Excellent service! Very helpful service writers. Their honesty is exceptional!We came for 4 new tires and 4 new shocks as well as a wheel alignment. Picked up there Hercules tera track all terrain tires at a very nice price.Absolutely recommend this shop for your automotive needs...

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They called me before starting work on my car and told me exactly what needed to be done and gave me the price. I will be bringing my car back to Tire Pros whenever it needs work.

Called with an emergency problem, and they were able to help us immediately. They gave us a scheduled appointment time at 11 AM and by 9:46 AM we were already leaving. The guys in the shop were great and the customer service at the front desk was awesome as well. Thank you

I bought some tires from another store and they had no problem putting them on for me and at a great price! Fast and professional next on the list is my brakes which I will get done there as well... :^ }

Made an appointment, they told me it would be an hour or 2. Told them I would wait. It took them 4 hours to change my tires! I guess the reason it took so long was because one of the guys decided to leave early and didn't tell anyone about my vehicle! How do I know this? They were talking horribly about each other in the front lobby. Not only were they blantley rude to each other, they were horrible to customers. I had 4 beautiful hours to watch all this. They were rude, arrogant, and took forever. Will not be using them again.

Updated review. Had a front end alignment done Sept '18. Never did feel right but figured it was the Jeep liberty. NOPE... Here are my front tires. Ruined. Clearly toed out. Now I'm out 2 new tires plus have to get it aligned by someone who knows what they are doing.

I brought in two brand new tires to have mounted. After few day I noticed a slow leak an a broken tire sensor. Carson City Tire Pros replaced the tire they damaged. But now my sensor is busted again. And they've either lost or stolen my chrome mustang off my key chain. Service: TiresService: Tires

Always get great service from Mike, Bill, and their men, can't rave about this place enough, been using their services for about 5 years at this point. They're cheap, honest, and always make sure your car is up to spec. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else

Pretty out dated business if you can't get prices online and have to email them, then wait for a return email which they check in the mornings only. Wow!! Dropping the ball!

I ve been coming here for replacement tires on two vehicles, plus occasional oil changes and maintenance for a couple years now. Everyone I ve interacted with at the service desk is awesome! When my fianc�e and I need an emergency tire on her SUV, they have us taken care of within a few hours. Bill always has some levity to make us laugh, Mike is professional and courteous to the core, and Raul seems to run a tight ship. Because of their stellar customer service, excellent prices, and quick turnaround, I ll remain a loyal customer as well as sending anyone I know their way.Only complaint I ve ever had was my oil drain plug being sent into it s home with an impact. But that s not a reflection on the business, that s just someone who got impatient.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto tire replacement

These guys were great! I had a slow leak in a tire and I have to drive a lot for work. Went online for tire repair and there were so many I didn't know which to pick, my neighbor down the street spoke very highly of them, so I picked these guys. They took me as a walk in, no appointment. Quick in take, found a nearly four inch nail in the tire, patched her up and got be back on the road. They gave me the repeat customer discount and away I went. Great service. So I'm paying it forward with a great review and will be sure to shop here for new tires. The shop was clean, the work bays looked neat and well organized. I watched the tech working on my car and he was right at it; steady, well-organized, efficient. Then, I sat down, listened to a pod cast and had a nap.... literally I felt that confident.Service: Tires

Was leaving reno to go to San jose and needed some new tires. I called ever tire place in reno and the only place that had the tires I needed was Carson city tire pros. Service was top notch and they gave me a great price on 4 big tires. Highly recommend this place if you need tires!

My initial contact was with Raul. He was very helpful and did his best to accommodate me and my particular set of circumstances. Once I arrived to the shop, I dealt primarily with Mike. Again, both gentlemen were completely professional and worked went out of their way to work with me. They were my first phone call and I'm glad it was. I would be happy to recommend Carson City Tire to anyone needing tire replacement.Service: Tires

Dropped off my truck at 8:30am for new tires, balance, and an alignment. I called around noon asking for an update, they said its next in line for the alignment rack, call again around 2, they said it still hasnt been done. Finally got a call at 3:30pm saying they could not complete the alignment due to bad ball joints. I had just recently replaced the ball joints so all they were trying to do was upsell. It took 7 hours for them just to mount and balance my tires, and not even align it. When driving home, my whole truck was shaking, they didnt even balance them correctly. Then to put the cherry on top, most of my tires looked low. I checked all pressures, left front was at 40psi, right front 45psi, right rear 60psi, and left rear at 90psi. Pressures are suppose to be 60psi front and 80psi rear. They cant even set tire pressures correctly. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself a headache.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I needed a front end alignment, and I talked to Mike who was able to make me an appointment the same day. All the guys here are nice, and they know their business. I got it done in a reasonable amount of time, and the price was the same as most of the shops in Carson City.

Mike provided excellent customer service in addition to great pricing. He was able to get my car in for tires and an alignment same day. The guys also dropped me off at work and picked me up. I highly reccommend their services.

These guys are excellent. I have had both my cars in here for tires. I had a hiccup with one of the wheels and Mike took excellent care of me. One visit while I was waiting for my car, Mike was talking to another customer who didn't know much about car repair. She was convinced she needed new brakes. He could have easily sold her something she didn't need but he told her "ma'am your car doesn't need that". These guys are a pleasure to do business with.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

The staff is extremely professional and got our vehicle out in less than an hour. We made an appointment the day before (unlike his stores that won't make appointments). I recommend Carson Tire, their prices are as good as the box stores and the service is much better.

So the internet lies about their hours. They are only open til 5. We showed up right as they were getting ready to close (yes, we kicked ourselves for being those people) and they STILL changed my tire out, no problem. Even more noteworthy was that they checked the tire pressure on all four tires AND joked and played with us the whole time. I would absolutely suggest them to anyone looking for a tire.

Went to this place to get a vehicle inspection and turned out I needed some new belts, okay no problem. Upon returning back to pick up my car, belts squeaked as soon as I turned on the car and drove off. Called them back to schedule to get it fixed. After picking my car up the second time after they had "fixed the problem," my car once again squeaks louder the second time. Best to avoid this place, shoddy practice altogether. Paid upwards of 250$ for new squeaky belts!

Everyone was wonderful. They found the problem and fixed it at no charge after 3 trips to Cadillac without getting it resolved. They ordered tires and put them my other car within 2 days just as I was told. Very friendly and polite. Will deffinately go back.

Super friendly group. I called to see if my tires could be put on and was told to get there as soon as I could, as they close at 3-3:30 on Saturday's. Told them I was coming in from Silver Springs and would be there as soon as I could. When I got there the shop was set to close in exactly 1.5 hrs, which was how long it would take to do what was needed. They got me right in. Job well done.

It was very quick. I drop my car off at 10 for oil change, got done within an hour. Got a quote for tires/rims combo. I like the service!! Will definitely go again!
