Thanks to the exceptional customer service from Brenton our experience at the dealership was so awesome. They made the process so simple and easy we were in and out in no time. The staff was amazing, not only did they have everything ready they took the time to answer any questions my son had and made sure he knew what he needed when it came to his new bike. I highly recommend this dirt bike shop. We will be returning for any future needs for sure.

So. You're not going to find too many bike shops like this one around any other place. Totally awesome! Professional, great knowledge, making you feel welcome from the offset! Excellent stock of great quality essential riding equipment. Definitely invest in a shop like this as they support you right back! 100% satisfaction full respect

My 2020 KTM 790 Adventure R stalled at the foothills of Sonora Pass. I was able to catch a ride to Walker and get a tow-truck to take the bike and me to Carson City Motosports.We made just shy of them closing. Will was amazing. Fixed the issue for the time being and showed me how to do it myself so I dont t get stranded again. He also fixed my chain slack and lubed it for me.I also bough a new pair of gloves in their parts department. The person working was awesome and knowledgeable. She helped me pick the right pair of gloves that I have been on the chase for a while.Today, I will have to stop by again before hitting the road to San Francisco due to a short circuit somewhere in the bike which still under warranty. Looking forward to it.

Addison G. is the most knowledgeable and professional sales person I have encountered in the industry. He asked multiple questions about my riding preferences and concerns and then recommended the PERFECT bike for me. He was very patient and answered my many questions, even on his days off. I highly recommend when you go to CCM that you ask for Addison G.

What a cool buying experience! I had purchased parts from Carson City Motorsports in the past, always friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The other day I purchased a new motorcycle from Carson City Motorsports, Kyle greeted me when I walked in, was helpful through the entire process answering questions. Jacob in parts was super helpful with getting me a few parts for my new bike. Chuey had me laughing while we were finishing up the paperwork. The guys at the service counter continued to answer my questions. When I did finish the buying process I felt like I had been hanging out with friends

"I have been in management in the automobile sales industry for over twenty years. I know the ins and outs of a retail purchase. I know the proper way to do business and how to treat a customer base. The general manager at Carson City Motorsports is Maya Keller. I had never met Maya before my sons KTM 250 purchase. I can tell you he runs a professional store. His employees are well trained and truly have a customer comes first attitude. I was treated more than fairly and always very friendly and professionally every time I come in. I have had a bad experience at another Carson City area bike shop, and I can't believe the difference in store culture. I will never go to another motorsports store to do business. I have sent friends and family with complete confidence to his store and they have all had the same excellent experience. In retail sales it is all about treating the customer the best you can, Maya and his crew do it the best in his business."

Kyle my sales guy was chill. Responsive and not your usual sales bro . Super nice and professional. Murph and Cody (I think his name was) in parts are the guys to talk to if you want to know any info. Both are super knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have regarding your bike. The finance guy (like any finance guy) is what you d expect. Overall better than most dealership and knowledgeable employees.

Took my new Arctic Cat Alpha snowmobile in for a warranty issue. Was fully expecting to be disappointed as I knew they were new to sleds and have heard horror stories regarding getting Cat parts. Ended up being pleasantly surprised. Had my primary clutch spring replaced and back on the snow in a week's time. Good job CCM!

* Append - It's been a few years and I guess Kevin left or got pushed out when new owner & manager took over, from Customer standpoint, I can't say exactly. ...I always tried to show appreciation for the service for my bike (as below is not one of their brand) which I thought was above and beyond like gift cards for the mechanic & other service personnel.However the last time I was there (almost couple years now) the service manager seemed to make a point to indicate the different brand and year of the model being older (like pushing for new & expensive bike sales?), where they just seemed to appreciate my business before, and where there any number of issues could be listed for the other motorcycle and mechanic shops I've tried over the years (like having extremely long wait for service, having different service or department personnel act like their tired of dealing with customers, etc). I know it's time for some basic maintenance as well as wanting to do some upgrades, I guess I'll have to see if they've changed their policy &/or attitude to get some stuff done or have to deal with someone else again?CMS has always been good about working on my bike even though I don't have their brand, one time mechanic did hokey job, but he is gone and the shop fixed it and made right. Store manager Kevin is outstanding in the business!

I wanted to write a review about these guys, especially the service team. I live 2.5 hours away, and had my bike into them around 10am, and I received a call before 3pm saying my bike was ready. Though I only had regular maintenance done, they had me in and out of there. I really appreciate them not making me hang around all day waiting for it to be finished, as i mentioned I live 2 and a half hours away. I'm very happy with their customer service as well, and will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys!

Parts department: Great in stock selection. One of the parts department folks even gave me the perfect tip that solved an issue on my bike. Thank you! Will be coming back for sure.My minor gripe is that there's not much shade in the parking lot for the hot summer sun, so be prepared for that.

CCM is without a doubt my favorite shop to work with. I have purchased many motorcycles over the years and Carson City Motorsports ranks as the best I have dealt with. From sales, service and parts, everyone is top notch in providing great advice. I never feel any pressure here that I am being sold something I don't need. Often as a result of their expertise, they will suggest no cost or low cost options that I would never have known about.

Carson City Motorsports is always a pleasure to work with. Jacob, Eileen, and Paul have taken care of me with multiple bike purchases that were smooth and quick. They have always honored the deals they promised, and were flexible with terms. It was simple and easy to negotiate, and a good deal was made by both sides. I used to live in Reno, but now live in Albuquerque. For my recent purchase I drove 15 hours to pick up my bike from Carson, as they had been so good to me in the past. Additionally, they beat the price of my local shop (on my particular deal) by a massive amount. No complaints, and will absolutely drive 15 hours again next time I need to buy a bike!

I was promised the shop could replace my fork seals by the end of the week, I was pleased to get a call and text to let me know, they have exceeded, both of our expectations and had them finished on Tuesday. Just a few days from drop off and 3 days earlier than expected.Thank you Sam and staff..

I Was briefly in the market for a newer ktm. Talked with lyle over the phone, decided to drive from Reno to Carson and check out what they had. The used bike I was interested in had high miles as they were honest with me about it. Kyle showed me the 2021 for a couple more bucks and I was sold. First time I bought brand new and the whole experience was fantastic. Never felt pressure to buy or get something else. Everyone in every department treated me with respect and dignity and answered the questions I had. Even made some money on the poker run! Probably wont buy another bike for many years to come, but Carson City Motorsports will be my first stop when that day comes. Thanks guys!

We stopped by in the off chance these guys rented dirt bikes (they don't at the moment but hope to sometime in the future), and to check out the bikes. Steve was super nice and informative, and happily went out of his way to show us some bikes in the back that had been lowered for shorter riders like myself. Steve was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine, and you could really tell he felt like his customers were family. We look forward to coming back for their KTM demo day!
