Very happy to have had Fast Glass around to replace my windshield after S. Tahoe didn't have my window & was super slammed. Guys were awesome, fast & very friendly! If you're traveling through Tahoe and & need glas repair, I would highly recommend going into Carson City to Fast Glass!!

Great service! Drove from 150 miles away for a windshield replacement on my Ford Bronco Sport. I had an appt. Work was done in less than 2 hours for a great price. It s been over two weeks and the windshield is perfect. I used after-market glass AND my drive-assist feature is still working perfectly without being recalibrated.I highly recommend this business. FYI, they use an internet based phone system that does not always work. Go on their website and send them an appt request email and they will answer promptly. Super friendly!

I arrived for a 0900 appointment! Yes, the region experienced a snow storm. There was snow still on my vehicle. I asked for a broom. The frightened fellow told me a broom would not be good enough because of the potential water droplets dripping onto their shop floor. I had completely swept the snow and ice off the windshield frame with hot water. A phone call would have been appreciated advising me not to bring a vehicle with snow on it. If you read all the reviews there is a customer service trend. Lazy, don t care mind set because the business is probably very busy.

I read several reviews about this place, and the results were 50/50 about calling in and getting a response. So I took a shot at it made about three calls with messages, and then moved on. Happy they have enough business.

Fast is an understatement... the total time it took for them to knock on my door, remove the broken window, install a new window, clean it, have me pay, and then getting in their truck to leave was 8 minutes. Holy cow I'm impressed. I also appreciate how quick you arrived. Arrival time estimate was between 9 and 10am, they were here at 8:50... I love it, as I have a busy day... Made an appointment for a windshield replacement for two weeks out. Everything was approved by my insurance and appointment set. They no showed. They never called.I called them back several times over the course of the next few days and they never responded.Ended having to drive 6 hours with a crack windshield as they NO SHOWED! THANKS A LOT FAST GLASS.Not even the common courtesy of a phone call, after I sat here all day and took the day off work.Service: Auto windshield repair

Great staff, fast help. We have used them twice. Once to replace a cracked window pane at our house, they were one of the only companies that would come out for a single window. The second time was to fill a rock chip. Walked in that morning when they opened and was out the door in 30 minutes! Highly recommended for home or auto needs!!Service: Window repair

Getting ahold of this shop was terrible communication was terrible. No one answers the phone after several calls and nothing left messages and nothing. Had to go down in person to get satisfaction. I know it's not only me I have seen several comments that are similar in community posts on Facebook. I also heard 2-3 customers say they been trying to call and couldn't get a answer while I was in the waiting room. They had to order our Windshield it took couple weeks. I went in a second time in person after waiting and the windshield still was not there. Windshield was installed so far no issues. I think they definitely could do a lot better with their communication.

Scheduled an appointment online to get windshield replaced. Their website said someone would call me next day. Nobody called. I called 3x and left a message at this carson city location Goes immediately to voice-mail. No call back still. Really disappointed

We have used Fast Glass for many years. They have always been the most reasonable, quick to service and extremely accommodating. They have put in over 20 windows on our property, replaced/repaired numerous windshields, a rear view mirror, a side rear window, and most recently, fixed a rear window on our truck that was leaking.Kurt is very accommodating and the crew are very talented, knowledgeable and kind.Services: Auto windshield repair, Window installation, Auto side window replacement, Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

Horrible communication, they will not call you back left several messages since May. When I finally got a hold of someone they put on hold for 20 minutes just to get hung up on. When I called back no one would answer. I will not do business with them, and would not recommend.

FG is a wonderful group to work with! All the employees are nice and friendly. They came on time, did both my cars quickly, and cleaned up when they left! Very professionally done also. We couldn t be happier. We had Fast Glass come to our home in January of 2022. Still waiting to have one glass window installed.They never call to update us. And no one ever answers their phone.I have always had to drive to their office to speak with someone.Bad business experience.

They live up to their name Fast Glass . They ordered my windshield it arrived in about two days and told me to expect about an hour and a half install but it took them 30 minutes! This is the second windshield I ve replaced with them, and this is the only place I want to go to. Friendly service! I had to reschedule my appointment due to a vendor situation on their end, but they let me know well in advance. They came to my office and replaced my windshield in the parking lot (so cool!). Kurt and Wade were awesome. Will recommend to friends.Overall friendly, affordable and quick.

Curtis and his crew are very accommodating and quick to help in any way. They have a welcoming presence and treat you as if your long time friends. This small town business is an excellent way to go due to their professionalism, attentiveness and honest work!!! Highly recommend this place!

This was my second time going to Fast Glass in Carson. The first visit was very quick, correct and the staff was very friendly. I knew the second visit would be much of the same. The donuts next door were very good, and helped make the time fly by. Hope I don t need another visit, but if so I ll surely return. Tom Ellis

My in-laws came to this spot to repair some of their car windows and I was happy with the work done so I went in to repair my windshield. I'm so happy with my new windshield! They set me up with an appointment and it was done in a couple hours. I was able to get breakfast and then I was out of there. Thank you for your service and the warranty of the windshield.
