Matthew, the GM, was of great service to my daughter and me. She had body work on her car and was very satisfied with the solution. I took the car back, a year later, as the wiper fluid was not spraying. Matthew and I determined it was not related to the body work they had completed. Even though it wasn t related, Matthew, continued to help us and resolved the matter for us within a few minutes. Matthew and his staff are very helpful and communicate very well. They do excellent body work and are dedicated to their craft and customers. We recommend Caliber Collision for your auto body needs. Thank you Matthew!

Amazing staff. They took care of my damaged Tacoma driver side door. The results were in new-like condition. They guided me in all aspects of the repair. I did like the text updates on the status of the repairs being performed. I m extremely satisfied with Caliber Collision and staff.

Dropped my car off August 21 and said that it would be done by September 29 and then on the morning of the 29th they called me to postpone it another month worst car shop ever terrible management After I called them because no one called me they sent me some automated text he said it wasn t His fault it s always somebody else s fault never go back to this place ever

Tim did a great work repairing the damage on my vehicle.The Shop and staff were friendly and cordial. They got me in immediately and my car was done within a week. Very impressed as I used to work at a collision center and they exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Customer Service was great. Communication was great. The repair took longer than expected but they were very communicative with the delays in repair and some of that is due to a shortage in parts that they are not in control of. Overall good experience. My sister hit debris while driving the freeway between Carson City and Reno. Although she was able to drive home, the undercarriage and front end of her vehicle needed repair/replacement. While other collision places couldn't even get her vehicle in to look at the damage for 2-4 months, Caliber Collision got her in within 2 weeks and out 2 weeks later! We dealt with Jessie at Caliber, and she was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding; she also kept us informed as to the progress of the work. Not only was customer service exceptional, but the work done was second to none. We would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing auto body work. The car was in a front end collision. Caliber Collision estimated 2 weeks for repairs, however, they took 5 weeks and 1 day to complete the work. We felt that it was an excessive amount of time. There were two or three phone calls to us to let us know that they "discovered" another part that needed to be replaced which extended the time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was involved in a rear-end car collision. The collision caused structural damage to my car. My entire backend of my car was bent up. Bel and his crew at Caliber in Carson City did an awesome job. They matched my paint perfectly, replaced all the damaged emblems; she looked brand new. I have always had a great experience with the repair of my cars with Caliber Collision. I was truly happy with the repair to my vehicle. My baby was away from me for 2 1/2 weeks, but I would never rush the care and dedication Bel and his crew put into repairing my car. Friendly staff. Answered questions quickly. If you forget to bring anything to clean your vehicle out they have staff to help you. Candy, popcorn, water and coffee.

The quality of work done was excellent, they even fixed some old fixes that was done poorly by a previous body shop. I understand we brought the vehicle during one of their busy times, however, if you say it's going to be done in 2 weeks, then it should be done in 2 weeks. I would have been satisfied if they said 4 weeks. But that's not what was said. So, overall, I would definitely bring my car back due to the quality of work and friendly and informative staff, but I was disappointed with the time it took to finish.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Took my Ford Raptor in for some repairs after crashing it when I suffered a medical emergency driving. My truck kept me super safe in a time of need.
