Hello, my name is Anthony Sandoval, and I received the best customer experience at the south end store in my city at AutoZone. The exact location was, 3460 S Carson St. The person who helped me was Logan, and he seemed to have a good sense of humor and more importantly he knew his stuff! He guided me and even helped me put my windshield wipers on! He was also so informative on any questions I had. I kindly thanked him and left.

Robert saved our day! Two weeks into a trip from Wisconsin, we found ourselves with a burned out alternator on our jeep outside of Home Depot in Carson City. My husband was able to remove the part and Robert offered to pick us up in the parking lot of HD and take us back to the store so we could purchase a new one. Upon completion of the transaction, he drove us back to our car and offered to assist but we didn t need. All done with a smile and wonderful attitude. We appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond and help two stranded travelers. Thanks so much!

Great selection ! Great quality ! Great customer service !! Lately ive been going here about once a week. Everytime im there they either have the parts I need or can get them by the end of the day. This is extremely helpfull when a client is waiting for there vehicle to be finished. Recommended for DIY ers and professionals alike. Peace im outta here!!!

Do not expect help when returning item nor should you expect your refund until they decide to do it I'm still waiting for the 306.00 they owe me.i would not have gave them 1 star but had to go write this

Had a good customer service experience!Ordered two parts for delivery, Robert Trent at Store 4132 Carson City became involved with my transaction . Next Day delivery was not performed (shortage on competent drivers)..parts were delayed till the next day.. driver mishap again, next day.. Mr Trent took full responsibility and sent a driver out (his location) and retrieved part(s).. I use a mobile mechanic and my time frame was short and limited !..He went above and beyond to get the transaction completed.. Bravo!John ColonicaCarson City

I was just in there about 15 mins ago at the south carson store looking for a battery cable.... I was taken to the cable section which is great but the person helping me told me to look at them for a few minutes then walked away to help other customers when i was there needing help. I had alot of questions she asked one of the cashiers about it he just pointed at them and didn't even acknowledge me. She told me to just check the length of the cable then walked out of the store that was extremely rude and I've been going there since 2016. I'm sorry I was only spending about $10 for a cable but I'll be taking my business else where from now on.

Nice parking lot, not bumpy especially for lowered vehicles. However I went asking about a part. I figured they wouldn't have any in stock. considering the year and type of the vehicle he said check online somewhere along those words. after he checked the store inventory. They didn't offer to order it for me at all. Unlike most other places. Even though they show it on their website. I was there ready to pay for the part up front. There were two Gentlemen working the bigger guy nice and polite.

My 95 Jeep Wrangler wasn't starting right away so I stopped to have the battery checked. Colt came out and checked it and yes I needed a new battery. Colt was kind enough to put the battery in for me and now she starts right up. Everyone at the South Carson St Auto Zone has always been so nice and helpful. Thanks everyone.

Went in just for a print out of my vehicle serpentine belt diagram, at first he could not find if did a little more digging and got it and printed it out. Awesome customer service! He even asked me if I needed anything else.

Seems like every time I go in they tell me the parts I'm looking for (universal parts) are dealer parts or that they can order for me but it'll be a couple of days. O'Reilly is literally right across the street and if they don't have to parts I'm looking for they always order it for me and tell me to come back later the same day or the next day at 7:30am. I'm not going to waste my time with this place anymore.

I came in earlier with a radiator that had sprung a leak after being installed yesterday. The associate got my warranty taken care of right away. As the employees were leaving to go home one of them asked me if I needed any tools. That is great customer service. Thanks.Sorry for showing up at 8 at night to swap a radiator.Thankfully, this was not the first time I had changed the radiator so it was an easy and fast swap.Total time in the Autozone parking lot was an hour and a half.

My warranty history has been purged. The store will not honor the warranty on my break pads even though they advertise a lifetime warranty. Looks like they have lost my customer history going back 20 years. I ll be looking for alternatives.

Good selection with a good location. Easy to notice and access from highway. Went in for a car battery. They had 3 options in stock with great warranty. But what won me over was the customer service. Very friendly and super helpful. Answered all my questions and what she didn't know she looked up. Even pointed out concerns I hadn't thought of.

Older clerk so annoying kept asking if he could help when I'd told him no 3 times. I was the only one in the store lol He was like a robot! Hint; listen to your customers. Say something like "I'll be right here if you have any questions or you need help with anything" and leave it at that! Than I'm more likely to come back and visit your store in the future.

I've been to the auto zone in a few different places and this one has the worst knowledgeable staff by far. I called and checked on a radiator hose for a 2005 hyundaitucson and was told it was in stocks and drove all the way there to find out no part, and the staff person was looking at a 2005 Honda parts.

The store has a pretty good supply of parts on hand and many more available quickly. The real issue here is that salespeople have absolutely no idea what they are selling or how to apply it. If it ain't in the computer within a few keystroke, they can't help you. My suggestion would be to do your own online researching and have a specific set of part numbers when you call or go in. And ALWAYS GET THE LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!! The parts you receive seldom have any longevity to them!

This AutoZone is seriously one of the better AutoZones I have been too. The employees including the manager where amazing. From helping my wife and me to pick out the right windshield wipers, to disposing of oil for us. They went above and beyond. They even had some cars toys for sale which my tiny human absolutely loves. Kudos to this place for being all around helpful, patient, and awesome.

Way rude service. The parts manager Dave made it feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. Condescending attitude, didn't even have wheel studs for a 2010 tacoma. That was a genuinely weird experience. Just go to O'Reillys.

Excellent service. The agent asked questions to identify my needs. He located parts verified the part with me and asked if I needed help installing the new headlights. Great experience.
