All of the employees are super helpful and super kind. I have taken my van in to Big Brand Tire & Service more than once and they have always shown me kindness and professionalism. They have also taken great care of my vehicle and gotten the jobs that were needed done in a reasonable and timely manner as well as be 100% forward and upfront with me about what is going on and what I need done on my van. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any and everyone that needs their car work done. I am so grateful to have such an awesome company like this in Carson City, NV. I don't trust many shops with my baby, but I DEFINATELY trust these guys!!!

Called about 9am on a Saturday for front end alignment. Said to bring vehicle in. Got there about 10:30. They did the intake & said it would be about 1 & 1/2 hours. Car was finished early. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Would definitely go there again!

This is my second time dealing with these guys and I am supper impressed. I just "dropped " my problem vehicle in their lap at the last moment and they busted butt to get it done. They are great a communication. They called me when my vehicle got there on the tow truck and let me know this morning what it needed. It was all finished by 3pm. I am very grateful to them for their hard work. Thanks guys!

The mechanics worked efficiently and the estimate was accurate. The crew is professional and still caring, accommodating, and considerate. I ve been a customer for many years, when the local company was known as Christiansen Automotive, and was happy to find the same trusted mechanics and standards under the new name.

Brought my car in for transmission issues. As is a preferred shop for CarShield. From start great communication from Jeff. Carshield made it difficult for shop making them jump through hoops finally after 2 weeks got approval to do job. So Jeff ordered transmission then it took another 2 weeks for transmission to come in do to weather delays. Jeff kept me up to date and was very apologetic for all delays. Finally got my car back after a month and it runs like a champ. Great work from shop. Although next day noticed rock/splash guard was missing. Went back to shop and immediately they offered to make it right and ordered new one from dealer. About week later part came in and they replaced it on spot took about 20 min. Even though from start to finish took forever no fault of shop I'm very satisfied with work and service of Big Brand. I will go there for all my automotive needs.

Great or easy to get an appointment for service and car sevice done well and in the 1.75 hour estimated time frame. The quoted price was very fair price and did not have anyone try to upsell or charge a higher price than quoted so a good service experience for our families Audi Q7 SUV

I live in California. Twice while I have been out here I had car problems. Both times I was going to head back to California in a few days. They worked my car in and got everything fixed so I didn't have to alter my plans. Thank you all for helping me get back on the road in a timely matter.

Very professional and friendly staff. Loved that the rep removed the plastic on my car seat & floor before I got in. They helped with a drain plug and provided recommendations for future service! Great service!

Went for an alignment. Said it would be about an hour and it was. Called me to let me know it was done and found a problem. Recommended I get it done as soon as possible. Very nice, and very informative. Was very pleased with my car. Thank you

I had my vehicle towed to Big Brand for an oil pressure issue. During diagnosis, they found several unsafe issues with the suspension and a broken motor mount. I am thoroughly satisfied with the repairs that were made. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I called asking for updates and they said they would call back, they didn't. I would trust them with repairs on my vehicle in the future.

Went in to have alignment checked today. Garage was very quick to get me in and was honest and told me truck alignment was good! No charge today. Very happy with their service.

I HIGHLY recommend this company for your auto needs. Jake was absolutely amazing and upfront and honest the whole time. He worked with me and my warranty company and got me back on the road! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I love these guys in Carson City , Jeff and the whole Team, I didn t have any worries if they needed me they called , if I had questions , I called . I can t say enough times Thank you, Thank you , I wish more businesses were as Transparent and informative as you all, always my business and I would definitely say if you got car problems, like I did with my transmission, take your car to Big Brand Tire & Service. I didn t need tires but they did a great job on servicing my transmission with a replacement. Car troubles go see these guys , I love them , Thank you again

First visit, as I moved from oregon. I tend to have bad luck, however Jeff was Great, and Honest! Didn't even need my brakes an rotors done as I had thought!

Went in for a tire repair. Very personable and friendly, was floored when they didn't charge me to repair the tire despite never having been there before, was so impressed with that minor little service I told them to order new tires for my truck which I've been on the fence about and I'll be back to have them installed in a couple days, they definitely earned my business, thank you so much!

Would highly recommend great service honest service was gonna pay for an alignment and they could have charged me it but I had some broken components so it would have been pointless for it . Thank you for the honesty

5 stars for sure! Booked an appointment same day online and it was quick and easy. Shown up for a tire rotation and brake inspection and they were done about an hour later at no charge. Very friendly and I will certainly return if I m in the area again.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. I've had different types of work done on my truck, even had a faulty part a couple times and they covered it under warranty 100%.Super communicative, always had great experiences both in person and over the phone. Definitely would recommend.I drive 40 minutes just to bring my vehicle here vs other places closer.

I should start out by saying that I have always been treated well and this shop has accommodated me in many ways; either by squeezing me in on short notice, or making sure their work is done right, without charging me for a failed part, etc. Like many shops, they at least warranty their work. I have been taking my car here for about 2 years and am pretty much satisfied with the oil changes, brake rotors and pads, an alternator replacement amd driveline replacement. I continue to be satisfied due to the excellent customer service provided by Jake and (forgive my bad memory) the location manager. If they even get a whiff of dissatisfaction, they make sure to work with the customer to achieve resolution. In my experience, of course.
