information and print me out a receipt.

Bad service bad labor work!! Guys make sure they are a provider to your insurance, oh yes they still take your insurance but the job is not warranty. I knew they weren t a provider to my insurance but I still went because I had taken two other vehicles there and had no problem, but this last one I took, it was bad, I think different employees and the customer service satisfactory really bad this time, they did not care to fix it right at all. Surely not recommending no one there anymore

My husband took his Pontiac in for fills on a couple Rock chipsHe said the staff was exceptionalFront office girl was so friendly and it was comfortable to wait for the work. The technicians were so professional and fast. We will only come here for anything glass related to our vehicles. Tell your friends! It's a little hidden spot neat pick and pull

We live in Arizona and arranged to have my sister-in-laws windshield changed. They were very responsive and handled the whole thing over the phone. We made an appointment and they did a great job. The price was great as well!
