Just bought our seventh vehicle in fifteen years from this Dodge dealer. This place is awesome to deal with from James S the sales manager to Andrew and Mike the salesmen and not to forget the awesome internet manager Maria they are all top notch. I won t shop anywhere else when it comes to Ram and Dodge. Thank you so much for the help and thank you for the great service.

Brought my truck in for a recall service and Brandi my service advisor answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service! She also brought in Cory the service technician performing the work to help answer some further questions and concerns I had. Overall very happy with the customer service I received from Brandi and Cory, thank you both! I will definitely be contacting you for my next truck service needs!

1 star experience. After waiting for 3 weeks for my appointment which was the earliest I could find. I come there and I'm told I have to leave the car there for at least 3-5 days before they can even take a look at it.Whats the point of appointments at all.I'll give you two stars as the employees working there seem like good people otherwise.

Drop a vehicle off there a couple weeks ago now for a simple job that should take two or three hours at most after Parts come in and haven't heard anything back yet. They don't even call back when you leave a message either. I do not recommend going to this place to get any service done.

I ve had absolutely terrible car buying experiences in the past. So when I went into Carson City Jeep dealership, I was very reserved and worried that I wasn t going to make a trade in that would be favorable for me. I was completely wrong much to my surprise. The team at Carson City Jeep is absolutely incredible, so genuine, appreciative, and kind. I worked with David for both of my trade-ins and ended up buying a new Jeep from him. The sales manager, James, and Jenn are excellent and I can t say enough about these people. They were absolutely wonderful. I m looking forward to coming here in the future for my warranty and I know that my car will be taken care of. I highly recommend these guys, so don t hesitate.

I received absolutely horrendous service given in the most ridiculous and untimely manor. With absolutely terrible customer service on top of that. After spending 4 whole weeks in their shop for a simple starter and 2 sensors, My vehicle was then returned to me with white grease spilled on the black leather on my door, back seat wasn't fully put back together, a strip of leftover foam from the previous owner's cover on the back of the bed was tampered with and torn in half for some odd reason when this was service on the electrical system. Highly recommend never bringing your vehicle here for service. Nothing but liars at this dealership, the vehicle was returned in worse condition than when I dropped it off and there were missing parts for my back seat. When asked why my vehicle wasn't put back together I was told it's because of how I have acted during this situation. Absolutely no way to deal with customers and absolutely no professionality. "good customers get great customer service" LIES

Sales department wonderful.Parts department exemplary!Repairs and Maintenance department? Extremely sketchy, overpriced, and unreliable, I recommend avoiding if possible.It has been a few months now, but most recently got a quote for a repair by phone, $700+ to fix a wiper... $1800+ for a follow-up issue. I fixed it myself, properly, with help from Youtube for less than $90! You have the proper tools and experience! We come to you for trust and convenience. Please don't be greedy with us. $800 for 5 bolts and a 30 minute fix? Ridiculous and frustrating.Previously, I had maintenance done, and my dash cam showed the vehicle had not been touched all day but was then shut off without telling me. I was called with the "diagnosis" they couldn't have had time to make VERY shortly afterward. They basically parked it in the back then parked it back up front. Never saw a wrench and my dash cam wasn't running for almost a month! It's very important personally and for my job to have proof of liability if I were in an accident! Very shady thing to be hiding if you're doing nothing wrong. (Apx spring)Prior to that, I had paid a diagnostic fee, but they found nothing, twice, despite being told I would not be charged a second time! This cost me hundreds! Theivery. Other reviews showed similar experiences. Another time, I kept having to call back for updates. I want to trust you guys, but my experience over the years has not been reassuring. I certainly hope mechanics understand how important our vehicles are to us and start doing the right thing. I would not trust them with an oil change, let alone repairs or maintenance. Too many lies, false promises, and shadiness.

God awful. Here s the thing the mechanics haven t a clue what they re doing nor talking about. Situation 1. Had an aftermarket remote start on my truck took it in because the battery was dying, I go pick it up and they say oh it s the light bar. Spoiler alert it wasn t it was the aftermarket remote start (if wired properly the light bar or any other aftermarket light won t kill the battery) situation number 2. Bring the truck in for noise, all they did for a day and a half was hit my custom skid plate and caused a dent. Now is it noticeable eh unless you really look for it no but to straight up and say all u did was pull it into the bay and hit it and charge me 200$ dollars is ridiculous. I took it to my fabricator and he was furious it took them 3 days to fab/ weld the skid plate take it into powder coat and install. I am 100% never going here again.

Is unable to return phone calls, or emails. Multiple employees will tell you they will get back to you in an hour/the next day/etc and will never get back to you. Lies about dates that parts will arrive or that they have even been ordered in the first place. Lies about sending me a reimbursement for a smog test that they should have done in the first place (it is required by law for them to reimburse which I am in the process of reporting to the NV Emission Lab). All this so they can save $50 dollars reimbursing me for a smog and ordering me a $18 blinker 68374916AA. Insane.

Was helped by the entire team and made the process super easy. I was able to order the truck I wanted and they over delivered. Came in earlier than expected and was beautiful. As the new owner of a 2024 Ram 1500 this is an amazing truck and everyone at the Carson Dodge Jeep Ram dealer was so nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Came in originally with the idea of going with a GMC and the Ram completely blew me away. Thanks to everyone here for all they do. They made my day and time purchasing a vehicle a very pleasurable experience.

(for Friday 11/4) I had a flat again in the same tire I've patched twice, so I knew I was due for a new set of tires ASAP since you can't keep patching the same tire over and over. So I ordered them on Discount tire because I knew they did financing, couldn't get an appointment for two weeks but the website offers walks in for a longer wait. So okay, I'll just spend the day in Carson, no biggie. I get there as soon as they opened, a woman in line behind me asked if she waited in line she'd get her tires installed as she didn't have an appointment, they tell her yes. They'll stop taking walk ins at 10 or 11. So I'm like, sweet. It's 8, I'm good. I wait for an hour, and was told they can't install my tires. I said screw it, give me my tires, has to be someone that can install them. I went to Ford, called some of the other dealers around, and Dodge was the only one that said yes for $150. I get there, everyone's really nice and they take me in. The alternative was driving ANOTHER 70 miles back home on a spare so they saved my butt. They also provide a free shuttle so I went and got breakfast at Pegs and walked to the nearby strip mall for some shopping. They installed my tires in less time than originally estimated, picked me up from Pegs and sent me away safely home on my new tires.Honestly I'm not a fan of Dodge too much as a vehicle brand, but this specific dealership has top notch customer service that can rival the Volvo dealer in Vegas. Maybe if my engine ever fails I'll put a charger engine in it ;) . Or if Dodge ever brings back the Magnum I'll be first in line. Till then, I'll remember where to go for tires next time. Thanks guys!

Took my truck in for an oil leak and recall. Got it back with a shorted out battery screwed up electrical system. Carson Dodge refused to deal with situation DO NOT LET THESE CROOKS WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. found out there surveys mean nothing and Chrysler corporation does not care how badly the there dealers treat you. It cost me 500 dollars at another dealer to have the damage repaired to my truck!!!! You have been WARNED!The response is a TOTAL LIE, This Don Radtke is FULL OF IT, After several calls and NO call backs from the Service Manager I went elsewhere the mechanic shorted out one of my batteries and this Dealer refuses to take care of there mistake.

I just moved to Carson City and needed to get my Jeep looked at for a brake issue and oil change. The service department is top notch in both scheduling and honestly telling you what needs to be done to keep your car running right.The service manager I worked with was named Tom and he was very helpful and professional. I cannot say enough good things about how this dealership conducts its business in an upfront manner. I can see why this place is so highly rated by the people who use it.I'm very grateful for the service and keeping me on the road.Great job!

I just picked up my new Last Call Challenger, and I could not be more impressed with Carson Dodge. I had visited several dealerships in my quest for one of these final Challengers, and they were all good, but no luck. Then Justin called me with an opening for an order, walked me through the whole process, and took care of everything from start to finish. There was zero pressure to upsell anything, I got exactly what I wanted, exactly the warranty options I wanted, and Justin has already checked in with me a few times to make sure everything is good (and it s perfect)! Carson Dodge is Apple Store level of care for their customers. If you re looking for a vehicle, Carson Dodge is your only option!

This was hands down the best experience I've had at any dealership around. Better than any of the ones in Reno or Carson. I've gone to all but the Ford dealerships and these people here treated me amazingly. Justin in sales and Jenn in financing were great to me through the whole process of buying and everything after. They helped in so many ways especially when it came to the financing even with me going through my own credit union. I will and have recommended it to everyone I know that wants new vehicles regardless of if they want a ram or not. These 2 went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate this dealership

2nd time in a row that we ve taken my wife s jeep in to get the oil change and it s came back at the add mark. She let it sit in the garage on level ground for 4 hours after the oil change and I checked the oil and it was down at the add mark. Pretty upset with dodge. Do they not check the oil after they fill it? They just rely on their oil gun that must not be calibrated correctly.

Excellent customer service! David in sales was a knowledgeable and patient instructor for my new-to-me jeep. Nathan in finance is an expert at navigating and preparing the paperwork, offering really good advice along the way. Both were reliably honest with me. I consider them both friends! for the life of my jeep and the next one I buy.

I purchase Parts here and the Parts People are All around AWESOME. Knowleagable, Friendly and efficient. Many times I have been shopping a part at other aftermarket parts shops in town and have called Carson Dodge Jeep to find out the Mopar OEM part I need is less expensive then aftermarket and on thier shelve. Class act this Dealer is. Must be privately owned and operated. Not a corporate NIGHTMERE

First time I took my car here I didn t have a bad experience. The second time I brought it here I had the worst experience. From not keeping me updated. I had to constantly call or text the service advisor to keep me posted. I will call first thing in The morning when they opened and someone will tell me that he was either on lunch or not there. After letting him know that I would appreciate feedback from my vehicle, I still wouldn t get updates. I had to constantly call. My car was there for almost a month and a half when it only had to be a 10hr labor . When I finally went to pick it up they were trying to charge me an extra 4,000$ when my insurance had paid that and I was only supposed to pay $1000 for labor. I left the dealership with the check engine light on. I took it back because the part that was apparently fixed , is giving me issues.

We walked around the lot looking at Grand Cherokees without any sales pressure.When we stopped to look at the Grand 4xe, Jason approached us and asked if we had been helped. He then offered to help us and we took a test drive.Afterwards, we went in and did the paperwork and drove out with our new Jeep.I was a car salesman in 1982 and have purchased a fair number of vehicles over the years. I have never experienced a sales transaction as smooth and professional as this one was.My hat's off to Jason and Carson Jeep.Thank you.

Worst service for Jeep. Family member brought in a driveable 2022 Jeep. Had to leave it for weeks. They ruined a part with a software update. Avoid them if you can. Drive to Reno.

Very helpful people. I traveled from Reno to purchase something not on stock at Reno Jeep and they helped me with it. They also changed my oil and rotated tires in 30 minutes. I will be back for future service. The also didn't subject customers to CNN in the lounge.

In looked at all jeep dealerships within a 500 mile radius for a jeep gladiator. All of the other dealers are marking them up 5 to 10 thousand dollars. Then, i checked out Carson city jeep. Not only did they not mark up their pricing, but they are a pleasure to deal with. My salesman was Rod, he was fast, friendly, courteous and accommodating. In addition to Rod, i worked with a sales manager named Tito. He was no bs, got straight to the point and did exactly what he said he would do. Lastly. Chelsea the finance manager was fast and friendly. No high pressure sales tactics with her. I wouldn't buy a car anywhereb else, that is unless you like being jerked around by other high pressure sales tactics that other dealers employ. Thanks again Rid,Tito, and Chelsea

RAM vehicles are great. I have purchased three (two 2500s and a Promaster City) from this dealer. After my recent purchase the staff hounded me for several weeks to complete an online survey that I never received a link for. It took three phone calls to finally get the link sent to me. Now I have two DMV problems I have to sort out because they failed to file my trade in and new car paper work correctly. It has been a month and they still owe me a set of running boards that they can keep. And although I normally applaud businesses that hire developmentally disabled. The little chap who was with the salesman yesterday didn't help the situation at all.

I live over 2000 miles from Carson City. I had an issue with the Cruise Control on my Wagoneer. I stop in after being told by a dealership in Elko that they were 4 weeks out and could not help me. The people in Carson City treated me like I was a Local. It was late in the day so they got me to a Hotel and took care of my Wagoneer the next morning. Especially Jessica and Dave in the service department are great. I gave them 5 stars because there was not 10!!!
