Awesomeness!!!! I don't know how else to describe the wonderful people at C.A.R.S! We were experiencing the worst road trip imaginable! RV broke down in the middle of no where! The nice tow truck driver recommended this repair shop, and by golly he was right! Victor got us back up and to our destination within a short period of time, even though we had numerous issues with the RV, and the bill for repair was so reasonable I could not believe it! Highly recommend!

In mid afternoon In Panaca, NV the driver window in my Ford E350 motorhome fell down and would not go up. The grocery store recommended CARS so I drove to Caliente and Vic came out, looked at the problem and tried to get it closed for the evening but his shop was ready to close. He told me to come back in the morning when they had time to investigate further, which I did and he told me they would have to order the part and it would arrive the next day. He got the window up and secured and we did some site seeing the rest of the day. Went back the next morning, the part was in and CARS fixed the window at what I consider was a reasonable price. It is nice that someone in a small town will fit a stranger into their schedule. Vic told me that we all get stranded sometime and we need help in a strange place and he is glad to help.

I broke down twenty minutes outside Caliente (not a place you want to break down) and was able to limp my car back to town. I made it to Calliente Auto Repair and even though they were closed the mechanic took time to look at my truck and made sure I was safe. I have rarely received such kind, competent service. They followed up with me about my truck and helped me to make good decisions about my situation. I would highly recommend them.

We were on our way home when the motorhome starting making a strange noise, we turned around and luckily found Caliente auto. They were great got us up and running even let us stay on the lot overnight while we waited for a part. Thank you to all the people there, very nice. Thank you Jim and Jean Burdett

INCREDIBLY HONEST, UP FRONT AND VERY FAIR PRICING. NOT AFRAID TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST AND NOT WHAT YOU WOULD THINK WOULD HAPPEN IF STRANDED IN SMALL TOWN AMERICA WHERE YOU USUALLY WIND UP PAYING MORE. THESE PEOPLE WILL RESTORE YOUR FAITH AND BELIEFS IN SMALL TOWN USA......KUDDO'S.
